It is a very secure resorts with security 24/7. Nice parking garage. The resort is right on the shoreline. We would walk to the elevator, and could get to the pools in seconds and be on the beach in less than 5 minutes. Plenty of seating. Very spacious. Our son loved the pools. We did rent a crib from a local company because there was only a pack and play, and he is particular with his sleep. We appreciated the washer and dryer. We really liked the balcony with the ocean view as well. Good restaurants around and close by shopping.

Room was very clean and view was fantastic! The elevator had a maintenance issue that prevented it from working for a couple hours. The place was very crowded - however - it is summer and school is out. Overall - it was a nice stay. We would stay there again - just not during school breaks .

liked that it was guite. nice large pools. they were heated. enjoyed the hot tubs. Only thing didnt like was the code for door entry. Had a wonderful stay here, hope to be back soon.

The beach was so easily accessible and there are 3 pools on the property. The grills are right there too!! The white sand beach is SUPREME!!! The unit was great and VERY CLEAN!!!!

My wife and I took our 3 children on this trip to Pelican Beach Resort. Our arrival was good. The only down side I had was that 1 of the 4 elevators was down, and we had to wait a bit for a cart to carry our luggage to the room. There is designated parking up front for check in and check out, so that helped. The room and stay were great. We didn't have any trouble with noise, and everything in the room was clean. I did not care for the pullout couch bed, but the other beds were comfortable. The room had plenty of things to cook with, and we did not have to purchase anything for what we did cook. There were public, gas grills, but we did not use them. Access to the beach was extremely nice at only about 5 minutes from our room to our reserved spot on the beach, and half of that time was just getting to the elevator and to the first floor. The beach was nice and clean. My family purchased the reserved seating provided by a third party the resort partners with, so we had front row seats to the beach. The staff on the beach made sure no one put their stuff in front of these seats, so we were able to just enjoy our time on the beach. Checkout was similar to check-in, but we did not have to speak to anyone at the desk since we went through another party. 4 of us had to wear a wrist band the entire time we were at the resort, but my 3 year old was not required to wear one. Overall, I wish I did not have to leave, and I would come back to this resort.

Only one hot tub open in evening the other one closed early. Very inconvenient. The room and view were fantastic. Don’t know if we would stay there the pools and hot tub access. Indoor pool wasn’t very big. We used heated outdoor more.

The property was clean and in a beautiful setting on the beach. We had a wonderful time with unique dining not to far away. staff were helpful and service was good. Our only concern,,, was that the outdoor grills were not working. Only one could be used and we enjoy cooking ourselves at times.

This was our first visit at Pelican Beach Resort. It was definitely a really good experience for me and my wife. We came to celebrate our anniversary and decided we needed to bring our children next time as well. The room was nice and clean and everyone qas friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone no matter what the occasion.

Room was not clean. Pillows on sofa stained, M Bed creaked, needed updates, kitchen hardly any dishes, Dining chairs stained, lounge on deck dirty, dryer old and rusty - ruined some of my clothes but owner would not replace. Would never stay here again or any condo he owned!

Shower had mold all corners, red stained towels :(.only 1 roll of toilet paper had to go buy toilet paper . Main room the bed sunk in and squeeked every little move you made . REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS . Bedspread had a stain of who knows what.

Very responsive communication. Condo was really clean and comfortable. Everything you need is provided. The balcony was big and nice place to sit and look at the ocean. Easy check in and check out process.

The condo was great. On the 17th floor, and has a great view of the ocean. The furniture on the balcony was comfortable. Was happy to see we had a washer dryer. Only recommendation, is for the colder months to have a blanket or throw available, when temps are 50-60, a throw is nice.

The only down side I had was that 1 of the 4 elevators was down, and we had to wait a bit for a cart to carry our luggage to the room. Everything about this hotel was perfect! The rooms were clean and beautifully furnished, great view, and the staff were helpful and polite. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and beach. Definitely coming back!

I was so impressed by the manager's communication before my arrival; they even checked to see if I made it safely and reached out to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Having visited Destin annually, this was by far the best experience we've had, and we're already planning our next booking. Great beach access, near to dining options and family entertainment!

This condo was very clean and on the beach. Pictures were all accurate. Unfortunately most of the rental places are closed In January, including the harbour walk with zipline, etc. However, we will definitely stay at this resort again. The facility and amenities were great. I liked that there was always someone at the front desk too, unlike other condos. Great place! Location was also great: walked to dinner, beach shop, and winn dixie. Just a short drive to other beaches. Gulfarium was a must with kids.

I did not care for the pullout couch bed, but the other beds were comfortable. The room had plenty of things to cook with, and we did not have to purchase anything for what we did cook. There were public, gas grills, but we did not use them. Access to the beach was extremely nice at only about 5 minutes from our room to our reserved spot on the beach, and half of that time was just getting to the elevator and to the first floor. The beach was nice and clean. My family purchased the reserved seating provided by a third party the resort partners with, so we had front row seats to the beach. The staff on the beach made sure no one put their stuff in front of these seats, so we were able to just enjoy our time on the beach. Checkout was similar to check-in, but we did not have to speak to anyone at the desk since we went through another party. 4 of us had to wear a wrist band the entire time we were at the resort, but my 3 year old was not required to wear one. Overall, I wish I did not have to leave, and I would come back to this resort.

Very responsive communication. Condo was really clean and comfortable. Everything you need is provided. The balcony was big and nice place to sit and look at the ocean. Easy check in and check out process.

This was the best beach vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable. The manager was extremely helpful and checked on us to make sure everything was going good. The staff were nice and helpful too. The food and drinks from the tiki bar and cafe were some of the best. We particularly liked the honey bbq wings. The sand was white and clean. We saw dolphins from our condo balcony. This is the perfect place for families with kids.

The property was clean and in a beautiful setting on the beach. We had a wonderful time with unique dining not to far away. staff were helpful and service was good. Our only concern,,, was that the outdoor grills were not working. Only one could be used and we enjoy cooking ourselves at times.

It is a very secure resorts with security 24/7. Nice parking garage. The resort is right on the shoreline. We would walk to the elevator, and could get to the pools in seconds and be on the beach in less than 5 minutes. Plenty of seating. Very spacious. Our son loved the pools. We did rent a crib from a local company because there was only a pack and play, and he is particular with his sleep. We appreciated the washer and dryer. We really liked the balcony with the ocean view as well. Good restaurants around and close by shopping.

I was so impressed by the manager's communication before my arrival; they even checked to see if I made it safely and reached out to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Having visited Destin annually, this was by far the best experience we've had, and we're already planning our next booking. Great beach access, near to dining options and family entertainment!

This condo was very clean and on the beach. Pictures were all accurate. Unfortunately most of the rental places are closed In January, including the harbour walk with zipline, etc. However, we will definitely stay at this resort again. The facility and amenities were great. I liked that there was always someone at the front desk too, unlike other condos. Great place! Location was also great: walked to dinner, beach shop, and winn dixie. Just a short drive to other beaches. Gulfarium was a must with kids.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! The rooms were clean and beautifully furnished, great view, and the staff were helpful and polite. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and beach. Definitely coming back!

Great place to vacation with the family! We had a two bedroom rental - one bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with two twin beds, and a pull out couch in the living room. We traveled with a 13-year-old, 11-year-old, an eight-year-old, and five month old. The beach is close, white sand, and there were a few chairs in the rental that we could take down to use along with an umbrella. The weather while we visited in March was not ideal, and the red flags were out often. However, the pools are nice, clean, and fairly warm. We made the most of our stay. There are a couple of places for shopping for souvenirs within walking distance. There are a few grocery stores that we drove to to stock the kitchen. There aren’t any spices, or basics in the kitchen, so if you are planning to cook, you will need to buy those items from the grocery store. The only real complaint that I have is that only two out of the four elevators were working at the time of our visit. So on busy days, it was a long wait or a long hike up the stairs. Overall, I would say this place was a great find!

#910 Pelican Beach Resort is nice inside, owners pride shows, very clean, well appointed unit, minus some black mold on bathroom ceiling. Staff = BMV style service. Outside scene = Jerry Springer show. Balcony nice view of ocean/beach also overlooks pool. Obnoxious patron (DJ wanna be playing Lee Greenwood,) with loud speaker on pool deck directly below us, was our arrival greeting. Very little sleep, due to trash shoot being next to the unit, as well as other guests partying late. Not recommended for couples wanting a quiet relaxing romantic stay, but might be fun for younger folks.

Our stay at Pelican Beach Resort in Destin was absolutely wonderful! The location is unbeatable, with direct beach access and breathtaking views of the Gulf right from our balcony. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation. The resort amenities were excellent, including the pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and easy beach service. We especially loved being able to walk straight to the beach and enjoy the crystal-clear water and white sand that Destin is famous for. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the entire property was well maintained. We felt safe, comfortable, and truly able to unwind. There are also plenty of great restaurants, shops, and family-friendly activities nearby, making it the perfect destination for families.
