The room was great. Loved having a kitchen. Although the lid for the ice container was extremely dirty! It had food stuck to it. The pool was great and the gal working the bar area was excellent. I was very disappointed that we had to pay 12.00 a night to park our vehicle in their parking lot. Just a regular parking lot wothout a cover. This was a first for me! I was expecting our car to be washed and shined in the morning since we were paying for our car to be there too.

Great hotel! Very clean, very spacious! We stayed there for a basketball tournament and it was very busy, it would of been nice to have extra people working when they have booked out hotel. It took us 45 min to order food at the bar on top of that 15-20 wait to have it ready but the lady was super nice she was the only one running the bar and the kitchen she definitely needed help. Also I don't think $10 fee for over night parking was necessary. Other than that lobby is big, they have lots of sitting areas, definitely coming back.

Oatmeal, yogurt, various dried fruit, nuts and seeds, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, waffle maker, etc. Bar with happy hour and lots of comfy places to sit. The hotel was clean and well appointed. The central location was very convenient. The pool and spa were clean and really nice for my son. All of the staff we encountered were gracious and gave us a smile, which is a little thing but an impactful thing. Our room was just great!

Did not like having to pay for parking. The pool towels are not very large and no bathrobes are provided. So be sure to pack something to cover up for the pool. The hand soap irritated my hands. It should be replaced with something more gentle like neutrogena

When we checked in, we noticed in the room there was a pack n play in the room still even though we didn’t request one. We checked the bed and noticed it was dirty and hair was in the sheets. The counter tops had food and stuff still stuck to them. We told the front desk lady and she called her manager to ask what she could do. They told us a cleaner would be up to clean up and all she did was took the pack n play. Her manager told her there wasn’t anything they could do. We went out and bought Lysol wipes to clean ourselves. We had to turn the heater up just so we could sleep on the top of the bed because the sheets and bedding were still dirty. We hate complaining but to stay in a dirty room was not ideal. We got they were full but why not switch our room to an empty one and clean ours and give it to another guest after it was properly cleaned. Kinda ruined our first couple trip to bend.

Great size room that was very clean. Great amenities and very close to outside restaurants and shopping. They do have a bar with happy hour and food if you want to stay onsite. People were friendly and the breakfast staff member was amazingly helpful.

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights to explore Bend. The facility was clean and comfortable (the pillows squish super flat though, so if you don’t like that, bring your own). Breakfast was delicious. I don’t know why they charge 12$ a night for parking though and then don’t mention it. You end up finding out about it through the fine print. Just be upfront and don’t use fine print as an excuse. That’s shady business. Beside that, it was a great stay and I’d recommend it.

We loved our room. It was very spacious. There was a small seating with an L-shaped couch. The king bed was wonderful. The room also inclued had a huge walkin shower and a kitchenette complete with stove refrigerator etc. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Our room was spacious and clean. We loved having more space than a comparable 2Q hotel room, as well as having a full kitchen. For a family of 4, being able to spread out and have space for each person and their belongings made all the difference in our comfort and mood. It was also super helpful to have a working kitchen to be able to make simple snacks/meals. Our daughter has special needs and it was helpful to have the small kitchen for her meal prep needs. We will definitely be returning here!

Staff was nice, breakfast was great, the rooms are nice but it’s sooo loud at night. You can hear everything. There is flashing fire sprinkler lights in the room, and the light shines under the door. Our neighbor’s dogs barked. It was just a super loud hotel.

Rooms are nice and spacious but the front desk was not welcoming. Didn’t explain where my room was located or any amenities available. I also had a Marriott giftcard and because the machine didn’t accept it the gentleman just stared at me instead of asking someone else to help or getting a manager. Felt very uncomfortable with my two encounters with him.

Check in was great! Booked a King Suite and was given one that had a bathroom connected to the bedroom. I really needed one that had the bathroom connecting to the living area. We were 3 people in total and accessibility was imperative for my mother. This REALLY made our stay and we will absolutely be coming back. (I actually confirmed that this type of configuration was available prior to booking otherwise our stay would most likely not have happened). Thank you so much! Great effort on 'Andrew's' part (I believe it was Andrew that check us in & provided me with assistance).

My daughter and I come to bend every 4-6 weeks for medical care. My daughter has a Service Dog that accompanies her. We have always stayed at Residence Inn. Out of all the many stays we have had only 2 bad experiences and both from the same person checking us in. Everything from asking about my daughter and her disability that qualifies her for a service dog, to complaining about not having a room to meet our reservations that are typically made 2 to 3 weeks before our trip.. very frustrating. Telling us that we have to stay in a particular room or go somewhere else…not pertaining to our request previously.. ultimately we are given a room after much frustration checking in.. at the last time checking in.. one of the elevators were not working properly to stop at a certain floor that we were first given a room for. Not telling me ahead of time. When I attempted to get to our room we had difficulty and was told to use the stairs. That’s when the clerk started to get agitated. We couldn’t use the stairs… again.. have only had issues with this one person in all my stays over the past two years.. every other time we have had awsome experiences…

We really enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. The lobby is very clean and spacious and checking in was fast and efficient by a very nice staff member. The room, bathroom, shower, and kitchenette was perfect. The bed and linens were very nice. The bar is open from 4 to 10 with drinks and food reasonably priced. The pool area (closes at 10pm) was in great condition and there was a lot more open space around the pool and spa than at most hotels. The location is great as it is right above the Old Mill shops. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, walkable to many places including Hayden homes amphitheater. The beds were pretty uncomfortable for how much I was charged to stay there. But the staff were nice and the cold water by the elevator was a nice touch.

Close to the Old Mill shopping mall and paths along the river. We were there a couple of days and never moved the car. (Unfortunately they charge for parking, $12). Still a good place to stay.

Great, great, great location near old mill district!! Can’t beat this place. So clean, modern, large rooms! It was perfect! We planned on staying 2 nights and ended up staying 3. Will definitely come back!

Great location, easily walkable to downtown Bend within 15-30mins of walking to nearby breweries. Lobby was nice to hang out in, bar available, lemon/lime water was a nice touch, rooms were spacious. Only complaint is for a room that could fit up to 5 people we only had 3 towels and didn’t have housekeeping for the 2 nights we stayed. Wish we had enough towels or at least housekeeping to exchange the towels. Also didn’t like that parking was extra, would have been nice to have parking included. Staff was really nice and friendly, would definitely stay again.

We liked the easy check-in, we were allowed to check in a little early when we arrived and staff was friendly and welcoming - the room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast both mornings we were there and the lady helping out in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was horrible. Nothing that resembled real food. The bagel/bread options were hard and dried out. Fake eggs. HORRIBLE For the price, I would also expect better toilet paper! We were not told about the daily parking rate We were charged two different prices for our room. We were not notified of the price change

Really enjoyed how convenient it was to the shopping area and movie theater. The breakfast was wonderful. They had turkey sausage which was a bonus for us as that is what we eat and we’ve never seen it at other hotels. They had regular sausage as well along with eggs and seasoned potatoes and waffles plus many other items. The toppings they had for oatmeal was also a huge plus.

The breakfast situation was extremely stressful. I have 2 small children and went down to get food around 8:30. It was a zoo and no one would move everyone was just congregating in the way and I couldn’t get anything so we left. And my kids were not happy but I didn’t know what to do I said excuse me 29 times and everyone just stood around in this tiny little space.

Spacious room with friendly staff. Very clean. Full kitchen and fridge. Breakfast was included and was decent. Oatmeal, yogurt, various dried fruit, nuts and seeds, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, waffle maker, etc. Bar with happy hour and lots of comfy places to sit. We loved how everyone was friendly, happy and helpful. We loved the room set ups. The amenities and the awesome breakfast and bar. Only negative thing was the pillows. Awful! Everyone was uncomfortable. And that was out of four. Need a better pillow - more firm. I woke up with head on bed and pillow around my face. Husband too

Missed the note on our reservation we had to ask for our room to be serviced. Wasn’t informed during check in either. Then when we did get our room serviced they took the used towels and didn’t replace with clean ones, and didn’t refill the toilet paper- so we ran out without a backup roll. Just disappointed in that with the amount we paid for our room. The bartender, Cody, was wonderful! He was friendly, personal and made sure we had a good time. Also- surprisingly the wings are pretty good!
