This spacious, renovated apartment offers the comfort and openness of Buenos Aires' traditional homes. It features three large bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a living/dining room, and a large terrace with a pool and barbecue area, perfect for enjoying spring and summer. Its location is excellent, just steps from the La Rural Convention Center, the Ecopark, and Plaza Serrano. The subway is only 500 meters away.Stairs are required.We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.Palermo Soho is an active area, full of cultural, gastronomic and nightlife life. This may also involve construction works that begin or end and/or somewhat annoying noises from passers-by or bars on every corner. Although our properties usually have Double Glazing in almost all environments, it is possible that this is not the best area for your rest if you travel as a family. We can suggest other properties if you wish.We can also store your luggage (while the property is being cleaned, inside the apartment in an orderly and locked manner; we do not have a reception in the building) in case you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
