What a beautiful hotel! Pool is tiny but we didn’t need to use it as there is so much to do in Greenville. Tons of high quality eateries in walking distance. Perks: laundry room complimentary for customers. Beautiful room and lobby. They even have a grill in their courtyard! Bikes available for guests to use! I highly recommend this hotel!

Room was huge and very comfortable. Pool was a joke though- it is not big enough to actually swim- only big enough to sit in or let kids splash around in it- that was a big disappointment. Also- staff should tell you that housekeeping is only every other day- I was not told that when I checked in.

I was shocked that the front desk had zero efforts in making our stay a good one when I notified them about the TV not working. There was no apology or effort made-one guy blamed housekeeping (how is this their fault?) and the other guy said they would have to fix it later…..The valet was backed up and we had issues getting in….. the bathroom was not stocked properly. I expect more for what we paid for this room

I can't say enough about Greenville SC. We loved our visit. The hotel was gorgeous. Our room was huge with a couch, full desk, full kitchen and plenty of room for our bikes. The breakfast was huge with a huge dining area and plenty of open area to sit and talk. Parking is valet but they were quick to get the car and very friendly. Our main reason to visit was to ride our bikes on the Swamp Rabbit trail and to see the Greenville Drive minor league team. The baseball stadium is an easy 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The downtown is so walkable and so many shops and restaurants. We rode from the hotel down to the Swamp Rabbit trail out to Travelers Rest. There was a cute little smoothie shop along the trail in a rail car. We had to stop for a smoothie. The trail goes by Furman Univ. There were a couple of places that crossed traffic that was a little hairy but for the most part it was trees and beautiful scenery. Downtown the trail could us more signs. We are definitely coming back to do more in Greenville.

Nice big rooms which is the selling point when traveling with kids. Only issue is the pool. It is ridiculously small and not at all appropriate for a hotel of this size - especially a hotel geared for families.

Our stay was not as expected. We checked in settled in and went to turn the tv on it didnt work. So we called front desk and they sent maintenance over to bring us a remote... as she was there at the door to deliver the remote ahe came in to make sure it worked. As this was happening i pulled the covers back on the pullout bed, and there were chips and popcorn all over the bed. I pointed this to her and she asked if it would be okay to take pictures. I said yes. She said she'd speak to a manager and bring new sheets and that someone would call us. That never happened! Next day were sitiing eating breakfast and under the side table we see something pink...my daughter picked it up not knowing what it was and it turns out it was a dirty woman underwear inside out completely disgusting. We took pictures and walked down to the front desk to show them. They said management was already looking into the first incident and someone would call us shortly. That never happened. Next day... check out day i call and dpeak to front desk and ask for an update. They again said someone will talk with you guys once you check out and bring keys upfront. That never happened. I do not recommend this hotel i had high hopes...we are very disappointed and will not return nor recommend it Next day

Our room was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a city view. Very impressive! The hotel was very clean and beautiful and smelled so good. The view was great and so was customer service. We had never stayed here before, but we loved it and will definitely come back. Also loved the fact that check out is 12pm. Highly recommend this place. Especially for families.

Stayed on this property several times. This is my go to when visiting Greenville. The only problem I had was at check in. When we got to our room they had given us a room that had not been cleaned. The beds were unmade and there was pizza boxes on the counter and empty soda bottles. I called front desk and we had to trek back down to be checked into another room. They gave us free water for our trouble. That was a bit of a turnoffs.

Wonderful location and beautiful hotel. Great value for the cost. Hotel staff was friendly and the room was very large and super clean. Breakfast was included and had a large selection of food for even the pickiest of eaters. We had a fantastic stay there.

We enjoyed our stay at this Residence Inn. The room was spacious and quiet. I appreciated the 24 hour fitness center and found it to be very well equipped. The hotel was within walking distance of all of downtown. We would recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again.

The property is in a great location to restaurants and businesses downtown. It is also close to the mall which was a short drive. The hotel is beautiful. However, the room was not in the greatest shape. The shower took forever to get warm. The shower actually leaked. The water pressure was pretty weak. The color in our tv was slightly off. Some of the lights flickered and lastly, the bed was a little too hard with the pillows being way to soft. I know that sounds like a lot but honestly the hotel stay was great. The building just needs a little upkeep. Due to the location, we would definitely stay again.

Absolutely wonderful, friendly, kind, courteous and prompt responses from staff- can’t rate them all highly enough. This is from the front desk, the valets who helped us off load even though we were doing self-Parking, to the cleaning folks - all just wonderful. Have stayed at other hotels and other Marriotts and this is one of their best!

Stay was excellent. Room was clean and staff was friendly; however i had to check out early and was still charged the full ammount. After several attempts to contact the manager, it was useless. They kept giving me the run around.

I only stayed at the property for one night on February 5, 2024. My stay was less than satisfactory. We did not have adequate towels or any soap at the sink in the bathroom. This was remedied by a telephone call. We also noticed that we did not have hot water in the bathroom sink but we did not think this was a problem at the time. It was not until the morning when we went to take a shower and we did not have any hot water. We did make a complaint with the supervisor by the name of Marcia (not sure about the spelling). Mind you this was on February 6 that we spoke with her. She validated our concerns and agreed to compensate us with 10,000 points. After several weeks of calling back-and-forth, we still have gotten nowhere. We are at the point now where we are just being avoided terrible customer service.

The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. Location is great and within walking distance to Main Street / downtown.

We had a great stay- the room was clean, comfy, and well-equipped (pots, cutlery, nice size fridge). The staff was also really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great. The scrambled eggs were moist and soft, waffles were crisp.

Wonderful location and beautiful hotel. Great value for the cost. Hotel staff was friendly and the room was very large and super clean. Breakfast was included and had a large selection of food for even the pickiest of eaters. We had a fantastic stay there.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stay at different hotels throughout the year and this one left us with no concerns or issues. From check in to the delicious breakfast to the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful decor. It was a lovely experience we will be returning.

Making up rooms is always hit or miss, no policy given but it looks like they come in twice a week...not what you expect for $200 a night. Breakfast is lame...bacon down to once a week now. Should have bacon or ham available every morning. Turkey sausage and chicken apple sausage are getting long in the tooth. Stayed in this hotel at least 6 times in the last 5 years.

Breakfast has many options food and beverage wise. The restaurant inside the hotel lobby is a delightful dinner option. The staff was incredibly friendly from the host to the bus boy, The food was delicious. Our room did have a hint of animal smell but we are not as bothered due to we like to travel with our small dog in tow. We just wish others would make sure there are no accidents or travel with the supplies to immediately disinfect in consideration of others. We will stay again!

Amenities all good. Should tell guests staying for more than one night that there is no housekeeping daily. The hand lotion is a tube and very difficult to squeeze and lotion does not easily flow. Food excellent. Gym has great amenities but needs instructions on how to work the water dispenser. Valet great. From desk does not know what is near or far just said to look at google.
