This is definitely not a five-star hotel. The management is very unprofessional, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was terrible. The food quality was poor, and several dishes were clearly reused. The same items were brought back to the buffet for three to four days in a row until I complained and they were finally removed. This is unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. The tea glasses were chipped and cracked, which is something you would never expect in a hotel claiming to be five-star. Staff behavior was unprofessional, and management did not handle complaints properly. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered excuses. There was no real accountability or care for guest experience. The location is also unsafe. The hotel is on a steep hill with a dangerous driveway. When it rains or snows, the surface becomes slippery and risky. If you are driving your own car, I strongly advise not choosing this hotel. Even tour buses and transfers struggle with the access, and walking on the driveway in bad weather is unsafe. Overall, this hotel fails in service, food quality, hygiene, safety, and professionalism. I do not recommend anyone to waste their money here. You will most likely regret it. There are far better and safer options in Istanbul.

The room view was great .. the balcony is tight with no top shade but it was fine .. the staff and management helped and supported in many issues we faced .. car parking is a big advantage .. overall it was a great stay
