Great location, close to golf course. House needs a good scrub and attention given to smoke alarm as it beeps periodically.

We visited in very hot weather and main bedroom Air-con did not work. Agent said repairer would be in next day but no contact was made. Bins had not been emptied and quite smelly. Upstairs toilet sometimes not flushing properly. Two of the bedrooms were very basic so property was not really suitable for the 8 adults in our group. A basic property better for family with children.

Great location and a quick walk to the beach. Great yard for kids too. House was older and could do with some general maintenance. Property was generally clean but requires a good bond-like to clean to remove dust on blinds and furniture, the walls are covered in dirt marks. Cobwebs were also throughout the property.

Nice house in good condition. Easy access to the beach and other amenities. Value for money. (Would have been good to have a working baby gate for the stairs with a lively toddler)
