Hotel was really dirty along walls and corners on the floors in common areas. The elevator was incredibly dirty on the floors and transitions. The only clean area of my room seemed to be the bed, there also seemed to be a lot of electrical hazards in the room, such as shower light was not covered or waterproofed, the tv and lamps were on a plug strip. It seemed like this hotel maybe a hot spot for drugs in the parking lot, and there were what seemed to be people living in cars outside as well. Parking lot did not seem very safe.

The first time we tried to check in there were no staff so we left and got dinner then came back. Our toilet moved a lot and wasn’t secure and the dresser was broken and dangling. The bed was also not comfortable. The elevator was also sketchy.

We came in town for a graduation. The hotel was easy to find and the staff was friendly. The elevator was scary as the door clanged and bounced. The overall condition was in disrepair and dirty. The breakfast had a good variety.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn and Suites, and I was extremely disappointed. The floor was filthy; my white socks turned black just from walking around! The room had a terrible smell, and it was clear that the sheets and towels hadn’t been changed during our stay. To make matters worse, we found several bugs along the window seal. I did not feel comfortable at all, especially with a toddler. This place did not feel clean or family-friendly. I definitely would not recommend it.

Hotel had bed bugs. I’m not sure if it’s all the rooms by the one we stayed at had HUGE bed bugs all over the bed the morning we checked out. We had checked the beds the night before and saw nothing, but come morning they were crawling everywhere. So gross!

I've stayed here multiple times for business over the past few years. On this visit, the room was very nice and clean but the AC barely worked, the elevator was dirty (and did not appear to be cleaned at all during my 3 night stay). The elevator is also quirky and jerky which doesn't give much sense of safety. But the staff was welcoming and pleasant so I can't fault them for having friendly professional people.

Loud, loud, loud. This hotel has absolutely no sound insulation. When the people above you walk, you hear it. When the people in the next room talk, you hear it. When a dog half across the hotel barks for hours, your hear it. The mattress was also a lumpy mess.

Came here to work for 2 days but the wi-fi didn’t work so I had to check out early and go back home. The trip was a waste- I couldn’t work without internet access. Also, hotel patrons- and possibly Staff- were making noise until 3 am in the hallway outside my room. Unfortunately my room was close to the lobby. Even on a Tuesday night, there were people talking loudly outside my room until 3 am. A child yelling then woke me up at 6 am. The breakfast was not very good- there were no bowls for oatmeal or cereals.yhe staff person said I should try to eat out of a paper coffee cup. I could my unused 2nd night refunded so I lost $ on both nights, didn’t get any sleep, and didn’t get any work done. Total bust. Would not recommend this place.

Good hotel, very friendly staff with one big problem you can not connect your tablet to internet, it says free internet but it is not working i stayed there for 3 nights with no FREE wifi, and nobody helped me i will never go back to that hotel again.

Check-in staff was not friendly. Air conditioning was horrible. It was basically on an eco setting and did not cool our room at all. The microwave didn’t work. The bedding was NOT comfortable, but the bed was decent. The water from the shower constantly leaked out the tub no matter what we did. I did, however, like the size of our room, since I booked it with the wet bar and 2 queen beds.

We had to pay an additional $100 deposit upon arrival, there is no tub in the bathroom, shower only, and the walls are pretty thin so it was pretty noisy and we never were able to make the tv work. I would have expected better for the price.

The description said pillow top bed. It wasnt. Sleeping on the floor would have been better. We could hear people in the next room snoring. The walls were so thin it woke us up at 4am. The ceiling shook whwn the people above us walked around. They were up early & their walking woke us up again at 7am. We will never stay at this hotel again. I have stayed many times but this was the worse. I dont know if we got an old room. But never again.

The bed and pillows were more comfortable than I am used to in hotels. The lighting was also considerably better especially for reading, and it was easy to adjust to whatever I needed. The room was very clean, and quiet. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Arrived at the hotel with no one at the front desk, we waited for almost 10 minutes before I searched the bottom floor to find some one. Angela, the Front Desk Superviser, proceeded to check us in. After traveling all day, we were ready to get settled. She gave us our room keys, and we proceeded to the room she assigned to us. We attempted to enter the room and the key card did not work, after several attempts we realized she has assigned us a room with someone already in it! This could have potentially been a dangerous situation. We returned to the front desk where she blew it off and proceeded to call her manager realizing she had transposed numbers to the correct room. No apology. The next day our room key did not work again, once again having to go back to the front desk, and she tells me that she has to re do everyone’s keys every day. The day we departed the hotel, Angela was hanging out with people who were obviously not hotel guests. Angela was standing by the front door with a cigarette or something similar that she handed to a person standing outside when she saw me. We stay at the Tualatin location often with a completely opposite experience. The Tigard location needs to take another look at their staff, condition of the property and working condition of their technology.

Hotel was really dirty along walls and corners on the floors in common areas. The elevator was incredibly dirty on the floors and transitions. The only clean area of my room seemed to be the bed, there also seemed to be a lot of electrical hazards in the room, such as shower light was not covered or waterproofed, the tv and lamps were on a plug strip. It seemed like this hotel maybe a hot spot for drugs in the parking lot, and there were what seemed to be people living in cars outside as well. Parking lot did not seem very safe.

Unsafe and unclean. I went inside to check in a little early but wasn't able to do so due to the low staff and rooms still not clean. Underandable and not a problem; i knew i was a little early before scheduled check-in. Receptionist was rude, it was cold in the lobby, the parking lot was dirty with several cars that had questionable occupants. The buidling itself looked rundown. After i was told i couldnt check-in, i considered that a sign and i went a mile up the road and stayed at the Embassy. I lost about $120 for the night, but me and my kids feel safer at the Embassy and i feel like i dont have to wake up every 10 minutes to check on my car.

Excellent location, near Washington Square Mall and other stores. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff was helpful and friendly. Facility probably needs some maintenance, or at least the room that we stayed in. Carpet was quite dirty and the entire bathroom seemed rundown such as the bathtub, toilet seat and the door.

We had to stay near the hospital after my husband’s surgery and this hotel was the perfect choice because of the price and location. Jeff and everyone at the front desk were awesome and very accommodating. It was a little outdated, but clean and the beds were very comfortable! Easy access to the freeway. Wonderful breakfast including make your own waffles! Would definitely stay there again!

The water pressure in the shower was terrible. Barely a trickle. When I asked to have it fixed, I was basically told to deal with it. The breakfast was missing several things, from food to plates, etc. Very disappointing stay for the money I spent

There were dirty towels in the room when we entered. The place is filthy and full of barking dogs. The food for breakfast is absolutely atrocious and they had no creamer for coffee. The room bathroom was a mess and missing bulbs and there is no water pressure in the shower.

This hotel is well maintained. It's nothing fancy, but was fine for a few days. The breakfast was ok. The room itself was comfortable, clean and most of it was updated. I would stay there again.

We came in town for a graduation. The hotel was easy to find and the staff was friendly. The elevator was scary as the door clanged and bounced. The overall condition was in disrepair and dirty. The breakfast had a good variety.

BED BUGS. It was awful. Stained couches in the room. The mattresses disgusting. We had to pull back all the sheets to check the beds and we found BED BUGS. And stained horrible mattresses hiding under 2 mattress pads.

Rooms were subpar. Our first room had no remote control for the TV. We went to the front desk and they gave us one which also didn’t work. So they moved us to a different room. The room had tons of black hair on the shower walls and the grout was filthy. Also, the air conditioner when we arrived in the room was set to 61° and it was frigid. After they moved us to the second room they forgot to set the key for a two nights stay so we were locked out the second night. We waited in the lobby for 20 minutes for a staff member to show up who could get us into the room. Literally… There was no staff in the lobby of the hotel for over 20 minutes. The breakfast was decent and the beds were comfortable. But I would rather pay a little bit more for a nicer overall experience.

It was a clean room and for the amount of money paid it was worth it. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast so that was a good plus. Staff helped us out with a situation and they did it super quick. There were a few really loud people above us stomping and I believe fighting which of course isnt the hotels fault and the walls are a little thin so be aware of that. Otherwise it was a good comfortable stay and definitely worth the money just to sleep and go!
