深夜の12時前から1時前まで、中庭のプールで騒ぐ非常識な宿泊客のため、眠れなかった。ホテル側には2度電話してクレームしたが、1時間ぐらいは騒いでいた。ホテルの対応として不十分に感じた。

The view of the river at breakfast was spectacular. Breakfast itself was a feast. The outside and entrance tot he hotel is plain and misleading. Once you get through reception, it is breath taking.

Gorgeous hotel on the river of Ayutthaya. My wife and I had a lovely stay here. The hotel restaurant is top notch, with a wide variety of dishes. The food was very high quality and well presented. Rooms are very modern and comfortable. The only problem I observed during my was that the pool was not very well maintained and, although visually stunning, a bit small. Overall, would certainly recommend and would love to stay again.

We recently stayed at Sala Ayutthaya and had a truly memorable experience. Although the adjacent river had risen considerably during our stay, the riverside restaurant remained fully operational and our meals were absolutely delicious — a testament to the hotel’s resilience and excellent service. The hotel staff were all consistently warm, friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The interior of the hotel and our room stood out in the best possible way: the design was unique, fresh and unexpected, giving us a delightful sense of discovery every time we returned. We were also impressed and grateful that the hotel offered complimentary rental bicycles for sightseeing — a thoughtful touch that really enhanced our stay in Ayutthaya. After checking out, we inadvertently left behind an item in our room; when we contacted the hotel they responded immediately and handled the matter professionally, even arranging for the item to be mailed to our home address. That level of care far exceeded our expectations. 大満足でした。 写真で見た印象と玄関(駐車スペース等が少し狭いかも？)に少し乖離があったのですが、 それ以外は理想通り。中は想像以上に清潔で落ち着いた空間が広がってました。 スタッフも食事もレベルが高く、快適に過ごせました。 アユタヤ遺跡へのアクセスも抜群です。 此方に駐在している間に、また泊まりたいと思いました。

La première photo a été prise de la chambre, la vue est superbe. La chambre est grande, propre et épurée. Le petit déjeuner au bord du fleuve a été un très bon moment, la nourriture ainsi que la qualité du service y ont été pour beaucoup. La piscine est minimaliste et le staff efficace et attentionné. Pas le meilleur rapport qualité prix du séjour mais aucun regret.

とても素晴らしいホテルでした。 遺跡をイメージした回廊を抜けるとチャオプラヤー川に面したレストランがあり対岸の遺跡を眺めながらの食事は贅沢のまさに極み。 特に朝食は静かな自然のサウンドに豪華なメニューを楽しみながら癒やしの時間を過ごすことが出来ました。またアユタヤに行くならこちらのホテルに泊まりたいです。 【良い所】 ･白を基調とした部屋で清潔感がありとても快適 ･レストランからの眺めが最高 ･豪華でどれも美味しい朝食に大満足 ･ルーフトップバーからの眺めがいい ･ホテルから徒歩圏内にコンビニや川エビが食べられるタイ料理屋さんも数件あり ･アユタヤ名物のロティサイマイ屋さんがたくさんある ただ英語堪能ではないので困ったのがチェックイン時に質問されてる内容が分からなかった時にただ同じ内容を繰り返されるだけでした。 スマホの翻訳使っても出された翻訳も精度が悪く困ってしまったところです。 もう少しフロントスタッフとして対応してくれると有りがたかったです。

Apparently this is one of the 'best' hotels in Ayutthaya so you have to take the good with the inconvenient. Designed as a 'boutique' hotel - emphasis seems to be on design over guest experience. The main passage is dramatic and impressive - leading to lots of halls with stairs to rooms on the upper levels. Some of the best upper rooms have very steep, very high spiral staircases - so be aware if you have any limitations. We had a terrace room on the main lever, but there were hard to see places where there with 'steps down' without visual clues - and it would be easy to fall. Rooms had everything you needed - but huge tub/shower area and tiny 'water closet' without a lock or ability to keep the door shut. Most people come for one or two nights, so not a deal-breaker, but very expensive compared to nearby hotels that have similar features/reviews. We had lunch when we arrived and it was expensive and not impressive - to the point that we decided to go elsewhere for dinner. However, the included breakfast is a stand-out with great service, presentation and quality overlooking the river and temples on the opposite side. Reception area is minimal and surprisingly unimpressive for a hotel of this level. The attached 'gallery' with seating had a pervasive odor of sewage which they tried to cover with incense - when asked, the staff said 'it was the drain' and seemed unconcerned. If you want to stay where VIPs go - this is the place, but expensive compared to other options.

Beautiful hotel with best riverfront view. Room is very clean, and overlooks the river and a temple and stupa across the river. Good restaurant on site. Rooms are very sound proof and quiet. Well located close to all of the sites in Ayutthaya. Upon check in you are offered a tray with three or four types of pillow samples to choose from for your stay. Also, two other trays to choose the scent of your hand soap and bar soap. The hotel helped up contract a good, english speaking guide and taxi to help expedite our tour of the city, who we used for two days. Highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel.

Nice design. Room and building. The room air quality was not so good. The quality of the food (diner and breakfast) was for the price poor. To fat, to much, not fresh and quite expensive. But it looked beautiful. The service was good.

一階の安い部屋でちょっとカビ臭かった。一階だと部屋の前を人が通るのでカーテンは閉めっぱなし。プールの前の部屋だと、ずっと人がいるかもしれない。高い部屋だと問題は無い科目。部屋の風呂は大きくてお洒落だが、お湯の勢いも弱く熱くないので、時間によるかもしれないがバスタブを満たすのはほぼ不可能。シャワーだと問題ない。帰りにGRABでトラブったがホテルスタッフはみんな親身になって対応してくれた。ドライバーの連絡もタイ語で対応してくれて助かりました。スタッフの質というか人選と遺跡が見えるロケーションは最高でした。

The river view in my room was fantastic. Love the reading corner within the room, I could just sit there for hours watching the boats sail past. Service staff were very friendly. Although the hotel doesn't have concierge service, the lobby staff helped to arrange for a guide and driver for me. However, they told me there's turn down service, but it only happened for one night (I stayed for three). While it is a minor issue for me, such thing shouldn't happen for the price they are charging.

Beautiful hotel with best riverfront view. Room is very clean, and overlooks the river and a temple and stupa across the river. Good restaurant on site. Rooms are very sound proof and quiet. Well located close to all of the sites in Ayutthaya. Upon check in you are offered a tray with three or four types of pillow samples to choose from for your stay. Also, two other trays to choose the scent of your hand soap and bar soap. The hotel helped up contract a good, english speaking guide and taxi to help expedite our tour of the city, who we used for two days. Highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel.

一階の安い部屋でちょっとカビ臭かった。一階だと部屋の前を人が通るのでカーテンは閉めっぱなし。プールの前の部屋だと、ずっと人がいるかもしれない。高い部屋だと問題は無い科目。部屋の風呂は大きくてお洒落だが、お湯の勢いも弱く熱くないので、時間によるかもしれないがバスタブを満たすのはほぼ不可能。シャワーだと問題ない。帰りにGRABでトラブったがホテルスタッフはみんな親身になって対応してくれた。ドライバーの連絡もタイ語で対応してくれて助かりました。スタッフの質というか人選と遺跡が見えるロケーションは最高でした。

Gorgeous hotel on the river of Ayutthaya. My wife and I had a lovely stay here. The hotel restaurant is top notch, with a wide variety of dishes. The food was very high quality and well presented. Rooms are very modern and comfortable. The only problem I observed during my was that the pool was not very well maintained and, although visually stunning, a bit small. Overall, would certainly recommend and would love to stay again.

Les chambres avec vue sur le temple sont superbes. La vue est dingue - la meme que le restaurant puisque distante de 30m max. Néanmoins aucun bruit. La salle de bain est grande et offre egalement la meme vue.

Great staff, especially Fon. Perfect location on the river and some of the best Thai food I've ever had (the green papaya salad couldn't have been more fresh!). I wouldn't suggest the pool room.... It feels clostrophobic, no view of anything.

Hôtel très moderne. Magnifique vue sur la rivière de la chambre et du restaurant. Petit déjeuner copieux. Très grande chambre avec grande baie vitrée et terrasse. Il manque un peu d'intimité sur la terrasse. Par contre petite piscine juste pour se tremper pas pour nager.

Apparently this is one of the 'best' hotels in Ayutthaya so you have to take the good with the inconvenient. Designed as a 'boutique' hotel - emphasis seems to be on design over guest experience. The main passage is dramatic and impressive - leading to lots of halls with stairs to rooms on the upper levels. Some of the best upper rooms have very steep, very high spiral staircases - so be aware if you have any limitations. We had a terrace room on the main lever, but there were hard to see places where there with 'steps down' without visual clues - and it would be easy to fall. Rooms had everything you needed - but huge tub/shower area and tiny 'water closet' without a lock or ability to keep the door shut. Most people come for one or two nights, so not a deal-breaker, but very expensive compared to nearby hotels that have similar features/reviews. We had lunch when we arrived and it was expensive and not impressive - to the point that we decided to go elsewhere for dinner. However, the included breakfast is a stand-out with great service, presentation and quality overlooking the river and temples on the opposite side. Reception area is minimal and surprisingly unimpressive for a hotel of this level. The attached 'gallery' with seating had a pervasive odor of sewage which they tried to cover with incense - when asked, the staff said 'it was the drain' and seemed unconcerned. If you want to stay where VIPs go - this is the place, but expensive compared to other options.

Nuestra estancia en Sala Ayutthaya fue genial. Es un hotel boutique ideal, con una decoración preciosa y bonitos cuadros. La arquitectura y diseño son preciosos. La habitación que tuvimos estuvo muy bien, amplia, con gran bañera y ducha aparte y gran terraza. Cenamos y desayunamos y todo exquisito. Rica comida de verdad, preparada con esmero. Los precios elevados para Tailandia eso sí. La piscina es pequeña pero suficiente para escapar del calor tras visitar los templos. La situación es inmejorable frente al río y templos que por la noche al estar iluminados dibujan una estampa de ensueño. Está como a 5 minutos en coche de los templos principales. El personal es lo mejor. Sobre todo el chico que atiende entradas y salidas. Es muy amable. En fin, lo recomendamos totalmente

Although the adjacent river had risen considerably during our stay, the riverside restaurant remained fully operational and our meals were absolutely delicious — a testament to the hotel’s resilience and excellent service. The hotel staff were all consistently warm, friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The interior of the hotel and our room stood out in the best possible way: the design was unique, fresh and unexpected, giving us a delightful sense of discovery every time we returned. 大満足でした。 写真で見た印象と玄関(駐車スペース等が少し狭いかも？)に少し乖離があったのですが、 それ以外は理想通り。中は想像以上に清潔で落ち着いた空間が広がってました。 スタッフも食事もレベルが高く、快適に過ごせました。 アユタヤ遺跡へのアクセスも抜群です。 此方に駐在している間に、また泊まりたいと思いました。

The river view in my room was fantastic. Love the reading corner within the room, I could just sit there for hours watching the boats sail past. Service staff were very friendly. Although the hotel doesn't have concierge service, the lobby staff helped to arrange for a guide and driver for me. However, they told me there's turn down service, but it only happened for one night (I stayed for three). While it is a minor issue for me, such thing shouldn't happen for the price they are charging.

The location is great, tuk tuk to the door to take us around town, booked a evening boat tour that picked us up on the river on the river side of the hotel, the breakfast that is provided is a 20star breakfast. Amazing.

The view from the Sala Hotel is incredible. Both day and night you see beautiful old ruins with a flowing river. The Dino g area sits directly opposite to the temples so you have fantastic views while enjoying their delicious cuisine.

The view of the river at breakfast was spectacular. Breakfast itself was a feast. The outside and entrance tot he hotel is plain and misleading. Once you get through reception, it is breath taking.

So the restaurante had very little vegetarian options and they were not good and expensive. The shower didn’t work and there was no hot water.

Gorgeous hotel on the river of Ayutthaya. My wife and I had a lovely stay here. The hotel restaurant is top notch, with a wide variety of dishes. The food was very high quality and well presented. Rooms are very modern and comfortable. The only problem I observed during my was that the pool was not very well maintained and, although visually stunning, a bit small. Overall, would certainly recommend and would love to stay again.

Although the adjacent river had risen considerably during our stay, the riverside restaurant remained fully operational and our meals were absolutely delicious — a testament to the hotel’s resilience and excellent service. Beautiful property right on the river. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. Food in the restaurant was excellent. We even had in room massages that were wonderful. Overall I highly recommend staying here.
