Great value, I booked a family room, it was enough space, clean and great location, just two blocks from the Sophia and Blue mosques, the hotel has a Turkish bath and sauna, they will reseve the those facilities only for you, it's awesome, however, I would say the best was the service, everybody helped us, in the lobby, in the room, in the restaurant, but the best person was Farkan, he always gave us tips, and was very gentle and kind, thanks Farkan,

All around great experience at Hotel Arcadia Blue. The standard room with a little extra cost for a good view was well worth it: amazing sights right out the room window. One lamp in the room flickered and did not seem safe to use. The plastic safety cover on the TV was dirty and scratched making television not fun to watch, but who is in Istanbul for that? Very helpful and friendly staff from start to finish. Breakfast is not buffet, but it is on the top floor with the incredible views and is excellent, if you include it, you just order from a menu and it is all included. There is a treadmill in the basement for cold days along with some weights and a spa. Walking distance to the Grand Bazaar and easy tram trips all over the place from just steps away. Quiet hotel, all needs met immediately. Good thermostat control in the room. Will stay again for sure! Thank you, everyone at hotel Arcadia Blue.

the hotel staff was very helpful. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was disappointing. The view was spectacular but the food was overpriced for the quality. The tables were set with paper napkins instead of cloth, and the bar selection was very limited.

Great location. The view from the restaurant is stunning! Make sure to take advantage of the Turkish Bath at no extra cost. Staff are VERY friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The awesome view of the Blue Mosque, Hagai Sophia and the Boshorus straight is breath taking. Free breakfast has a large selection. Modern amenities, one of the most modern that I’ve stayed yet. Staff is wonderful and you must take advantage of their Turkish bath and Sauna!

The staff especially Emir and Ahmet have made our stay very safe and comfortable. It’s our first holiday out of our country and we were very pleased with their service. We have been guided well and the hotel is placed perfectly near restaurants, malls, transport, ATMs, mosques, supermarkets. Easy access to everything. The hotel also had food, spa and a gym which we could easily access. Thank you Arcadia for the amazing stay in Istanbul.

Great location within walking distance of Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and the Hippodrome. Great panoramic views from the 9th floor restaurant. Staff were welcoming and pleasant. Room unfortunately was not very clean. Floor was dirty/dusty and there was a smell of raw sewage coming from the bathroom.

Staff were very friendly and kind. We were allocated 7th floor but cleaning was very bad. We complained to staff but nothing much was improved. Finally. We had to move 8th floor. Reception and dining staff were amazing but cleaning staff let us down. It was great to stay at Hotel Arcadia Blue. We will stay same hotel in future.

The staff, I can't say enough good things about. The cleanliness in the bathrooms... not sure it if was just bad luck, but it wasn't the best. However, they were minor things.

방에서 이스탄불의 랜드마크인 아야소피아 성당과 블루모스크가 한눈에 보입니다. 아침 조식 레스토랑 전경도 아주 좋아요. 다만, 객실이 너무 오래되어 낡았어요. 욕실에도 실리콘 곰팡이 눈에 띄어 약간 거슬렸어요. 그리고 마지막날 수건에서 약간 냄새가 나서 닦다가 샤원 다시했습니다. 다만 이 모든 것이 룸과 아침 식사시간에 창문 밖으로 보이는 전경이 다 커버합니다.

Hotel is overall 3-4 star. Our room is a standard sea view which has a nice view of the Mosque & Hagia Sophia. Very nice location in the heart of everything you need Less than 5 min walk to Metro. They can improve the breakfast. Fried Eggs are very toasted and very dry. Our bathroom has a smell. Kinda like a sewer smell.

I would rate the Acadia Blue as a below average hotel. The rooms are decent but old, and the hallways are dark and feels a little creepy. The hotel is in a excellent area for shopping and restaurants. The big pro is the hotel has a great rooftop restaurant with excellent views of the in the city.

Room size was outstanding. View was good. Breakfast was ery good with many choices. Great coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. Service was outstanding from front desk, breakfast staff and housekeeping. Great location near good dining and public transportation and shopping. The only negative was a musty, moldy smell when entering the bathroom. I told front desk about this but I do not know if it was remedied. I would stay again and would recommend.

シービューを2泊予約。飛行機の遅延で到着が深夜になり、予定の部屋にトラブルがあったので別部屋に変更させてくれと言われＯＫしたところ、広さはあれどローフロアの建物ビュー。疲れ果てていたのでその日はそのまま利用し、翌朝部屋の変更を訴えたらあっさりＯＫ。なんだったのでしょう…。そんな訳で1泊ずつ違う部屋を利用することになりましたが、どちらとも洗面所の装飾タイルにほこりが絡みついていたりの小さなガッカリはあったものの、過不足ない設備に、周辺の利便性もよく、朝食もおいしい。なによりも朝食を食べながらブルーモスク後ろから昇る朝日が見られたのは最高でした。

Excelente hotel, súper bien ubicado, a un par de minutos caminando de la Mezquita Azul, Santa Sofia, Basilic Cistern y Topkapi. Nos alojamos en la habitación familiar, que queda al extremo del pasillo y tiene dos habitaciones conectadas, con una vista increíble a la mezquita Azul. Totalmente recomendada!

Breakfast is an absolute joke, waste of money please do not pay for the breakfast if you book this hotel. You get a menu with pictures on it of things like cornflakes and bread, many of the options are also crossed out! The only good thing about breakfast is the view. Coffee is terrible and cappuccinos or lattes are not included. They should just do a buffet service like every other hotel! Rooms are very poorly maintained, bathroom door handle broken, bed lamp broken exposing wires, table lamp not working the electrics buzzing from it and light flickers, face plate of the sockets broken and hanging off. Very unsafe and poorly maintained!

Hotel is overall 3-4 star. Our room is a standard sea view which has a nice view of the Mosque & Hagia Sophia. Very nice location in the heart of everything you need Less than 5 min walk to Metro. They can improve the breakfast. Fried Eggs are very toasted and very dry. Our bathroom has a smell. Kinda like a sewer smell.

Overall my wife and I both enjoyed our stay here. Sadly we were disappointed having opted for a deluxe room based on the picture of such a room on line which had a view of the city including the Blue Mosque that room on the 2nd floor was fine but had no view. That said, the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We did find it difficult to sleep at night due to the air conditioning not being cool enough. The location of the hotel was definitely its best feature, being a short walk from Sultanahmet. We were able to walk to key sites and the tram stop was close by. We had planned to eat in the rooftop terrace restaurant on our first night but it was fully booked when we arrived. Worth booking ahead so as not to be disappointed. The views from the rooftop terrace were stunning, especially later in the evening. This was the highlight of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast in the terrace restaurant with great views had a good choice, all served to your table. The staff in the restaurant were efficient but not very cheerful. Durjan, who greeted us on our arrival and showed us to our room, stood out throughout our visit. He was very helpful, always welcoming and offered suggestions to make our visit in Istanbul even better.

Hotel supplied wrong details for airport pickup took us four hours to get to the hotel.No apologies from the hotel. Told we could have a late check out for 2pm phoned us in room to tell us that it was 12oclock agreed to make it 1300. Very poor service from hotel

We had 2 1/2 days in Istanbul and the Blue Arcadia was incredible. It began with them offering to pay our taxi after a miscommunication, then We got an upgrade with a view of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. All of the staff were really helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived and the service throughout was top-notch. We would especially like to mention Emir, he was incredibly professional, friendly and always ready to help with a smile. From assisting with our luggage to offering local tips, Emir truly went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable and enjoyable. His genuine hospitality stood out and made us feel very well taken care of. Another highlight was the 360° rooftop view, it was absolutely amazing and made the stay even more memorable. Receptionist is more concerned about what they can sell you instead of giving us the orientation about the hotel when we got in . Bellman offered us a better deal when he walked us in the room which is a little turn off

Overall a good experience, but one of the staff was unkind. The older gentleman at the front desk. His attitude was cold. I think because we were 2 males. He had homophobic vibes. Amazing location. Small rooms. Not being maintained well. Decent/ good included breakfast. The remaining staff was nice.

I stayed there with my parents and sister. The staffs were friendly and the property was very clean and very conveniently located for most of touristic attractions. The only issue I had was with breakfast option. Wish they had a buffet instead of ala carte. The breakfast was limited options.

Nice hotel with nice comfortable room. Front desk tried to upsell on tour packages which was uncomfortable. Car to airport that I booked in advance and then reconfirmed the night before (which was a lot more expensive than a regular taxi so I expected better service) came 20 minutes late AND was a huge, old, 16 passenger commercial van for just me which had a hard time wiggling through local traffic. Breakfast was not buffet style but was waiter service and I waited over 20 minutes after being seated before a waiter came over and took my order. Plus the breakfast options were more limited than what I would typically expect for a 4 star hotel.

This is a wonderful Hotel. Located within walking distance from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, and the Metro train. The staff were exceptional, and attentive. This was our first time in Istanbul so we welcomed their handy tips. The restaurant on the 9th floor serves a breakfast full of options and has amazing views of both Mosques. I would highly recommend this hotel to any visitor of Istanbul.

I like the location of this hotel as it is near to blue mosque and other tourist attractions. We used to walk all these places. Only issue is taxis not go at hotel doors so if someone elderly and don't walk then it be little discomforting.

Excelente hotel, súper bien ubicado, a un par de minutos caminando de la Mezquita Azul, Santa Sofia, Basilic Cistern y Topkapi. Nos alojamos en la habitación familiar, que queda al extremo del pasillo y tiene dos habitaciones conectadas, con una vista increíble a la mezquita Azul. Totalmente recomendada!

The room was great with a nice view of the blue mosque. Breakfast was amazing, especially as the restaurant was on the rooftop. The staff are especially helpful. We were running late to the airport, and they helped us by sorting out the whole process of an airport transfer. Including the best route and cost with the driver which was especially helpful due to the language barrier.

Breakfast is an absolute joke, waste of money please do not pay for the breakfast if you book this hotel. You get a menu with pictures on it of things like cornflakes and bread, many of the options are also crossed out! The only good thing about breakfast is the view. Coffee is terrible and cappuccinos or lattes are not included. They should just do a buffet service like every other hotel! Rooms are very poorly maintained, bathroom door handle broken, bed lamp broken exposing wires, table lamp not working the electrics buzzing from it and light flickers, face plate of the sockets broken and hanging off. Very unsafe and poorly maintained!

Hotel Arcadia Blue was located centrally to the historic Golden Horn area where the main historic sites and buildings are located. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Fantastic view of the Blue Mosque and Haiga Sophia out our window. Breakfast was very good; however, the bar and dinner were on the expensive side. Staff was excellent for helping with guide, transportation, and health issues. They were all friendly and fluent in English. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there when I return.

I wanted to give the special shoutout to Burat (I might have mistaken his name, the tall curly guy), he was so quick and professional. Hotel is beautiful and well maintained, the rooms are clean and well maintained as well. The location is great - all the historical places are 10 minutes away by walking. There is a tram if you want to go to Galata/Karakoy area, the whole trip takes only about 20 minutes. Restaurants, tourist attractions, money exchange places with great rates, anything you need is just right there if you don’t want to travel far! I saw a lot of negative reviews about the breakfast, but in my opinion it was solid - good variety, the food was delicious, staff were attentive and quick as well. Overall, I give this hotel 100 out of 10 and I will definitely be back next year. Already looking forward to it!
