Newish property near the airport, everything nice and clean, neat. Modern bathrooms. The two BR suite was huge with separate living room. Nice lobby and breakfast with made to order omelets. Pool was nice, good temperature, fitness center small but had essentials. Would definitely stay here again.

The transportation was not available to take us to the airport. When we asked they advised we needed to reserve. We were never informed of this. We requested rooms in the same floor or as close as possible and when we arrived we were advised this was not available as they were booked entirely. This was requested at booking! Lastly our room was never cleaned in our 3 day stay! I usually love the Embassy Suites but was very let down by the customer services…

Besides the false fire alarm at 6am that really threw off my day, especially with the weather being so cold, the stay was great. Staff was welcoming and so warm and pleasant! Enjoyed the onsite restaurant and bar. Room was very spacious and pleasing to the eye.

Cocktails and drinks between 5-7pm is a nice touch to get guests out of their rooms and enjoy a nice atmosphere at the lounge. Hotel is clean and staff were very attentive.

A very nice property close to the airport with free shuttle. Rooms are very good sized and have LVT flooring instead of carpeting. Beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our short stay.

Front desk staff were incredibly helpful. Hotel was clean and well taken care of. Room was in fantastic condition. Only complaint is that the “sliding barn door” on the bathroom did not close all the way. Left a 1” gap where people could see in. Made me pretty uncomfortable with showering/ using the bathroom.

the very best thing about the property was the comfort of the beds! We had a standard room which was a little too compact with the size of the sofa. A slightly smaller sofa would have made the room more comfortable and easier to move around. We also loved the free drink coupons and the cook to order breakfast. However the omelet and the pancake station always had a line and it would have been better to have those separated.

The people were friendly and the hotel was pretty , but the comfort was terrible. We got a king suite and we felt like we were in a sardine can. Very snug space compared to other hotels we have stayed .it was not worth the price. The pillows were terrible as well and the thermostat couldn’t keep up Also, we had a conjoined door we were not made aware of. The noise level was terrible. We couldn’t sleep both nights we stay due to children running the halls all hours of the night and people arguing. The children started at 830 then let to older people walking and Alamo doors at 1230til 3 am I will not stay at this hotel or another embassy suites again.

Been in hospitality industry for quite a long time. Gentlemen that helped us at front desk must have had a bad day or something, and guy working bar was the same. Other than that, great place to stay and brand new. But first impressions are important.

Recently stayed at this property, which I found to be in a great location, close to many restaurants, and good access to I-70 and the airport. Property and hotel are spotless. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Lobby and bar area are extremely nice. Plenty of elevators, plenty of parking (free). I was surprised that the pillows are very soft and fail to offer hardly any support. Complimentary breakfast/omelet station is nice. Disappointed that the scrambled eggs they were serving were cold. The rooms are very welcoming, comfortable, and have everything a person could want. I would return to this property without hesitation, I just bring one of my own pillows.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites in Plainfield IN. Everyone was extremely friendly, and it was quiet, very clean, and about a 20 minute drive to Indianapolis. It is also about Five minutes from the Perry Crossing shopping complex (which is great) in Plainfield. We were in Indiana to attend the 2024 Olympic Swim Trials, and we would definitely stay here again.

Many good things about it, but the bad out did the good. The 1st thing was we needed rooms by each other, only thing we got was same floor. They would not do anything about it we were traveling with two seniors that needed our help. We stayed for 5 nights, for the price we paid. I was hoping for more costomer service. Breakfast was Amzing the frist few morning, until the FFA showed up. High school kids then much of the food was micowaved. When you book on here you are not a vauled person to them. really felt that way. Cooks were great beautiful place. our room was not cleaned after the 1st night, we had to call the 2nd day.

Many good things about it, but the bad out did the good. The 1st thing was we needed rooms by each other, only thing we got was same floor. We were told breakfast would end at 10:30 closing. At 9:30. It was already closed. There was also no shuttle from the airport to the hotel contrary to as advertised.

Besides the false fire alarm at 6am that really threw off my day, especially with the weather being so cold, the stay was great. Staff was welcoming and so warm and pleasant! Enjoyed the onsite restaurant and bar. Room was very spacious and pleasing to the eye.

I usually love all aspects of Embassy Suites and have stayed at many around the country. I liked most aspects like most of staff was great but struggled with food quality ! Breakfast is usually one of the main reasons for me staying at Embassy but it wa la not good cold and quality weren’t great and disappointing

We did a weekend trip with our children who are 6 and under and I have 0 complaints. I highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area or planning activities downtown Indianapolis. Helpful and kind staff from the front desk to the kind workers in housekeeping and the dining staff.

My daughter and I stayed one night to visit Purdue. This was definitely the nicest Embassy Suites I have ever stayed in. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Best of all, the room was super clean and had NO CARPET! I love that! I would definitely stay here again.

Love the hotel and everything started out great until my mother 82 years old noticed an ant crawling in her bed. 1 ant no problem but she saw another and we let that go. A few ants in the bathroom. The next morning there were lots of ants by the wall. I told the front desk and the lady moved us next door. I was out of the room all day Saturday, but when I got up Sunday morning the ants had made their way next door and were in the bathroom. I was checking out so I said whatever. I am sure they moved me next door so that I would not have to move my mom and grandchildren far. The front desk clerk came to the first room and saw it was not messy or food and beverages all over. All the chips were closed up and any other items were in plastic zip lock bags. Maybe it was that time of year not sure, but they need to get that taken care of ASAP. I had my proof and recorded a video. Breakfast was good, the bar was very nice and staff were accomodating, but ants in the bed and all over the room....not so good.
