Highly recommended quality hotel with a central location and very accommodating staff. The pool area was relaxing and somewhat private with a kids section and a bar available. I dont exactly remember the breakfast but I think it was good. You stay right by the bay and mall of Asia. There is also a ferris wheel in walking distance🎡

The property met all my expectations. Service in the dining room was superb, Joy and crew were very attentive and accommodating. Front desk staff was average. I did enjoy using the gym.

I liked that it had in-room bottled water, thoughtful of tourists. Breakfast buffet spread was awesome. Had all the equipment to get in a complete workout. No problems with the staff at all, quite patient with me and very helpful.

All the staff I encountered, from security, door man, reception, cafe and conference staff were all friendly and helpful. Top marks there. The room was generally well appointed in terms of the size of the bed, the sofa and the desk and chair. However this was let down by the many broken room items: one of the two plug sockets by the desk did not work. The ‘service room’ button did not work, the window was locked slightly open causing vehicle noise to enter the room, particularly in the very early morning. The curtains worked but one side was very stiff - risking them getting broken. The hairdryer had an exposed electrical wires containing the mains power! The wifi did not work when I first arrived - it transpired my IP address to be white listed. My colleague in another room had the same problem. I tried to call reception only to find the room phone did not work either! I lost a lot of productive time that evening. Staff at reception resolved the wifi and phone issues promptly but for the price paid I would expect services to work first time. The hotel pool was nice and a good place to spend some time outside the room. The conference facilities were good. The hotel has a water container system to reduce plastic bottles in the room. Seems like a good initiative but a bit tricky to use without making a mess on the floor. I was also disappointed to see the security guard kick a plastic drink bottle into the street. The hotel does not provide any recycling that I could see.

It is close to the airport. The hotel is clean and pleasant. The food at the restaurant is very good. Unfortunately, the pool was not heated and it was too cold to swim in it. Reception desk staff were very helpful.

I recently stayed at Citadines Bay City Manila and found it to be an excellent choice. The location is convenient, with easy access to the Mall of Asia. Just wanted to share my recent experience. Check-in was super slow, which was a bit frustrating. When we finally got to our room, we were hit with this awful smell that was hard to describe—totally gross! I called the housekeeper, who was really nice and even confirmed the smell. They quickly moved us to a different room, but I just wish the cleaning staff and manager had done a better job checking the room beforehand. It should’ve been ready for guests!

I stayed 4 nights and it was lovely. Most staff were very kind and friendly except one. I'm a Gold Expedia member but didn't receive my upgrade at check in. The staff who checked me in was rude, arrogant and extremely unprofessional. I didn't get his name but he was of a chubby and feminine appearance. He acted like he was the Queen of the hotel. Rich, the front desk staff and most staff were excellent. Many of them greeted me by my name or sir, in a warm and welcoming manner. It was super unpleasant to deal with that chubby check in staff, particularly after a long tiring 30hr flight from Sydne to Manila via Singapore. I was exhausted and the last thing I need was to deal with a rude and unpleasant check in staff. I enjoyed the pool and gym a lot. Common areas and lobby are very nice and clean. TEHRE ARE A COUPLE OF ISSUES WITH THE ROOMS THOUGH. The aricon and carpet need changing or servicing. There's this damp, musty unpleasant smell come the aricon and carpet, and because I can't open the window, there's no access to fresh air. Waking up in the morning to a strange musty smell in the room is not a great way to start your day. Even after they have upgraded me to a better room the next day, the smell from the aircon and carpet is still there. I agree with other reviews about the unpleasant musty smell in the rooms. It's not healthy. I would only stay there again if they have fixed the smell from the aircon and carpet. My first room on level 10 also had sewer odour.

Good location, rooms are equipped with microwave, washing machine and dryer, and water dispenser - perfect for long term stay. Room smelled a little weird upon arrival - we believe it was coming from the AC/vent. Double check the charges on the card on file before checking out.

Just wanted to share my recent experience. Check-in was super slow, which was a bit frustrating. When we finally got to our room, we were hit with this awful smell that was hard to describe—totally gross! I called the housekeeper, who was really nice and even confirmed the smell. They quickly moved us to a different room, but I just wish the cleaning staff and manager had done a better job checking the room beforehand. It should’ve been ready for guests!

I stayed 4 nights and it was lovely. Most staff were very kind and friendly except one. I'm a Gold Expedia member but didn't receive my upgrade at check in. The staff who checked me in was rude, arrogant and extremely unprofessional. I didn't get his name but he was of a chubby and feminine appearance. He acted like he was the Queen of the hotel. Rich, the front desk staff and most staff were excellent. Many of them greeted me by my name or sir, in a warm and welcoming manner. It was super unpleasant to deal with that chubby check in staff, particularly after a long tiring 30hr flight from Sydne to Manila via Singapore. I was exhausted and the last thing I need was to deal with a rude and unpleasant check in staff. I enjoyed the pool and gym a lot. Common areas and lobby are very nice and clean. TEHRE ARE A COUPLE OF ISSUES WITH THE ROOMS THOUGH. The aricon and carpet need changing or servicing. There's this damp, musty unpleasant smell come the aricon and carpet, and because I can't open the window, there's no access to fresh air. Waking up in the morning to a strange musty smell in the room is not a great way to start your day. Even after they have upgraded me to a better room the next day, the smell from the aircon and carpet is still there. I agree with other reviews about the unpleasant musty smell in the rooms. It's not healthy. I would only stay there again if they have fixed the smell from the aircon and carpet. My first room on level 10 also had sewer odour.

My stay was wonderful staff is friendly and great customer service. Special shoutout to Ella from housekeeping, James at the front desk and Eliza from the cafe. Everyone was very attentive and courteous. Will definitely stay again.

Be careful using their cafe because they charge you even if you don’t eat at their restaurant. I ate at the cafe and paid cash, but when I checked, I found out I owe the restaurant 9,100 thousand pesos, plus I was charged on my credit card $110. I paid 9,100 pesos because my flight is at 4 PM. Please take note, I ate there by myself, and I settled in cash. Who wants to eat there every day since their menu is the same? I was very surprised by their incompetent accounting.

The client service went ghosted after we provided flight no and all details. Nothing book despite continuously follow up for days. No one showed up, of course. No explanation, just nothing. Spacious room. Clean and comfortable beddings. I love the idea of water dispenser in the room. The access to global tv channels is a plus. Hotel staff are friendly, corteous and attentive esp.the housekeeping. I had issues during the front check in, but were able to resolved it. I have not heard this hotel but Im glad I tried, Its 20min. walk to SM Mall of Asia.

Highly recommended quality hotel with a central location and very accommodating staff. The pool area was relaxing and somewhat private with a kids section and a bar available. I dont exactly remember the breakfast but I think it was good. You stay right by the bay and mall of Asia. There is also a ferris wheel in walking distance🎡

Hotel is in a good location. Just a 5 minute walk to MOA arena and there’s a mall next door with a supermarket. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Facility is in great condition. Breakfast buffet is good and affordable.

Excellent service and location. Got the Expedia VIP room upgrade for free and the room was quite nice - spacious enough for my partner and I. Breakfast buffet was delicious albeit a little limited on options. Got a in-room massage for a reasonable price (they provide 24 hours service just call ahead of time). Lobby is gorgeous and front desk staffed all hours with security out front. Only real complaint is bathroom shower drain design was such that the water puddles and drains quite slowly. Convenience/ pharmacy and W-Mall are all in walking distance (less than 2 blocks). Definitely check out the nearby Gala Food Park. This large indoor food court is a unexpected hidden gem where you can dress up in a Japanese yukata, grab very Instagrammable pics, and eat/drink cheap but yummy Asian cuisine (such as Japanese, Thai, Taiwanese, Hong Kong Chinese, Viet & Filipino) or "Western" foods.

1- the buffet breakfast costed me PHP 650 but the quality was bad and selection was very limited. 2- Housekeeping staff was made a lot of noise at the corridor and they did not clean up the toilet bowl in my room. 3- I didn't understand why many door bell ringing during the Friday late night. I was woken up several times. 4- the curtains were difficult to close and open. 5- I like the idea to provide a large drum of drinking water which was enough for a few days. 6- location was great for walking to Worldbex and shopping mall.

I liked that it had in-room bottled water, thoughtful of tourists. Breakfast buffet spread was awesome. Had all the equipment to get in a complete workout. No problems with the staff at all, quite patient with me and very helpful.

Assigning a Credit Card to the room for incidentals should be an automatic for this hotel. Very clean rooms, very good staff. The restaurant food was 2 to 3 star. Dining room staff had to be called to table and to buffet stations rather than being there. Food was often cold. Food quality was just barely acceptable. The food was obviously the least expensive they could purchase. For these reasons, the hotel restaurant was almost never busy.
