Front Desk Services
The front desk is open daily from 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after noon please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Guests must however request an exemption voucher in advance and present it with an identity document on arrival. To check affected dates, fees and request an exemption, visit cda.ve.it/en/.

Identification
Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges;

Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 percent reduction applies from January 1-31.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 January - 31 January, EUR 1.00 per person, per night for adults; EUR 0.50 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 February - 31 December, EUR 1.50 per person, per night for adults; EUR 0.70 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.
