The room was clean and comfortable, but, at the end of our stay, we found an abandoned pair of underpants under the air conditioner. The toilet acted up a bit, but the staff helped out right away. The breakfast was delicious, the beds were cozy, and the pool, while small, was enjoyable. The fitness room had a bunch of useful equipment to use too. Overall, it was a good room for what it's worth.

Front desk staff was less than personable and acted as those guests were bothersome. Carpet was raveled in the room. Tile in the bathroom was cracked. Shower enclosure was cracked. Rooms had a musty smell. Hallways were hot and humid.

We used the pool which was nice and cool as Texas is currently in a heatwave however it could do with a clean on the sides. As a Brit it can be a little disconcerting when you see cockroaches wondering around but apparently it’s quite normal

This is always our hotel of choice when we’re in town. The front desk staff is always so friendly and helpful. This stay was not like our previous stays. We were down for my sister’s funeral so we were there more days than usual. We asked for our room to be cleaned, bed made and more towels on our way out to church but when we returned the room was not cleaned, the bed wasn’t made and we had no clean towels. It was very disappointing to come back to find. The front desk clerk let us know that she did tell housekeeping to clean the room and didn’t understand why they didn’t
