Bollinger Duplex A: Maisonette-Wohnung einen halben Block vom Strand entfernt

The house was older but had a great mid-century vibe. The kitchen had everything we needed and the utility room had wagons and chairs to take to the beach. The location (about half a block from the beach) for the price can’t be beat! We would stay here again.

Great location, easy access to the beach. Close to shops and other beach locations. Quiet! Unit was comfortable and well maintained.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is spacious and roomie and very close to the water. It is a little dated, but the size of the property makes up for that. Simple things like cookie sheets and proper size coffee mugs could make a difference.

Clean and great for dog people.

We have been vacationing in Holmes Beach, FL, for over 10 years and usually stay in the Walker Cottage on Avenue F, which we’ve always been very happy with. This time, we stayed in the Bollinger House and it was wonderful. The house offers two master bedrooms, a full kitchen, a third bathroom in the laundry room, and both gas and charcoal grills. We loved the patio with its table and chairs, the carport, and the abundance of beach necessities provided. The yard is great for walking your dog. The only recommendation we have is to add a blender for the kitchen. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Bollinger House!
