Zoetry Casa del Mar Los Cabos

There was frequent low pressure in the water in the room. I couldn’t flush the first day and other guests reported that they hadn’t been able to shower. They asked at every meal about allergies but then they still didn’t know our allergies. Which is excellent they ask but why does the hostess ask if the waitress doesn’t get told? The breakfasts were delish with awesome fruit platters. Get that. The beach restaurant should have sushi at supper. It was the best thing that restaurant offered and it was excellent. (I have a shellfish allergy and my daughter has a red meat allergy.) Otherwise the staff is kind and attentive and went out of their way to make my birthday feel celebrated. I would definitely go back without hesitation. We felt safe the entire time.

Terrific hotel, easy beach access. The staff were wonderful and the food was delicious. I can't wait to come back!

Beautiful resort. Consistent excellent food. The resort is very quiet, no music and by 8:30 it is a ghost town so be aware. Aside from the incredible views, food and drinks it is the staff that set this resort apart. When I arrived I was told, “Welcome home”. I do not want to leave anyone out because EVERY SINGLE STAFF member was exceptional. From our housekeeping to barrista to waiters (who literally ran to get requests) to activity coordinators teaching spanish and salsa. Cultural events were great especially Mexican night. My own personal fav was yoga 7:30 & 8:30 every single day overlooking the ocean. The instructor was excellent. The consistent schedule made it easy to attend. We will return!!!! (Only negative the gym is too small. There was consistently 4-5 people and it was too tight)

Room was always clean.

Zoetry has been fantastic so far ; some miscommunication on payments but rectified and the staff have been great !
