All the breakfast is served on disposable plates and cups. I am always disappointed when morning coffee is not served in a china cup, in the room there were no china coffee cups either, just one paper cup. The room is too dark. The housekeeping is every other day, which is unacceptable, so I always ask for daily service. Breakfast crew is very friendly and keep it stocked beautifully. Pool is nice, but morning Cheney Bros food delivery truck idled loudly right next to pool polluting my early morning swim.

This property has an every other day housekeeping policy. There is such a yuckiness, such an unpleasant feeling, of returning to the hotel after a long day and opening your door and returning yo unmade beds and wet towels still on the floor in the bathroom and wastebaskets not emptied. How does a hotel stay cleaned and maintained if at any moment half of the 100 rooms have full wastebaskets, wet towels and dirty sheets hiding behind every door in the hallway???? Wouldn't this be an invitation to mold, pests and insects in Florida???? The hotel is relatively new and feels clean, but every other day housekeeping makes me feel like the rooms are intrinsically dirty, I don't live like that at home and am offended by the policy. Usually they ask me if I accept it and I usually say no, this time they were training a new lady and forgot to ask me. This is my third time staying at this hotel. There is a pool lounger that is ripped. The room is very dark, our desk light bulb was burned out and with just one lamp in living room and bed lights and the one light over the refrigerator bar, it was too dark for getting ready.

The hotel was clean, rooms large, staff helpful. The mattresses were limp and the outside furniture is worn and could use updating. Overall, the stay was good.

This was our third or fourth time staying here and normally it’s great but this time the bathroom sink wouldn’t hardly drain and the air conditioner inside the room wasn’t working very well. We had to get up in the middle of the night and turn the thermostat down to 68 and then the fan started squealing. Also the pillows are awful.

The breakfast was amazing. The lady in charge even had gluten-free options for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help. The girl at checkout this morning at 4:00 am got me a banana and yogurt to go. That kind of service doesn’t happen very often.
