Upon check in, I was notified that the elevator was down but I agreed to stay because it was late and I had my son with me. I asked the next day when the elevator would be up and was told probably in a month. I walked up the stairs and my room was not cleaned when I got inside. I called downstairs and was told housekeeping was suspended due to the elevator being down and I also did not book for a 7 day minimum to have my room cleaned. I was not told this at check in. Had I known, I would have found somewhere else to stay. I had to strip my linen, walk it back downstairs, retrieve what supposedly is clean linen, and walk it back upstairs to make my bed. Do not stay here!

The lone elevator was not working (for the past month). They put us (79 year olds) on the 4th floor. Their website should have alerted us that the elevator was inoperative. Also, their breakfast was packaged muffins, yogurt, and oatmeal.

Our stay was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Upon arrival, we discovered that the elevators were not working, despite our accommodations being on the fourth floor. We were traveling with my in-laws, who are both over 60, and my mother-in-law suffers from a serious hip injury. Having her walk up and down four flights of stairs was not only physically painful but also presented a significant safety concern. If the elevators were out of service, this information should have been clearly disclosed before booking or, at the very least, communicated prior to our arrival. Guests deserve the opportunity to make an informed decision, particularly when traveling with elderly family members or individuals with mobility limitations. To make matters worse, my daughter discovered a cockroach in the bathroom, raising additional concerns about the property’s cleanliness and maintenance standards. Between the lack of transparency, the inconvenience and physical strain placed on my family, and the unacceptable cleanliness issues, this was an awful experience. I strongly believe management should take responsibility for these conditions and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress our family experienced. No guest should have to endure these circumstances, especially when traveling with family members who have mobility challenges.
