This was a last-minute booking in Palermo, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Our host Fabrizio was wonderful, and very accessible if we needed help or information. He was also there every morning for breakfast, making our cappuccinos and frozen coffee drinks. Our bedrooms all had en-suite bathrooms, were clean and spacious, and had ample air conditioning. Highly recommend!

Fabrizio the owner was very helpful. He explained everything about the location, the room and even provided electrical plugs when my notebook could not charge. Breakfast was to order a delicious pistachio croissant. Location is perfect for walking to the port and city. I came on business but will come back for a break to eat more, see the sights and enjoy friendly Palermo.

La Vie del Centro is a gem, one of those special special places you will never forget and that is because “a Vie's owner and your host is simply an angel —kind, helpful, and incredibly accommodating our room was huge. The beds were comfortable, The bathroom brand new and generously provisioned with soaps and shampoo. The icy k cold water in the fridge a welcome gift in the heat of Palermo in the summer and the AC was perfect. The entire place was immaculate — and the host, as I mentioned earlier, an exceptional human being. The only reason not to stay there is if you have mobility issues. While there is an elevator from the lobby, there are a number of steps (10 perhaps) to get to the lobby — otherwise, this is a fantastic place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Vie del Centro. Our room was spacious and clean. Fabrizio is an excellent host, very gracious and helpful. The breakfasts were outstanding.

The host, Fabrizio, is very kind and helpful. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a small fridge. The bathroom is modern, with an excellent rain shower.
