Admirals Quarters 405-Large Beachfront-4 Bedrooms with 3 Kings-Gorgeous-Views

We loved the big balcony and having an elevator. There was so much room for the 5 of us to craft. Couches were very comfy and so were the beds. We got used to the long walk to the beach. Trevon was sweet to rent the chairs from. I sat by the pool the last day which was nice.

Property is conveniently located to several good restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The property itself is quite spacious, with a deep balcony, roomy kitchen, double sinks in the master, large TV's in both the living room and bedroom. The balcony has cushioned chairs and couch which is very appealing to us. Not the hard fake wood furniture so many condos have now. There's a nice pool area, and a relatively short walk to the beach. The management company, Beach Life Vacation Rentals is one of the best we've experienced in many years of beach stays. Very communicative, before and during the stay. We discovered a couple of restaurants we hadn't tried before due to the info the company had shared. And they responded promptly to our one request while we were there.

This unit was perfect for my family of 8! The condo was spotless all the beds we’re comfortable and the view is amazing! There’s pretty much anything you need to cook with in the kitchen. Good location with plenty to do close by. Not a long walk to the breach at all and pool is really nice as well! You can’t go wrong booking this unit !

The property was very clean. Someone was always cleaning the lobby. The unit was very spacious and well kept. The elevators were never a problem. It was close to many restaurants and marinas. The beach area was not crowded for it being July. I would definitely stay there again. The communication with the host was great as well!

This condo was exactly what we needed. Three bedrooms all with king size beds and attached bathrooms. Living and kitchen area was very spacious. First time staying at Admiral’s Quarters and loved it. Not as crowded as the larger condominiums. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Orange Beach.

We rented at Admirals Quarters because we had family members who owned a condo here in the past and when we visited, we loved the property, pool, beach access, and that incredible view. Needless to say, when we arrived, we found this unit not what we had envisioned. The walls had patch marks in several rooms that had not been painted, the floors were not clean, there was trash behind the master bath door, trash under the master bed next to the side table and dust all over the books in the master, the baseboards were dirty and in disrepair. There were scuff marks and scratch marks on the walls, baseboards and doors, and some of the kitchen utensils had food stuck on them. The countertops and kitchen table had not been wiped off and the unit smelled like mold and mildew. The smell got worse each time the air conditioning ran. I sent an email and a text with photos to Bella Beach Properties within 24 hours of our arrival expressing our concern regarding the issues and never heard back from them. I would not recommend renting this unit until it is thoroughly cleaned and completely repaired! I am beyond disappointed with Bella Beach Properties and would not recommend using them either. I am also surprised that the realtor who has this unit listed, is not insisting that it be perfect.

This condo was fantastic. It is well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, and I really appreciated that. I loved this building. The pool is nice, and beach access is easy. Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom is wonderful for families. The only two things I would encourage the owners to do would be to replace the ice maker that was taken out of the wet bar and change out the single bed in the 2nd bedroom for another double. Two double beds would help with bookings. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This condominium was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of room for the kids to move around and enjoy themselves. There was plenty of room for the adults to lay back and enjoy their time. And it was very professionally kept. The amenities that were available were great for exactly what we needed. We used the inside pool, the kids played on the beach, and it was accessible to everything such as the softball games, shopping, and restaurants. Thank you so very much!

We booked a relaxing 2 week vacation. Upon arrival - we had no worries. When we opened the door we were quite pleased. The condo was comfortable and was much nicer than the pictures. The balcony was massive and comfortable as well. The view was so relaxing. We did not even mind the construction that was going on. The workers were very polite, you did not know at times they were even there. We will definitely be coming back. When we had a question - we got a response immediately. Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. So many nice restaurants nearby as well as shopping.

Beach access was awesome and very easy and convenient to get beach chairs. The condo was great. There was a small gap in-between the sliding door and glass which caused a draft of hot air, but other than that, it was perfect! Will definitely book again next year!

our weeklong vacation in 601 was perfect. The condo was just beautiful and spotlessly clean. We had amazing views of the beach from the large balcony with plenty of seating for a large family The kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need. Tim and Sara were wonderful hosts and made checkin effortless. Communication with them before and during our stay was great. It was our first time to stay at Admirals Quarters but will definitely be back.

Property was very clean, furnished as described and fabulous communication before, during and after the historical snow storm. Very quiet. We will definitely book here again.

The condo was not as clean as I was expecting. Nothing major, but it seemed like the unit hadn't had a detailed clean in a while. But other than that, everything was perfect.

The unit had a clean smell as soon as we walked in. Everything was just as photos portrayed. We loved this place and will definitely stay here again.

Loved this property. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed during our trip. It was also very spacious and had a spectacular view of the gulf. Couldn't have asked for a better property. Last but not least, the community with the owners was amazing. They thought of everything and checked on us throughout our stay. Amazing time all around.

Right location for good food and good golf. Right good property owner—available if needed (we didn’t). I have nothing wrong to say about our stay here!

My sister’s family and mine enjoyed our stay at Admirals Quarters-I loved this area of Orange Beach as it was just outside of the real crowded areas but still close enough to hop over to Publix or get takeout. There were 10 of us total and I feel like we had enough room. Condo was well stocked. The rugs were a little past their life wear but overall we had a wonderful time. Big plus that it’s owner managed-Tim and Sara were very easy to get in touch with.

Clean and roomy condo. Nice furnishings inside. Balcony furniture needs an upgrade and it is difficult to see through the railings at chair height…

This was our second time booking with beach life. We were in orange beach to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. As always, Angela took wonderful care of us and communication/accommodations were stellar! They are the best of the best and we will return!

Excellent accommodations. This was the first time we rented a condo and had all 10 of us on one floor living. It actually was great. Sometimes having an upstairs allowed for some space between families. But 601 was big enough inside we still had area to feel spread out when needed! Communication with owners was easy and so was check. Great week!

Nice stay. Would highly recommend. Ran into a couple of snags but homeowner was very responsive and took care of everything.

We had a terrific Spring Break at Admirals Quarters 1403. The view is terrific. We spent lots of time out on the deck taking it all in. The furniture is comfy and the condo has ample space for a family. It may sound crazy but I loved that the condo had a pantry so food is not sitting out all over the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped. The half bath came in handy when others were sleeping/napping in the bedrooms. Beach Life was a joy to work with - personable and quick to respond when we had a question. We will be back!
