The unit was perfect for 5 people. Very clean and aesthetic. Conveniently located to shops and beaches. Holmes beach/Manatee Beach within walking distance. All others can be driven to easily. No problems were encountered. Pool was heated and a short walk away. Property was quiet. Overall a nice time was had by all.

We were overall content with our experience at this location. The place had some nice upgrades, and had appliances that were needed. We loved that they had coolers that we could use during our stay. There were a few things that were disappointing. The pool was closed with caution tape. We chose this location over one closer to the beach specifically due to there being a pool, and ours was closed. It was also stated that there was parking for two cars, the owners car does take up one spot. We also found two diapers under one of the beds, and the mattress pads would not stay on the smaller beds. Just a heads up, you do have to go up sets of stairs with your luggage.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay again. The property was clean and kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Property was within walking distance of beach, shopping, and restaurants and a short walk to free trolley bus stop. The pool was fantastic with ample chairs and shade.
