Bay Inn

Room was clean, everything smelled fresh. The continental breakfast was actually decent. Overall a good experience and I would stay again.

Room was clean and comfortable, we had our dog with us. All the staff was amazing and accommodating. There was a problem with our refrigerator and they put a brand new one in our room in under 15mins!! Thank you!! Breakfast was great, the hot tub was clean and relaxing,the pool was warm. Would absolutely recommend,and definitely will be staying again!!! Thank you Bay Inn of Tawas.!!!

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Love the heated floors in the rooms.

Staff all weee friendly, helpful and accessible. Pool and hot tub were warm. Hotel was clean and well maintained.

No proper control of heat in room, too hot, thermostat only goes as low as 65, no a/c to cool the room down. ESA certified fur baby and still got charged $25/night...I'm sorry but I consider a certified ESA animal as qualified as a service animal and she should have been free just like the service animals. Continental breakfast was plentiful but not tasty .. soggy uncooked waffles, muffins tasted bland, English muffins tasted like cardboard, and coffee was very bitter no matter how much sugar or creamer was added. Finally, went to get in the shower and there were red ants in the bathroom on the floor... front desk provided ant spray but also admitted it was a problem due to semi-heated floors..ants come out !!! Accomodations overall were nice, clean, and comfy bed. Pleased they put me on main floor and close to back door for ease of fur baby potty breaks.
