The check in process is unaware of traveller’s usual challenges. It assumes they have data, local currency, and intact mobility to walk a block to pick up a key with their luggage.The property is nice enough but in desperate need of simple improvements that would upgrade the traveller's experience. The door handles are stiff, the toilet seat of the lowest plastic quality, towels/toilet paper were minimal, lamp bulbs were missing.... It was a long list of small details what let this property down. The service must either step up or cost come down to make this a value for money fair exchange.

First the good stuff. The location is great, lots of good bars and restaurants nearby and close to town. And, the proeprty manager was great to work with. The apartment is only OK. The pictures look great, but the reality is an apartment that is bit run down. The furnishings are low quality, the fittings are also low quality, and the apartment picks up quite a bit of noise from the street. We found this intrusive enough that we moved to the back bedroom (twin beds) to escape. We do live in a very quiet area, so maybe we are more sensitive to noise than a city dweller would be... We would not stay in this apartment again.
