Cleaness for the hotel was great.. The breakfast was great as well the staff..

Great customer service Friday night from the young gentleman at the desk. He was very patient and calm while it was so busy. Overall, satisfied!!

Excellent staff. Front desk staff is AMAZING. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great! They also have snacks- like cookies and hot chocolate- in the evening! Very clean too! Only reason I’m marking off is because the beds are unbearable. I’ve stayed here a few Times and sadly I cannot take the mattresses are anymore. Takes my body a while to recover since I stay usually at least 3 nights. One night is fine… anything longer I’m feeling it.

The hotel allowed Ice agents to stay in the hotel and they harassed us on the way out. Running to our car to take pictures of us with an attempt to intimidate us because we looked out the window the remote start our car. They accused us of taking pictures of them when we just started the car that I guess was parked next to theirs. Very disappointed this fine hotel would house these people who are terrorizing customer for no reason. We continued to be polite to the agents and went on our way advise there was a mix up we were starting our car cause it’s freezing in MN. Just sad encounter especially outside the facility we paid to be in for our visit to see family.
