1551 Mandalay Beach Road

We found the property management professional and responsive and overall enjoyed the house, especially having a direct beach access. The house was beautiful and spacious for 8 adults and 1 teen, plenty of space to accommodate all of us comfortably. The house was sparsely furnished so there were tons of empty space and the missing curtains in the living & dining room made it too bright and hot to enjoy the afternoon sun. Amazing sunsets though

We enjoyed our trip but had a few comments for a better stay for next clients. The floors and the patio were very dirty. Our bare feet got very dirty whenever we walked around the house or on the patio. it looked like the floors had been swept but not mopped well at all. You need to provide side tables for the couch not just a center table. You need to provide shades for the main room because it gets really hot in main room especially at the table during meals. You need to provide screens because one night we got eaten up by mosquitos and it could be dangerous for young children possibly falling out a window. lastly, you need to provide seasonings or at least salt and pepper. I have never stayed in a vrbo that doesn't provide that.

Stayed for three nights. Beautiful property and the view was amazing. It was fully stocked kitchen. The coffee pot didn’t work and I contacted the management company and they offered to bring me a new one that day if I wanted. Had plenty of towels, beach toys, and chairs that we over packed bringing our own supplies. Every room had a bathroom so all the kids and adults were happy about that.

Would have wanted extra trash bags to be accessible throughout the home.
