The location was perfect! The house was beautiful. I love to stay away from the crowd but close enough to everything you need. This fit the bill. Would definitely want to stay here again.

Defiantly one of the nicest properties we have had the pleasure of staying at. Access to the beach was effortless, location of property was convenient to all local amenities. We will be back soon!

This was our 3rd visit to Pensacola and our 3rd time staying at one of the Portside villas. This particular rental is very private and not connected like the other villas. I love this location for the quiet and the beach is never crowded. The pictures really don’t do this property justice. My only gripe was the bunk beds, the space between the top and bottom bunk seemed odd. We had 2 teenage boys that stayed in that room and they opted to sleep on the top bunks. The company that manages this property Surfside Properties is wonderful. They dropped off cookies prior to checkout (which I never got to try because the 2 boys ate them all). We will definitely stay here again in the future.
