New Balturk Villas Sapanca

Before booking this villa please do read my comment. The location is amazing, in the center of Baghdad Street which you will find many Cafes , Bars and restaurants.. the villa has a Cafe that is located just behind your door step, plus there are many supermarkets around the place, the people that work were amazing and tried their best to make our stay so good but there was so many problems that I had during the stay for 4 nights that I spend over 2800$.. when I arrived I noticed that there is nothing much inside the villa, you need to go to the supermarket and buy your own water, grocery , even bathroom wipes... there is no room service or cleaning or changing sheets or even cleaning you towels or replacing the... the first night was OK but there was so many ants everywhere but I tried my best to clean the place...I woke up to make me coffee which there is a machine but no capcels or coffee filters or anything but I got some from the market but when I opened to place the filter there was an old filter inside which was rotten and dirty it's like it wasn't change for months, the second day I notice the pool was a bit dirty but it's manageable , after having an amazing time in the pool we went to shower the hot water was not available the heater was not working, I called the people that work they told me it will be fixed after a couple of hours once you go out, at night suddenly the water stopped for over 2 hours, suddenly the third day the water heater stopped working again

This is nice villa with a swimming pool at a great location in Sapanca. However it looks like it was not maintained well over time, for examples, the kitchen cabinets do not open and close properly. We had a plumbing problem in one of bathrooms that was fixed on the second day. The sun umbrella next to the pool is damaged, it doesn’t open and close properly, the remote was missing for one of the tvs, etc. I also think that the host can make things a bit more convenient for guests by providing more than a single roll of toilet paper and paper towel. There is an expression machine in the kitchen but there were no capsules, I couldn’t find the capsules in nearby stores either.

Bölgede daha önce tercihimiz başka bir otel grubuna ait üst seviye villalardı ama tatil dönemi fiyat artışları eski müşterilerine sahip çıkmamaları bizi bu villalarla tanıştırdı. İyi de oldu kesinlikle tavsiyemizde sadece daha detay temizlik yapılması lazım villada. Bir de mutlaka odun sobasını aktif kullanın çok keyifli oluyor. Odun satıcıları değişik fiyatlar veriyor. Gürgen odunlar zor tutuşur bu nedenle mutlaka bir çuval da kolay yanan ağaç odunlarından alın. Tavsiyedir kesinlikle…
