The Hotel was very accommodating for us with 2 dogs. Their pet policy is reasonable and the fee for pets is the cheapest i ever had to pay. If your visiting holland and have dogs, this is the place to stay. Just clean up after them.

Staff are very nice. They have very nice patio designed with BBQ grill (need some cleaning). There are vary grocery, restaurant and other stores. Very convenient. Overall, good choice.

The room itself was fine. Nothing special, but clean and comfortable. The hallway seemed to have unexplainable unpleasant scents without a visible trash can nearby. The pool is very small, was NOT heated at all, and had milky water. No recycling available anywhere, which was very disappointing. On a positive note, the front desk staff was quite pleasant. Still, I wouldn't stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean even the halls felt clean. My only dislikes were the parking lot and the entrance wasn't really clear on what is the front or main entrance and the pool water was very cloudy. We would still stay here again and again and again, we loved it!

We were stuck over after flight cancelations / and blizzard conditions. they were accomidating and friendly willing to help us in any way. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was wonderful, and exercise room was excellent. Didnt use the pool as we were not planning on being there extra.

Stayed with family and we were very comfortable with the spacious rooms. The amenities like medium/large fridge, microwave, plates, silverware, dishwasher, etc. really helps with little ones. With a dog that gave us the room at the 1st floor so it was super convenient to take the dog out. Indoor pool and gym are pretty good and clean This was our 2nd time at this property and may visit again next year during Tulip time.

Bathtub has a massive clog, leaving standing water in tub. Maintenance did come up and remove, which was very much appreciated. That said, with the size of what was clogging the drain, this had to have been noticed by the cleaning staff (or should have been)

We didn’t like that the room was not clean. Our toddlers found an old eaten apple behind the nightstand that was close to the couch. My other child found a pretzel. Housekeeping wasn’t good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Home2 Suite in Holland. We had a nice two room suite with a kitchenette. Unfortunately the microwave over the sink was broken (I wondered why there was a spare micro on the counter?). I tried to reheat some coffee and (unknown to me) proceeded to trip a breaker. That shut off the fridge for a full day and spoiled much of our food. I didn't notice until I was checking out the following day. I'd try them again though. There's a Peloton bike in the fitness room I'd love to try.

This is the best sleep I have had in a while. I need to buy your pillows. The free internet is awful, and the fact that I need to sign in to get poor internet is unacceptable. Also, having to put an additional $50 on hold is not a good practice. That said, I may stay there when I return in April.

We arrived at the hotel at 2:45 expecting a 3:00 check in. When we got to the front desk they told us our room wasn’t ready. We sat down in the lobby hoping to get our keys within 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately, the time kept getting pushed back and pushed back. We finally got our keys at 3:45 and had to quickly run up to the room to drop our luggage and get my daughter changed for her soccer tournament. The front desk receptionist, Kimberly, was unapologetic and rude. The next morning we inquired about a late check out and they told us no because they were at capacity and couldn’t allow us to stay past the 11am checkout. Our plan was to go to our daughter’s morning soccer game and then treat our children to a quick swim before driving back home. They told us absolutely not. We were disappointed and frustrated since we did not check in until an hour after our arrival time the day before. Due to our soccer tournament schedule and the lack of flexibility from the hotel staff, our children did not get to swim at all.

The staff at the front desk were amazing. I had forgotten some info at home to rent a car and they helped me not only get transportation but also received and let me know when an overnight package came in to remedy the situation. They were so nice and understanding.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was in a safe well lit area. It was easy to get to and restaurants and shopping in the area. Nice big rooms and very comfortable beds and sofa couch to watch TV.

The hotel was very nice with large rooms. The only thing to note is the breakfast is 6-9 but after 8:40 there is no restocking. The eggs and biscuits today were gone. The counter that items are sitting on, definitely needed cleaned. Loved the room size and amenities.

Weekend breakfast was over before 9:15 we made it down. Also they took the coffee away as well. Beds okay. Very loud familues above us - until after 10 pm. Phone in room didnt work when we tried to call downstairs. Also they dont have daily maid service. Nice, quiet neighborhood. But disappointing in a few areas

Very enjoyable stay. Two negatives. The shower head was so conserving that the flow was too minimal for my taste. Second, the breakfast was just so so. Friendly staff.

The rooms were pretty spacious. The trade off was that the bathroom was tiny and no fan. Lots of steam after a shower but it cleared the mirror fairly quick. Short drive to shopping and restaurants. Even quick food options within walking distance. Breakfast was chaotic around the waffle iron. It would be helpful to have additional waffle irons at the station. The elevator was located at the end of hallway nearest to the main entrance facing Riley Rd. However, the lounge area was very inviting and that entrance was more convenient to parking.

We walked into this suite, and our jaws dropped! The room was enormous! There was a complete kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, a dishwasher, cooking utensils, and plates and glasses. The bathroom was enormous with everything you could ask for. The entire living and sleeping area could host a huge party. There were so many excellent details like window shades that rose with a touch of a button. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was spotless clean. There was no smell in the room at all. The staff members couldn’t have been nicer. We never even realized a place like this existed. And the price was unreal. We didn’t know if it’s because it was a slower season in August or not. But this should be a $500 a night room. It was 1/5 of that. We will look for this hotel every time we go back to the west side of Michigan. We will also try to see if it’s available anywhere else that we like to stay. Other than being in a fancy resort, this was the best hotel we have ever stayed in!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It has a small kitchen with a spacious refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and sink. They provide you with dishes and silverware. They even have a small kitchen table. I will definitely stay here again.

The property itself was nice, and initially we thought we were going to have a great stay. Unfortunately, after our second day, we realized it was not at all what we expected. First, the “free breakfast” is technically free, but that doesn’t mean it was good. The choices were extremely limited, and the only real “protein” option was soggy chicken tenders and dry-ass biscuits. Breakfast was also exactly the same two days in a row, which was strange. We’ve stayed at plenty of hotels with complimentary breakfast, and we’ve never had the exact same options repeated back-to-back. Our family was gone most of the day, and when we returned to the hotel, we had barely been in the room for 20 minutes. My husband and I stepped out to our vehicle for no more than five minutes to grab something, leaving our teenagers and younger children in the room. Apparently, during those five minutes, the guest next door called the front desk because our 4-year-old had been crying for about five minutes at 7 PM. Keep in mind, quiet hours weren’t until 10 PM. What really bothered me was how this was handled. I’m assuming the person who came to the door was the manager, and rather than speaking to one of the adults, she spoke directly to one of our teenagers. I found that incredibly rude and inappropriate. If there was an issue, she should have waited to speak with an adult. And finally, the “salt water pool,”, looked absolutely gross. We would not let out kids swim in that disgusting pool.
