It would have been nice to have hangers in the closets, as there were only 5 in the whole condo for 4 people with a weeks worth of clothes and no place to hang them. The TV's in the bedrooms were not working and we received no communication on how to get them working after contacting you, and we never got a good code to use the fitness center/sauna/steam room or the indoor pool.

This location is wonderful! Right on the beach and a corner unit so you have sweeping views! We watched the dolphins playing as the sun rose every morning of our stay. The condo is spacious and well appointed. There were a few issues we feel need to be addressed. First and most important is a cleanliness issue. We feel that there needs to be an emphasis placed on cleaning in the condo. We had an issue with the linens; I’m not going to go into detail, but it was important enough that I needed to address it with the management team. Additionally, the management team needs to be more responsive. The issue with the linens was not addressed until a day after I first brought it up. We were never given the proper codes for the amenities. Proper instructions need to be provided for entering and exiting the condo. Last, the showers were a little dangerous in that they were very slick. My sister and her daughter actually fell down in the hall shower.

This condo is amazing! Wonderful views, easy check in, all amenities you would need for a great week. Staff were awesome— especially Angie at the front. She had candy everyday for the kids and was so personable and knowledgeable. You can walk to everything from this property. Restaurants, beach bars, shops, etc. we rarely used our car at all. Bahama Bobs has great food and $3 wine and beer for happy hour! Laurias food was outstanding and the drinks and wine were awesome too. The pizza place across the street is seasonal. We caught them on the last day and the pizza was awesome. I would stay here again without question! A couple of considerations: it would be nice if the condo provided a better broom/swifter or something to help with keeping sand up. The vaccum doesn’t work well and the broom falls apart when using it. There is a griddle in the kitchen, it does not get hot enough to even cook eggs. It probably needs replaced. There is only one key. This presents an issue when you have 2 families who sometimes didn’t eat together etc. Get alcohol before you go to the condo. The 2 places across the street are insanely expensive. Lastly, the gym isn’t good. All of the equipment needs oiled, over 1/2 of it doesn’t even turn on anymore and there are no free weights. I would bring as much of your own stuff as you can and plan to run or walk for cardio. Grateful we got to stay here and will be back.

The condo was nice but had way too many decorations. We had to put baskets, etc, on the floor in order to have room on the counter. I must say that it took my sister a while to find the indoor pool. Is located on the third floor but you have to go through the parking garage to find the one unmarked door that leads to the pool. There was only one little sign on the wall with an arrow. It was very creepy. The same problem with the fitness which was on the fourth floor and actually had no sign at all. The indoor pool was cold. Thought it should’ve been heated.

We had a three night stay in 1101 and it was a great spot for our family of six. Communication about what was onsite was great and there were very few surprises. The kitchen, bath towels, laundry and dishwasher pods were perfect for our amount of days on the property. The view is amazing from any point in the condo or on the patio. Indoor infinity pool was a huge win for our family. We would have preferred the ice machine in the fridge worked. The way to get to indoor pool and fitness room is a little disjointed, having to walk through the parking garage. And for spring months it would have been nice to have the outdoor pool be heated. Overall, a wonderful stay!

This condo was very nice. The views were amazing on the 11th floor. I really liked that you could also see the ocean from the balcony that joins the other two bedrooms. The covered parking was a bonus and the pools were very nice and clean. We had a few issues with some things in the condo, but otherwise the stay was great. The location was also very nice. Not far from anything at all. So many good restaurants and things to do

The condo was just wanted we needed and everything was clean and comfortable. The only problem we ran in to was the fire alarm went off at 1am the last two nights due to a building malfunction. So we did not get a lot of sleep but otherwise it was a perfect stay and we loved the building!

This was our second time booking this property and we mostly loved it. The location is excellent, being an easy walk to lots of stores and restaurants. Only complaints about our stay are that the floors were pretty nasty, like black feet nasty, the lock on the door is way too difficult to operate and a couple of the outlets seemd to not be working. Also, for the price I would expect better pillows. They were terrible! Other than that, the place is beautiful.

This place was awesome. It was very updated. Beds were comfortable. Views from all three bedrooms were great. The condo was very clean when we checked in. Balcony furniture is comfy and high quality. Rental through Beach Ball was very easy. Response was very quick with any answers to questions I had before check in. No issues at all with our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived on Tues, 8/20. The floors were dirty and sticky, kitchen table had food & hair on it, night stands in primary room were dirty. TV's in the extra bedroom didn't work. Ceiling fans were covered in dirt and dust, lounge chair on deck was ripped and unable to sit, outside of fridge was dirty and so were most cabinet handles. Hallway bathtub dripped at all times. Queen bedroom comforter had makeup and hair on it. Icemaker never really worked like it should have. Dishwasher wouldn't work. Dryer wouldn't quit spinning unless you turned it off. Blinds in other king room would not stay closed. We called maintenance and they did send them out to replace the comforter in queen room, mopped the floors (they were still dirty) and got the other 2 tvs working. They didn't know what was wrong w/the dishwasher so 3 days later an appliance person came out and had to you tube the problem. There were more issues but this is the majority. I reached out to Liquid Life via email to share the issues and they thanked me and said management would address the problems but didn't offer to refund the cleaning fee or anything else. I wouldn't rent from Liquid Life again. I will tell you the location was wonderful and the grounds were nice.

I would say 4.5 stars, if I could. The view is what makes this place, it's by far the best view I've had in a rental. The condo was very clean & well maintained. With high winds the main door from living room to balcony makes a high pitch noise. We solved this by cracking it a tiny bit. King bed is uncomfortable for our taste. I also had to call for the access code. Which said it would be emailed/text to me & it wasn't. In addition the provided pool access code was wrong. I had to call for that as well. Overall we'd stay here again for the view. Just hoping for a bed upgrade.

This was an amazing vacation! The condo was the cleanest I have have ever beeever started at! The woman in the lobby working was awesome! She made you follow rules but did so with a smile! The property texted us that we could check-in early because the cleaning was done! We will definitely be back!

We loved the location, beach and atmosphere. We loved having pizza, burgers, happy hour, Alvin’s Island all within walking distance. The condo was clean and neat. The beds slept great and the linens were very clean. Only downside was we didn’t have a hair dryer, ice maker, or Keurig. We survived. I bought a hair dryer and left in the room. Also getting a parking tag and trying to meet up with security was a mess and hectic but we didn’t get towed. We loved being able to text Liquid life and get quick responses. We will be back

We stayed in 2301 at Island Tower. The views of the Gulf and the sunrise were amazing! Everything was as expected and I dont think we could have asked for anything better. I highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. From the beautiful ambiance and large space of the condo, the beach front scenery, and the location of the property, everything was even better than expected. The condo was stocked with essentials to get through the 1st day and was just an overall grand experience. We will be back soon!
Everything was perfect. From the beautiful ambiance and large space of the condo, the beach front scenery, and the location of the property, everything was even better than expected. The condo was stocked with essentials to get through the 1st day and was just an overall grand experience. We will be back soon!

The view was incredible! The accommodations were wonderful. We enjoyed every minute. The only way to improve would be to have a channel guide for the television and a hair dryer. Thank you for a delightful stay. We will want to return again soon!

I would say 4.5 stars, if I could. The view is what makes this place, it's by far the best view I've had in a rental. The condo was very clean & well maintained. With high winds the main door from living room to balcony makes a high pitch noise. We solved this by cracking it a tiny bit. King bed is uncomfortable for our taste. I also had to call for the access code. Which said it would be emailed/text to me & it wasn't. In addition the provided pool access code was wrong. I had to call for that as well. Overall we'd stay here again for the view. Just hoping for a bed upgrade.

Great condo. Stayed with family. There were 7 of us. The couch does pull out. Two separate balconies and two primary bedrooms. There were some issues with the smoke detectors and we had to handle it on our own after they told me someone was coming to fix it. Overall very nice

We loved the location, beach and atmosphere. We loved having pizza, burgers, happy hour, Alvin’s Island all within walking distance. The condo was clean and neat. The beds slept great and the linens were very clean. Only downside was we didn’t have a hair dryer, ice maker, or Keurig. We survived. I bought a hair dryer and left in the room. Also getting a parking tag and trying to meet up with security was a mess and hectic but we didn’t get towed. We loved being able to text Liquid life and get quick responses. We will be back

It would have been nice to have hangers in the closets, as there were only 5 in the whole condo for 4 people with a weeks worth of clothes and no place to hang them. The TV's in the bedrooms were not working and we received no communication on how to get them working after contacting you, and we never got a good code to use the fitness center/sauna/steam room or the indoor pool.

It was very enjoyable but there were a couple of things that kept me from giving 5 stars. The first thing was what I was told about trying to figure out the TV's which are on Dish Network. I was told to call the number of the TV provider. I don't subscribe to their service. I was 500.00 a day to stay there and use the amenities. I would suggest it would be very simple to have a printed sheet by each TV stating how to turn on the satellite and tv and then go to the menu. I did figure it out eventually. Just wasn't impressed with "Call the provider." Secondly some of the kitchen pans needed to be replaced--the frying pan especially and I would suggest adding a sauce pan. I boiled eggs in a stainless steel bowl. As I said, we truly enjoyed our stay and the view was great. Just a couple of small things I thought to mention.

This location is wonderful! Right on the beach and a corner unit so you have sweeping views! We watched the dolphins playing as the sun rose every morning of our stay. The condo is spacious and well appointed. There were a few issues we feel need to be addressed. First and most important is a cleanliness issue. We feel that there needs to be an emphasis placed on cleaning in the condo. We had an issue with the linens; I’m not going to go into detail, but it was important enough that I needed to address it with the management team. Additionally, the management team needs to be more responsive. The issue with the linens was not addressed until a day after I first brought it up. We were never given the proper codes for the amenities. Proper instructions need to be provided for entering and exiting the condo. Last, the showers were a little dangerous in that they were very slick. My sister and her daughter actually fell down in the hall shower.

This place was awesome. It was very updated. Beds were comfortable. Views from all three bedrooms were great. The condo was very clean when we checked in. Balcony furniture is comfy and high quality. Rental through Beach Ball was very easy. Response was very quick with any answers to questions I had before check in. No issues at all with our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived on Tues, 8/20. The floors were dirty and sticky, kitchen table had food & hair on it, night stands in primary room were dirty. TV's in the extra bedroom didn't work. Ceiling fans were covered in dirt and dust, lounge chair on deck was ripped and unable to sit, outside of fridge was dirty and so were most cabinet handles. Hallway bathtub dripped at all times. Queen bedroom comforter had makeup and hair on it. Icemaker never really worked like it should have. Dishwasher wouldn't work. Dryer wouldn't quit spinning unless you turned it off. Blinds in other king room would not stay closed. We called maintenance and they did send them out to replace the comforter in queen room, mopped the floors (they were still dirty) and got the other 2 tvs working. They didn't know what was wrong w/the dishwasher so 3 days later an appliance person came out and had to you tube the problem. There were more issues but this is the majority. I reached out to Liquid Life via email to share the issues and they thanked me and said management would address the problems but didn't offer to refund the cleaning fee or anything else. I wouldn't rent from Liquid Life again. I will tell you the location was wonderful and the grounds were nice.

This was an amazing vacation! The condo was the cleanest I have have ever beeever started at! The woman in the lobby working was awesome! She made you follow rules but did so with a smile! The property texted us that we could check-in early because the cleaning was done! We will definitely be back!

This was our second time booking this property and we mostly loved it. The location is excellent, being an easy walk to lots of stores and restaurants. Only complaints about our stay are that the floors were pretty nasty, like black feet nasty, the lock on the door is way too difficult to operate and a couple of the outlets seemd to not be working. Also, for the price I would expect better pillows. They were terrible! Other than that, the place is beautiful.

This condo is amazing! Wonderful views, easy check in, all amenities you would need for a great week. Staff were awesome— especially Angie at the front. She had candy everyday for the kids and was so personable and knowledgeable. You can walk to everything from this property. Restaurants, beach bars, shops, etc. we rarely used our car at all. Bahama Bobs has great food and $3 wine and beer for happy hour! Laurias food was outstanding and the drinks and wine were awesome too. The pizza place across the street is seasonal. We caught them on the last day and the pizza was awesome. I would stay here again without question! A couple of considerations: it would be nice if the condo provided a better broom/swifter or something to help with keeping sand up. The vaccum doesn’t work well and the broom falls apart when using it. There is a griddle in the kitchen, it does not get hot enough to even cook eggs. It probably needs replaced. There is only one key. This presents an issue when you have 2 families who sometimes didn’t eat together etc. Get alcohol before you go to the condo. The 2 places across the street are insanely expensive. Lastly, the gym isn’t good. All of the equipment needs oiled, over 1/2 of it doesn’t even turn on anymore and there are no free weights. I would bring as much of your own stuff as you can and plan to run or walk for cardio. Grateful we got to stay here and will be back.

This condo was very nice. The views were amazing on the 11th floor. I really liked that you could also see the ocean from the balcony that joins the other two bedrooms. The covered parking was a bonus and the pools were very nice and clean. We had a few issues with some things in the condo, but otherwise the stay was great. The location was also very nice. The condo was perfect for Sand in my Boots festival. The views were amazing and it was really clean. We would have liked beach towels, a starter supply of coffee and for the TV in the master bedroom to work, but overall we had a really good time.

The beds slept great and the linens were very clean. Only downside was we didn’t have a hair dryer, ice maker, or Keurig. We survived. I bought a hair dryer and left in the room. Also getting a parking tag and trying to meet up with security was a mess and hectic but we didn’t get towed. We loved being able to text Liquid life and get quick responses. We will be back

My siblings and I really enjoyed ourselves. The condo was beautiful and spacious. Pam was a gracious host she went in detail explaining and guiding me through the process, whenever I emailed her Pam always replied promptly with an answer.. I will definitely make contact with her again fir next year.

My family absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay at this property! Super easy check in and parking was no issue for us even in a bigger vehicle. It’s around a lot of restaurants, dessert places, and souvenir shops in walking distance. The room itself was amazing- very clean, spacious, equipped with almost everything we needed, and decorated so nicely not to mention the amazing views of the beach/ocean!! I would recommend this to anyone especially bigger groups of families. When I come back to visit the area I will definitely be booking here again. Also want to thank Pam for reaching out to make sure we had no issues and that we were satisfied with our condo.
