Check in went smoothly. We paid almost 500.00 for a 2 nite stay. Upon arrival, our room appeared to be pretty clean, but the view we paid for, windows were dirty. I was disappointed that our room had no microwave at all. We ALWAYS check our beds when we stay in a hotel. As we were preparing for bed, I showered and the dual shower heads were lovely, but you have to use half your towels to catch the water on the floor from the shower door. Preparing for bed, I asked my husband if he ate on the bed, and he said not at all. So...why was a stain on the comforter??? (gross) We decided to just wait til morning to request a new one, and removed it. We go to breakfast and stay away from the hotel and return at 1 p.m. (NO ONE HAS COME TO CLEAN OR REPLACE LINEN/TOWELS OR BATHROOM SUPPLIES) I call guest services and was told to make sure we remove the sign "do not disturb". I assured him/her there was no sign because we WANTED our room cleaned and linen replaced. I was told someone would be right up (NOT AT ALL). We sit around waiting, no one shows, this has been over an hour. We decided to go to the gym and give it time. Work out for about 45 minutes, return to the room and STILL NOTHING. I call guest services again, told the same thing (again telling us to make sure there is no do not disturb sign) Seriously?? Someone finally shows. They tried to use the same dirty comforter, we tried to explain it was dirty upon arrival, but they spoke ABSOLUTELY NO ENGLISH!

Key didn’t open assigned room door so asked front desk clerk if I could have a room on far side of building and she gladly accommodated me! I was extremely pleased!!!

Love the hotel but a little pricey for a one night stay with my sisters. Was really disappointed that the water view room was more of the entrance rooftop and parking lot view and not a true water view as described. I called and requested to have a better water view but they were unable to accommodate with 2 beds. I stayed one other time and we had a beautiful full view of the water and pool so I was expecting that again. Not a great view but the same price. It should have been listed as a parking lot water view. This Hyatt is fairly new and well maintained, nicely decorated and very clean. Nice pool by the water, lobby bar and outdoor water view seating that was very relaxing. Im a Hyatt member (not that it did me much good) and will probably stay again.
