Hôtel de Londres

The location is fantastic - with views of the Fontainebleau Chateau and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our room was elegantly appointed, very clean, and thoughtfully presented. The beds were very comfortable and the room contained eerything we needed. We easy found uber rides to get to Vaux le Vicompte and Barbizon. Our host Philip and his brother were perfect hosts, this hotel having been in their family for 3 generations - they have kept it traditional and yet have discreetly provided all the modern conveniences.

Loved our stay here. The rooms are large and spacious. The location across from the Chateau is perfect. The reception room is lovely in the evening with a very nice selection of wines available. Breakfast is a treat. Would highly recommend!

Quaint family-owned hotel, comfortable bed and modern bathroom, spacious room. Went off-season so was very quiet. Don’t eat breakfast there.
