The staff was amazing for what they had to work with. The only elevator was literally dying. It took 2 min for the door to open and each time we used it we were questioning whether or not wed get stuck. It struggled through each time though! We were pretty disappointed that the hot tub was out of order also. Couldve used a good soak after a 6 hr drive. The room itself was clean and everything worked well but water pressure was lacking. One of the locks didnt work with a key so you couldnt get in that way. The patio door was unlocked all the time and the other side door you had to manually close or it would remain open.

They charged me a $100 deposit which was not mentioned on Expedia website and was told it would be 3-5 businesss days before I got a refund. The side entrance door didn’t work properly the room security latch was broken. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. The shower curtain rod was loose and coming off wall

$100 hold I found out about at the desk, I would've preferred to know beforehand and I was sad the pool was closed.

I am still waiting on my refund for the night. The hotel said they had a pool but the pool was closed. Please let me know when you figure this out. I’m not happy

Elevator was dirty and in bad need of paint on the trim. The bed sheets were very wrinkled and bottom sheet not all the way on. Looked like they were not changed since the last guest. After sleeping in the bed for my 3 day stay, the sheets on the other queen size bed that was not slept in looked the same. Room floors were dirty and needed moping. Furnishings were sparse and worn.

I was looking forward to the hot tub, but it was out of order.

Our 3 night stay was 1 night duevto the horrible conditions of this hotel it was nasty. Have photos to share.

Normally, the place is a reasonable place and great accomodations for the price. However, the room I stayed in had bed bugs and the bites all over my body were horrific. Check the beds before you fall asleep.

THE BATHROOM FLOOR WAS DIRTY. the door handle was atuck and hard to open.

First room we had I was sitting on the bed and started getting bit by bed bugs. I had to take them down in a cup to get another room. Not to mention the cost of treating our belongings

Amazingly clean and quiet!

Chech in was good. Got back to motel late after checking in. Found sheets to have dirt and grass in them. It was late and at that point I was too tired to care. Brushed off sheets and wemnt to bed but won't likely stae hereagain.

I had a dirty bathroom pubic hairs in the tub, used bar of soap and shampoo.

Our hotel room was really dirty. so much that after I took a shower and walked around the room that evening my feet were black. holes in the sheetrock around the shower, mold in the bathtub. a bunch of yelling coming from other rooms. staff was really nice though. just felt really uncomfortable to stay there. I chalk it up to "you get what you pay for" pics are not what they seem online.

We were in town for a college graduation so every hotel in town raised their rates a lot but of course did nothing to work on the quality of anyone’s stay. This place was dirty. The outside bench with bird poop, the elevator floor was awful, our room was so dirty. The first light switch had lots of grime. Two of the “clean rags” had long hair on them as did two of the bed pillows. The AC unit was missing the knob so could not adjust it. Also not one hook to hang anything like my cosmetic bag and no light over the kitchen or wall mirror area. Was disappointing to pay so much for One night

Nice room with good amenities, except the bathtub had rust & no stopper to make the tub hold water. So it was a shower only. I did not engage on other amenities outside of the room other than breakfast. The eggs were cold & a little undercooked. I’m a hot tea drinker. The only yea available was decaf.

Rooms updated but still showed signs of older hotel with windows not locking and broken, rust in bathtub, stopper missing in sink and walls show wetness had been an issue at one time still. Paint was splattered on bathroom door. Security lock at door felt a little uncertain. Comfortable room and atmosphere, just being solo did not feel fully safe. Price was reasonable.

Pretty descent...starting to show age in parts. Good size rooms . Slept good. Easy acess

The staff was terrific. Having said that, the facility needs much improvement. Renovations are underway, and one can tell much hard work has been done and much needs to be done. Some of the renovations cut corners (probably for budgetary reasons) that probably didn't need to be cut... for example, the beds are new, but are so firm that they are little better than sleeping on the floor. I have stayed in many hotels across the country and I can safely say these beds were the hardest I have ever experienced. There was no position I could lay that was comfortable and the pillows provided were ones more suitable to children, not adults... they were very small, little bigger than my head. Another example, the rooms have new linoleum floors which is unusual, typically the floors in a hotel are carpet. Use of linoleum removes one main advantage of carpet... sound deadening. The noise in the hotel was extraordinarily loud and often woke both my wife and I up several times during the night. We were thankful our stay was only for 2 nights... we were totally exhausted by the end of our stay. This property has the right staff that have the right mindset.... the owners need to spend that extra bit of money in renovations to truly make guest stays enjoyable...Travelers look for 2 basics....comfortable beds and quite surroundings.

It was very aggravating trying to find tv channels. There was a guide on the screen but it didn’t identify what channel it was without trying each one. A cheat sheet with the main networks would be nice. Most place’s I’ve stayed have them.

Front desk attendants were fantastic - Cassandra checked me in without issue and was very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable, even with a long line she remained professional. We had two TVs in our rooms - we were missing the remote for one tv and the remote for the other didn’t change channels or pull up the guide. So for one tv we had to use one button to change channel, volume, settings, etc; and for the other we had to enter the number in order to change the channel. Overall not a big deal. Cleanliness was overall great - nothing found in the sheets, nothing left from the past occupants in the cabinets/fridge. Bathroom was clean. Only issue was that the couch still had glitter and some stuff in the cushions and there was a very large clump of hair on the floor. Beds were comfortable to sleep in and the pillows were comfortable as well. AC worked too well - woke up freezing so had to adjust and eventually turn it off. Morning front desk attended was kind and courteous, we addressed the issue of the remote so it wouldn’t come back on us and he was very receptive and documented the issue. I wish I got his name. Overall I will be staying here again and will be aiming for the same type of room.

The offered it but it was out of all these things with an hour still to go. Terrible location. It was clean and cheap so like I said, one night.

Check in was horrible. Waited over 4 hours to get a room. Then was given one that was not cleaned. They finally got us a clean room. I think i should of been compensated in some way.

We reserved the room in advance for 5/12-5/14 for our grandson's graduation from TT in Lubbock. About 5:15 we received a text stating that "the card we used was invalid, and that unless we contacted them in 30 minutes, our reservation would be cancelled." As we were on the way to the hotel, we were there in plenty of time. I told them about the message and they said that is correct. Since it was our debit card, I was VERY concerned, but gave them another card. Went to the room, called our bank, and was told, "We see no process on this card at that hotel. There is DEFINITELY NOT a problem with your card and the associated charge that would be made". On Saturday morning, about 7 AM, custodian knocked on the door. We told them we were still in the room. We left at 7:05, and returned at about 4:30PM. The room had NOT been cleaned. Went to the desk. Person on duty looked it up and said, "A note was left by the custodian that they knocked on the door at 9:30 but the door was locked from the inside ??? Since we were at our grandson's graduation, how could our door be locked from the inside???? Then we were told, "We are sorry. We have no crew here now". So, our room remained uncleaned. My wife did manage to get clean towels for us, but SHE made up our bed, and stacked used towels, etc. We will NOT be using Wyndham Hotels again. Both these incidents were uncalled for.

The stay was enjoyable, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The hotel is short staffed. Housekeeping came in, did not make the beds, or take the trash. They took the dirty towels but they were not replaced, had to call front desk and had to pick them up as they did not have staff to deliver. Staff that was available was super friendly and welcoming.

Chose this hotel due to price. You get what you pay for. The hotel is in desperate need of a facelift. The room was adequate, but the drwall around the tub was in disrepair, the sink faucet was very loose, and I woke up to ants all over the floor.Card reader on exterior of building did not work on one side. When I went to the front desk to point these things outs, there was no receptionist to be found. I would not stay here again.

Very rude night people as well as fat ass Ruby from day shift not allowing famiky from hours away sit in thr pool area with us since they werent allowed to swim bc they didnt have a room. Looked like blood smeared on the walls outside the elevators and in room phones not working so we had to go downstairs if we needed anything. Breakfast was trash, cereal stale, eggs were in water and salty, biscuits werent cooked fully and swimming area was nasty as far as water damage on ceiling, spa was closed and pool water was COLD. Never again will we stay here

The breakfast was good! A nice variety of things to eat. There was staff cleaning and stocking while people were getting their breakfast. The room setup was nice. The floor could be a little cleaner. Parking is limited and there is a side that isn't well lit. Overall a good stay for our family.

Room was beat up badly and the incidental charge up front was unexpected. Location was fine, parking was tight, facility was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was...bored with their job and with life.

Elevator felt like death trap with flooring peeling up. Room door had been kicked in and never fixed. Free breakfast was a joke, local gas station would be bettrr option. Huger hole in the hallway ceiling, severe water damage had tape/bed texture falling down. No funtional ice machine, tub was filthy, floor looked it had been mopped with muddy water... on and on! I would NOT stay here again if it was free! Booked a 4 night stay, left after 1st night.

Surprisingly great breakfast!

This hotel is a fine hotel to stay at when travelling around the Southwest. The receptionist at the front desk was exceptionally kind, informative, and friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was adequate.

I enjoyed the mattress and the shower, the two most important elements for me. The breakfast included was generous, with a couple of waffle irons for fresh-made waffles. I don’t enjoy reconstituted eggs though. I did appreciate the hot biscuits and always-available coffee which somehow never tasted burnt. The housekeeping was not excellent but definitely adequate. All my needs were met for a very reasonable price.
