This is a truly elegant hotel. The staff is highly professional: courteous, friendly, accommodating. Our room, which looked out over the garden, was luxurious and comfortable. The lobby was gorgeous, decked out with Christmas greenery and flower arrangements that took two days to prepare (we watched!), and terrazza was a wonderful place to enjoy an evening drink. This place is a gem, and it's right in the center of Jerez--easy walking distance to local historic sights, restaurants, and shopping.

Prachtig Palacio tot in elke detail super mooi gerestaureerd. Leuke bar aan de achterzijde. Mooie extra's zoals lekkere shampoo ed en flesje cream Sherry. Goede bediening bij het ontbijt. Goed geholpen bij boeken van een Sherry tasting. Neem als je eerst je koffers uitlaad bij het hotel de juiste afslag, anders ben je 15 minuten kwijt om door de binnenstad van Jerez te komen.

We had a fabulous stay at Maria Luisa. It’s in a perfect location so everywhere in town is easily walkable. The rooms are beautiful and there is a lovely terrace which is perfect for a cheeky fino in the sunshine. The pool is only open seasonally but you can still chill out on the sun loungers around it. The staff are so helpful and friendly. We’d absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely be back

This is a beautiful boutique hotel that has clearly been a labour of love. It is my 3rd time here and it is still wonderful - especially the bar and breakfast area to the rear. Two small personal niggles. 1. What happened to the Molton Brown toiletries? Surely Brexit (terrible though it is) didn’t make the unaffordable? 2. Nice to give guests a complimentary half bottle of Sherry - but why would you give them CREAM - it perpetuates all of the worst perceptions of the industry. At least give guests a choice!

Simply magnificent, definitely the Hotel where one should stay. Valet parking, bell boy, room service 24 Hrs. Linen menu, pillow menu, breakfast terrace, restaurant, a real 5 stars. A small but sufficient pool. And the architecture is magnificent. No doubt we will repeat.

The food at T22 restaurant was fresh, beautifully prepared and creatively presented. We loved every did we had. This could be the best hotel we have ever stayed in!!! We arrived after a catastrophic journey from Gibraltar and the weight was instantly taken off us! As soon as we walked though the door, the bags were taken by the concierge and taken up to the room for us. We were greeted with ice cold lemon water a made to feel right at home. The hotel is stunning and our room was nothing short of spectacular. After traveling for a while all we needed was a drink and some food and it was divine. Even a simple dish like chicken and chips blew us away and the stress of traveling instantly left us. The beer was crisp, the food was lovely! We had never experienced a turn down service before so it was a lovely surprise and the complimentary teddy bear comes everywhere with us. Can’t put into words how good this hotel is…we truly believe it is the best hotel IN THE WORLD!!!

Spectacular! Impeccable service! Beautiful room with gorgeous courtyard view from balcony. Loved every moment spent here. The Christmas tree was breathtaking. But where my heart skipped a beat was when the children from Jerez came into the lobby and were greeted by the Magi ( 3 Kings celebrated here), it took me back to my childhood. This converted palace is a must visit even if you don't stay here. We loved it!

Very knowledge front desk staff who steered us in the direction of outstanding tapas and an artisanal small cellar sherry tasting which included a tour of a private gallery w original Velazquez, El Greco and Murillo paintings among others.
