I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The property itself is very good: spacious and comfortable rooms, an excellent spa area with large saunas, a great bar, and a decent restaurant. The location close to the airport is clearly a major advantage. However, the service level consistently falls short of what one would expect from a self-proclaimed 4.5-star hotel. Reception is often understaffed (sometimes only one person, occasionally no visible staff at all). The spa area feels unsupervised, with no visible personnel. There is no valet service, and guests are required to park in the back and carry their luggage without assistance. Overall, there is very little sense of proactive service or guest support. On a previous stay during heavy snowfall, the front parking area was half empty but blocked off for a future event. Despite explaining that I was leaving early the next morning and would not interfere with the event, the request to temporarily park in front was refused without flexibility. The interaction was polite, but completely rigid and indifferent. The hotel clearly benefits from conference business and airport-related agreements, and the infrastructure reflects that. Unfortunately, the service culture does not match the level of the facilities. A very good property, but the service experience prevents it from feeling like a true 4.5-star hotel, but rather Self-Serivce budget property.

Haus ist zu empfehlen.

We stayed there during the FC Bayern match agains Leverkusen and Oktoberfest, so pricing has been more expensive than normally. Nice and modern hotel. Good pool and sauna area (not much traffic), good breakfast and big and nice equipped rooms Good location for visits to Allianz arena, but not too nice direct surroundings of the hotel Definitely recommendable

J’ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel, très très bien décorer et très chic. La chambre est belle et très confortable. J’ai adoré également la piscine et le spa qui sont très confortable avec accès au sauna et des endroits pour se relaxer avec du thé à disposition, il faut juste compter 15 euros par personne pour pouvoir y accéder. Le petit déjeuner était bon avec beaucoup de sortes de pains, viande, jus. Ce qui manquait c’était des viennoiseries c’est dommage mais sinon c’était top !

Check-in staff were very helpful/friendly, but their directions to parking and Tower 2 rooms was confusing (quite a long walk from reception to Tower 2. Wish we had more time to use the pool and tennis courts. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was excellent

Schöner Wellnessbereich zum entspannen mit Ofen und tollem design, jedoch mit zu wenigen Liegemöglichkeiten Samstags und Sonntags. Die Zimmer sind an sich schön eingerichtet allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was an Gebrauchsspuren z.B. an Möbeln zu erkennen ist. Leider wurde vor Anreise vergessen unsere Wellnesstasche aufs Zimmer zu stellen, diese haben wir dann separat abgeholt. Bedauerlicherweise lief uns mit aufschließen des Zimmers ein Silberfischchen entgegen, später ein weiteres, welches sich über unseren Koffer hermachte. Auf eine anschließende Beschwerde folgte ein Zimmerwechsel mit Upgrade. Das mindeste, was man erwarten kann. Das neue Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber und modern wie das vorherige, jedoch zum Glück ohne Silberfischchen und auch etwas größer. Der Boden wies starke Gebrauchsspuren auf. Das Frühstück war soweit ganz gut mit Auswahl und entspricht den Erwartungen.

Première impression a l’accueil en arrivant etait bonne ! c’est dégrader a l’arrivée de la chambre, la propreté reste a voir, toilettes pas nettoyer. première nuit horrible avec un bruit constant de la clim j’ai fait une video je suis descendu a la réception et la grosse déception on ma envoyer littéralement me faire voir car je ne parle ni allemand ni anglais mais français le reste du séjour a etait dans le meme comportement l’avantage de cette hôtel etait le spa, 40 min de transport en commun pour ce rendre au centre ville qui reste correct donc pour conclure le service 4 étoiles pas a la hauteur. Parking non surveille dernière l’hotel mais reste spacieux et correct

Wir sind schon mehrfach in dem Hotel gewesen. Es bietet moderne Zimmer, ein sehr gutes Frühstück und eine schöne Bar, einen großartigen Wellnessbereich und eine gute Ausgangslage für diverse Ausflüge und Aktivitäten. Leider hatten wir dieses Mal kein Glück mit unserem Zimmer. Das Fenster ließ sich nicht richtig schließen und dadurch funktionierte die Klima nicht und man hat nachts die Autobahn gehört. Und hat aber mehr geärgert, wie man damit umgegangen ist, mehrfach wurde uns gesagt, dass das Problem behoben wurde …..dies war leider nicht so.

Everything was good, the only issue I had was with the AC. It’s almost like it’s not working and the room was too hot. I called the reception desk about it and they said they will send someone to look at it but no one came. I had to sleep with the window open for two nights and without a bug net.

It is really sad to acknowledge at the hotel that they don’t have a proper air conditioning system after 3 days asking them to change rooms because it was very hot. The minimum temperature at the rooms is 23c They are selling stating that they have air conditioning, but they only offer fresh air. It has everything to earn 5 stars but got 3 because of the fresh air system. Orbitz needs to review its standards on air conditioning availability at the hotels. Some of them a lying to customers. I am not happy with my stay.

Wir kennen das Hotel von früher und waren oft Gast. Leider hat sich die Qualität katastrophal verschlechtert. Servicebereitschaft der Mitarbeiter geht gegen Null. Beim Check in zuerst 100 Euro Kaution für alte Bademäntel verlangt. Dann wurde eine Tasche mit den (alten) Bademäntel in die Hand gedrückt. Mit Koffer und Taschen dann auf Zimmer geschickt. Keine Hilfe, kein Rat , nichts. Zimmerkarte war falsch kodiert, also zurück an die Rezeption. Keine Entschuldigung. So ging es die ganze Zeit weiter. Der Pkw wurde auf dem Hotelparkplatz durch eine Kette eingeschlossen. Auch hier, später zurück an die Rezeption, keine Entschuldigung. M.E. zwischenzeitlich ein Tagungshotel und Privatgäste werden nicht beachtet ( bei 200 Euro p.Nacht ). Wir werden definitiv nie mehr dieses Hotel aufsuchen. So etwas schelchtes an 4Sterne Superior haben wir noch nicht erlebt !

Everything was good, the only issue I had was with the AC. It’s almost like it’s not working and the room was too hot. I called the reception desk about it and they said they will send someone to look at it but no one came. I had to sleep with the window open for two nights and without a bug net.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The property itself is very good: spacious and comfortable rooms, an excellent spa area with large saunas, a great bar, and a decent restaurant. Die Sauna ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gut gesäubert. Auch kostet was Wellness als Hotelgast 15 € extra pro Person.

Front desk is very professional with special congratulation to Ms A. Fuchs and security who fixed promptly an issue with ny door room. However the service in restaurant is not so great. Again on Sunday at lunch Waiting more than 40 min for a menu with an empty room and after half an hour the waiter ask what ny order was. As a result we left and just went to pick a menu at Mac nearby. I’m less and less surprise to see my colleagues eating outside. Please bear in mind we are hundreds coming every month ( and we all know each others) and we should still be considered as clients. Still time to fix this.

Großes modernes Hotel nahe der Autobahn. Zimmer recht groß und gute Ausstattung. Wir haben dort eine Nacht auf der Durchreise übernachtet. Viele Sportler von der Europameisterschaft (Leichtathletik) waren auch im Hotel, daher war eine tolle Atmosphäre. Ansonsten ist die Lage nicht so optimal, da in einem Industriegebiet. Ein kleiner Badesee war aber fußläufig zu erreichen mit netten Biergarten. Ein Kaufland ist direkt vor der Tür. Wir hatten uns auf den Pool gefreut, der kostete pro Person aber 15 Euro extra. Das war etwas unverschämt und enttäuschend.

We stayed there during the FC Bayern match agains Leverkusen and Oktoberfest, so pricing has been more expensive than normally. Nice and modern hotel. Good pool and sauna area (not much traffic), good breakfast and big and nice equipped rooms Good location for visits to Allianz arena, but not too nice direct surroundings of the hotel Definitely recommendable

Het was een prachtig hotel met een prachtige uitstraling, eigenlijk was alles top op twee dingen na, wij zijn er 6 dagen geweest en de koffie was een paar keer niet bijgevuld. Tevens was er geen koelkast, met name dat laatste hebben we echt gemist.

J’ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel, très très bien décorer et très chic. La chambre est belle et très confortable. J’ai adoré également la piscine et le spa qui sont très confortable avec accès au sauna et des endroits pour se relaxer avec du thé à disposition, il faut juste compter 15 euros par personne pour pouvoir y accéder. Le petit déjeuner était bon avec beaucoup de sortes de pains, viande, jus. Ce qui manquait c’était des viennoiseries c’est dommage mais sinon c’était top !

Honestly my review comes mostly from the lack of help from the front desk. Asked for cream for my coffee. Wouldn’t help. Said there was nothing he could do. Was a talk guy, I believe his name was Deiter. Just gave me this strange look like I was asking too much of him. Any other hotel, and we have stayed in many, would contact housekeeping or room service to get the guest what they need. To me, it’s the one true sign of a good hotel. Staff who are willing to take care of their guests. Especially with such a simple request. The hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet was nice.

A wonderful hotel near the airport with a luxury spa and pool with fine dining. If you need a place to work out and swim in Munich, and cannot afford the Forte Hotel at 800-1000 a night, then this is the place for you. There is a gym to work out. a pool for laps with a built in hydro pool, 3 saunas of different heat, and a relaxation area with comfortable beds. The rooms upstairs are clean and comfortable. The staff here are amazing, and every request is honored with care. I will certainly stay here again when I return to Munich.
