Drove 17 hours. Went by there. Cleaning lady was there. Went back a few hours later and no one was there. So i emailed the place to see if we coould get in. They told us no. And finally let us in 45 till 4. Which was riduculous with no one being there. Pool was cold. Grill was out of gas. Deck boards need replaced. But a great location to the beaches

The place looks like a frat house. Every square inch of this house needs renovation and repairs. The furniture is old and broken down. The place was filthy. The carpet is so dirty and tired it looks like it’s from a crack house. The owner of this house just needs to pause the renting for a few weeks and remodel/clean/repair/update this house. The location is great right on Siesta Key but that’s about the only good thing we can say about it. We seriously considered just abandoning the house mid way through our month stay because of how bad it was.

Stayed there in August with family and grandkids . The house is comfortable overall and well-equipped. Nice residential area, quiet. The property is in dire need of a cleaning and upgrade. The carpet has big stains throughout, clearly has not been cleaned in a very long time, there is dust build-up on the blinds and most horizontal surfaces. Since this is a popular rental, there is definitely not enough time between rentals to fully clean it. The exterior needs attention in many areas. The washing machine broke down. It was replaced one week later. Meanwhile, we had to go to the local laundromat before part of our group departed and incur some out-of-pocket expenses (sixty dollars). Management declined refunding us, claiming that they adressed the problem and expedited the fix (agree). This was a disappointment as this request was for money we had to pay out of pocket due to an appliance, not working. (which was part of the rental). We were asking for a refund and not some compensation..... Would rent again if condition is improved.
