Hotel vicino alla stazione, con due fermate di treno si arriva in centro. Camera piccola, essenziale, non ci sono cassetti per riporre qualcosa, letti confortevoli, pulita e silenziosa. Bagno molto pulito, doccia comoda. Colazione gradevole con personale molto gentile. Comodo il parcheggio per la macchina nell’adiacente multi piano.

Modern hotel with all facilities you expect. It’s not a wow hotel, it’s a good, clean, functional hote. Breakfast is included. Parking is across the road in a multi storey. Staff were neutral in their manner, not friendly, not rude just very indifferent…. Very short walk to the train to get in to the centre, just 2 stops and it’s free for hotel guests.

Although property updated and nearly new, you either took train (free pass from hotel) into old city center or drove yourself. Parking is extra and a bit steep at 25 chf per night. Easy on and off major hwy.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we stayed for one night and were able to leave our luggage on our arrival day and departure day which gave us 2 full luggage free days to explore. On dropping off our cases were were given a city pass which allowed us to use public transport around the city free of charge. It is 2 stops (6 mins) from the city on the train and so easy to get back and forth with trains running well into the night. It is also a short bus ride from pilatus gondola which we experienced and is well worth a visit. The room itself was well equipped with a kettle which is always a bonus, the bed was comfortable and the room was plenty big enough for us and our luggage. Everywhere was clean and the shower worked well. Breakfast had ample choice all set out nicely with plenty of seating. I would love to go back to Luzern as it is a lovely town and I will definitely stay in this hotel it was also good value for money.

Schnell erreichbar auch die Gondelbahn auf den Pilatus-Berg (dort oben mit traumhafter Aussicht). Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sauberes, zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Zimmer; bequemes Bett; alles vorhanden, was man braucht (sogar Wasserkocher und Bügeleisen). Gutes Frühstück. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment et nous y avons passé un très bon moment. L’hôtel est tout neuf et moderne, et la propreté est excellente, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Les espaces sont bien conçus et fonctionnels. Nous n’avons pas utilisé le parking de l’hôtel car il nous était plus pratique de nous garer ailleurs à un coût inférieur (20 francs suisses pour toute la durée du séjour). Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment excellent, copieux et de bonne qualité. En résumé, une expérience très positive, et je recommande cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent une structure neuve, propre et confortable.

Hotel com cheiro forte de sujeira no carpete. Usamos o sofá cama para as crianças dormirem e estava com mta sujeira e até papel de bala embaixo dele. Não usam aspirador de pó no quarto o carpete é imundo e não se preocupam em passar aspirador . Tive que deixar a janela aberta pra sair o cheiro forte de sujeira do quarto.

Tudo se destacou! Hotel novíssimo, funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos, limpeza nota mil, café da manhã dos deuses, localização maravilhosa (literalmente ao lado da estação Kriens) e com um comércio local que não deixa faltar nada! Ficamos encantados e extremamente satisfeitos com nossa hospedagem lá! Eu super recomendo! Se um dia tiver outra oportunidade de voltar em Lucerna certamente ficarei nesse hotel!

Our room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and there was a nice selection. Hotel is located just a couple minutes walk from the train that takes you into Lucerne, and there's no charge. We had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The ok side: Good location near train, the staff in the breakfast (2 amazing waitresses), clean, close parking, breakfast was good and complimentary The NOT ok: The front desk were not nice at all, they give you the feeling that they do not like to serve you or answer your questions. The air condition is not good, when I called the front desk said that it is what it is and if I want to get a fan I should come over and take it. Bottom line, we won’t come again although I have it average

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit Bahnhof, Supermarkt, Tankstelle und - wenn man es mag - zwei Fastfoodketten, aber auch Bäcker und einem "Cevap Haus" rundherum. Zimmer sauber, groß genug, auch das Bad und es gibt einen Tisch, sowie den "Relax-Stuhl", den ich persönlich an HI-Hotels sehr mag. Fernsehsender auch in gutem Umfang vorhanden und beim Frühstück gab es eigentlich auch alles, was das Herz begehrt. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Das Einzige, was noch ganz nett wäre, wäre ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, so dass man mitgebrachte Getränke kühl lagern kann.

Tudo se destacou! Hotel novíssimo, funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos, limpeza nota mil, café da manhã dos deuses, localização maravilhosa (literalmente ao lado da estação Kriens) e com um comércio local que não deixa faltar nada! Ficamos encantados e extremamente satisfeitos com nossa hospedagem lá! Eu super recomendo! Se um dia tiver outra oportunidade de voltar em Lucerna certamente ficarei nesse hotel!

O hotel fica fora da área central de lausanne. Pega-se um trem na estação, e já na segunda parada vc desce. Tem um migros quase em frente, uma bakery e um restaurante na esquina. Esse foi o quarto hotel de nossa viagem pela Suiça e senti que o staff não é muito simpático como nos outros em que me hospedei. Realmente, na Suiça, as pessoas são muito simpáticas, mas as meninas do check in desse hotel, não são nem um pouco. Outra coisa que me incomodou foi o serviço de quarto importunando o tempo todo para limpá-lo, muito embora estivesse com a placa "não pertube" na porta. Inclusive, chegaram a abri-la. O hotel não tem restaurante.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we stayed for one night and were able to leave our luggage on our arrival day and departure day which gave us 2 full luggage free days to explore. On dropping off our cases were were given a city pass which allowed us to use public transport around the city free of charge. It is 2 stops (6 mins) from the city on the train and so easy to get back and forth with trains running well into the night. It is also a short bus ride from pilatus gondola which we experienced and is well worth a visit. The room itself was well equipped with a kettle which is always a bonus, the bed was comfortable and the room was plenty big enough for us and our luggage. Everywhere was clean and the shower worked well. Breakfast had ample choice all set out nicely with plenty of seating. I would love to go back to Luzern as it is a lovely town and I will definitely stay in this hotel it was also good value for money.

The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and professional. It is a 2 minute walk to the train station. The hotel gives you a discount train pass for the whole area, good for trains and buses. The pass also gives you a 10% discount for Mount Pilatus train ride. Morning breakfasts are included. Didn't spend much time in the hotel as was exploring but bed was comfortable. Only a 4 minute train ride on the S5 from the Lucerne train station. A convenient Migros across the street as well for some snacks or drinks for the day.

During our recent Europe Trip we stayed here for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. Check-in & Staff: Smooth check-in process, very welcoming and cordial front desk team. They listened carefully to our requests and fulfilled them right away. Location: The main USP of this hotel is its location. This hotel is just 3-mins of walk from the nearest train station (Kriens Mattenhof) which is the 2nd stop from the Luzern main train station. Surrounded by multiple fast-food restaurants (McDonalds, Subway), with Migros (Swiss Grocery Chain) right across the street. The area felt very safe. Breakfast: Breakfast was a highlight every morning, with a wide variety of items to choose from. Options included bread, butter & jams, cereals, croissants, green salads, fruit cocktail, assorted meats (turkey, pepperoni, pork sausage), scrambled & boiled eggs, coffee, milk, different juices, whole fruits, yogurt, pancake, and oats. The location is close to bus stop and local train station, but it is far from downtown and major attractions. We have visited many cities in Switzerland, holiday inn is the only one to check travelers passports. Lucerne city gives tourists free pass for public transportations. It would be nice if holiday inn could have sent emails or texts informing its guests so that they did not have to buy the tickets to the hotel.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment et nous y avons passé un très bon moment. L’hôtel est tout neuf et moderne, et la propreté est excellente, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous n’avons pas utilisé le parking de l’hôtel car il nous était plus pratique de nous garer ailleurs à un coût inférieur (20 francs suisses pour toute la durée du séjour). En résumé, une expérience très positive, et je recommande cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent une structure neuve, propre et confortable.

No AC which seems to be a country issue most hotels in Switzerland do not have. Don’t let them tell you you don’t need it when it’s 78 and 80° you need it. The beds here were very hard and we asked for a mattress topper. They had no idea what we were talking about and gave us a very small comforter to lay on, hotel is OK just not a great experience.

Convenient location for bus 14 that goes to Old Town and back. Breakfast buffet was good. Property is clean. Only downside was the AC not working or not cooling the room for most of our stay. We had to ask for a stand fan, which the staff so kindly provided to us.
