A comfortable and pleasant stay from start to finish. The staff greeted us warmly and were attentive to our needs. Rooms were spacious, cozy, and very well maintained. Parking space was sufficient. We loved the hotel's atmosphere very much. Food quality was excellent, and the service was always prompt. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

I really appreciate the warm welcome and helpful guidance from staff. Hotel's design is so cool and classy. The rooms was comfortable and clean. Wifi connectivity was very good throughout the hotel.

I had a delightful stay here during my visit. Rooms were spotless and geyser was available in the bathroom. The staff were consistently polite and professional, ensuring every request was handled promptly. Food was too good. The property feels modern, clean, and well-managed. I especially loved how peaceful the rooms were. Location of this hotel was truly beautiful. It’s definitely a place I would return to.

I would have given less than 1 if there was an option. Rooms are very dirty, sheets, towels, floor not clean. Its better if i won't even get started about Breakfast. What they mentioned was not there ; what they served was way below par. Couldn't even drink that coffee. Usually i don't leave negative reviews but was compelled to provide one since i filter option based on rating.

I found this hotel to be a quiet and comfortable place. The room quality was good, the bathroom hygiene excellent and the service team helpful and respectful. A calming stay overall.

From check in to our early checkout the stay was horrendous. Our check in was far from friendly, we felt uncomfortable and the photos didn’t match what we were presented with. The staff seemed confused by our booking making us worry. When we got to our room it was filthy, bedsheets weren’t just stained but dirty, the bathroom was even worse. We went back to reception and they changed our rooms, this was only slightly better, plug sockets were unsafe, the bathmat from the bathroom was filthy, the shower head and doors both filthy. As it was now past 11pm, we decided to just go to sleep as we had spent the day travelling. However we were disrupted by a man knocking on our door and looking confused when we answered. The next morning we had a knock on the door at 8am asking if we wanted breakfast, when we turned this down we were given a bad attitude. We attempted to shower but gave up as there was no cold water. We had booked to see the Taj Mahal so went out and whilst out found alternative accommodation. On our return we checked out and were offered yet another room, when we declined there was no apology apart from the sign out book shoved at us and that was that. The worst and the most rude experience we’ve ever had.

Had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. Waking up to the morning view was such a refreshing experience. Overall, it felt like a perfect home away from home.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The check-in was seamless, and the staff were warm yet efficient. My stay was fine. The woman at the front desk was abrupt and rude. The restaurant was wonderful! The best lunch ever! The restaurant staff was so lovely. Excellent service.

I stayed at this Hotel during a work trip and was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. The property is neat, check-in and check-out were efficient, and the in-room amenities made working late nights easier. Food was okk. The availability of prompt room service and stable Wi-Fi connectivity was a big plus. Recommended for corporate travelers.

From check in to our early checkout the stay was horrendous. Our check in was far from friendly, we felt uncomfortable and the photos didn’t match what we were presented with. The staff seemed confused by our booking making us worry. When we got to our room it was filthy, bedsheets weren’t just stained but dirty, the bathroom was even worse. We went back to reception and they changed our rooms, this was only slightly better, plug sockets were unsafe, the bathmat from the bathroom was filthy, the shower head and doors both filthy. As it was now past 11pm, we decided to just go to sleep as we had spent the day travelling. However we were disrupted by a man knocking on our door and looking confused when we answered. The next morning we had a knock on the door at 8am asking if we wanted breakfast, when we turned this down we were given a bad attitude. We attempted to shower but gave up as there was no cold water. We had booked to see the Taj Mahal so went out and whilst out found alternative accommodation. On our return we checked out and were offered yet another room, when we declined there was no apology apart from the sign out book shoved at us and that was that. The worst and the most rude experience we’ve ever had.

I would have given less than 1 if there was an option. Rooms are very dirty, sheets, towels, floor not clean. Its better if i won't even get started about Breakfast. What they mentioned was not there ; what they served was way below par. Couldn't even drink that coffee. Usually i don't leave negative reviews but was compelled to provide one since i filter option based on rating.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have to say this place was disgusting. It looked like it was in the process of being remodeled and shutting down, with bugs present in the rooms. The electricity went out during my stay, and the bedsheets and linens were dirty. There was a lot of damage and stains on the sheets, and the towels were old and worn out. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I ended up finding another hotel. I didn't stay the night because of the poor conditions.

FILTHY! Bedding was dirty & stained, rooms were unclean with a dirty towel in one closet, and the water to the toilets & sinks only worked intermittently. We forfeited a paid night just to avoid going back.

What worked best for us was the location. Visiting the Taj Mahal early morning became very easy from here. The room was simple but clean, and the air inside felt fresh. Breakfast was light and decent. The hotel did not feel crowded, which made the stay pleasant.
