Coconut Lagoon

We found the property to be in pristine condition. Everything we needed was available (utensils, pots, coffee maker, towels, linens, etc). Likewise the pool and outdoor amenities were 10/10. Located at the literal center of the island we were just minutes from both the ocean beach and the bay side beach. Shops and the general store are just a couple blocks away. Our host/agent was fabulous- very responsive and promptly answered questions. We recommend the Coconut Lagoon property without hesitation.

Very cute house, perfect for a family!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The kids had a blast at the pool and a short walk to the beach. The hosts provided everything we needed from beach towels down the shampoo and conditioner. We suggest maybe an outdoor couch under the covered outdoor bar but other than that, we would 100% stay again!

This was our fourth year coming to Anna Maria Island. We have stayed in a different house each year but always a Once Upon A Beach home. We have never been disappointed. This house was clean and very comfortable. The pool area was amazing and my favorite so far. The home is in walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing week. This absolutely made our day. Our family of four had a great week at Coconut Lagoon. The house was newly renovated, very clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked. The highlight was the backyard - a tropical paradise with a new cabana where we spent hours playing games, reading and having dinners. The location just two blocks from Pine Avenue and four blocks from the beach was perfect. Thank you so much for sharing your experience!
