The room had a seating area with a tv and a tv in the bedroom area. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. There was a greeting to me on the tv when I arrived. There was free parking and access to the parking garage from the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Great restaurants within and around. Only complaint, two nice chairs but no ottomans in our room. Made for a slightly less than relaxing lounge around in the evening and morning. Staff was great. Very nice 24 hr gym with water, towels and enough equipment to get a solid lifting session in.

We stayed here on a Saturday night. It was quiet we didn’t see many other people. The room was clean and huge. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was well worth the little extra cost. The location for walking to everywhere we wanted to go was perfect!

Bathtub didn’t work (friend wanted to take a nice, long bath as they don’t have a proper one at home and that’s why we booked it), but I informed the front desk and everything otherwise was great. Clean, spacious, great food inside the hotel. We would absolutely stay again.

Not sure if we were upgraded, but our room had a huge soaking tub and the bathroom was massive. Highlight of the trip. Overall, the aesthetic was gorgeous and relaxed, the location was ideal. I've stayed in Green Bay a few times and this is the tops! Parking next door was $.85 per hour - can't beat it.

Went to spend a night away with my daughter. Really nice accommodations and very clean. Nice big bathroom and comfortable beds. The only negative I have is the standard queen beds are really about the size of a double. Didn’t make much of a difference to us as we each had our own bed, but would have been a little tight if our spouses had come. Overall stay was great! Beautiful hotel with a lot of history

If there’s a wedding going on, you will hear the party—but honestly, we loved the vibe. Plus, plenty of fun walkable spots to check out, so it evens out!

The hotel rooms were beautifully updated! The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and beautifully appointed with a huge soaking tub! Emma at the Front Desk was beyond exceptional. In fact, I don't think she ever left! She was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. She even remembered to inquire how my course exam went that day and congratulated me again as I checked out! I have already recommended this hotel and it's wonderful staff to friends should they ever visit Green Bay, WI.

The front desk was kind and courteous & allowed me to check in one hour early and check out one hour late to accommodate my schedule. Clean & safe area within walking distance to the Fox River boardwalk, restaurants & shops. Beautiful updated historic hotel!

My room door lock failed due to a dead battery in the lock. I had to wait 30 minutes before it could be addressed and fixed. This is after going down to the front desk getting a new key, which failed because that wasn’t the problem, then waiting for maintenance to come up to the room and fix the lock.

Well kept up historic building. Room was nice, bed comfortable. If you are staying here, bring your own soaps and shampoos. The miniscule bottles they provide are a joke... for the price of the room and lack of some popular amenities, you would think they could provide a better alternative. The front desk staff was pleasant enough, however the bartender was absolutely horrible. Very unprofessional and rude. After talking to other guests, they had the same concerns. There are other very nice hotels in Green Bay with more amenities that cost $50 a night less. Definitely not worth the extra cost to stay here.

Amazing stay - every hotel staff member that we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. The Poke the Bear restaurant dinner was wonderful. The Walnut Room breakfast was wonderful. We had no complaints.

I was overcharged and completely misled. I was given breakfast vouchers during my stay - yet I was still charged the full amount, of the breakfast fees for the each day. When I contacted the hotel, they blamed it on the fact that I didn’t book directly with them. That’s unacceptable. If I had known I’d be charged anyway, I never would have eaten at the breakfast spot. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Wanted to love it but it was just fine. Front desk person that checked us in was fine. She basically handed us the room keys and walked away. No directions on how to get to our room, where the elevators were, etc. Room was fine. Lobby was the best part of the hotel. Location is great for exploring downtown. I wouldnt stay there again....price not justifed for what we got.

The hotel rooms were beautifully updated! The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and beautifully appointed with a huge soaking tub! Emma at the Front Desk was beyond exceptional. In fact, I don't think she ever left! She was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. She even remembered to inquire how my course exam went that day and congratulated me again as I checked out! I have already recommended this hotel and it's wonderful staff to friends should they ever visit Green Bay, WI.

Wanted to love it but it was just fine. Front desk person that checked us in was fine. She basically handed us the room keys and walked away. No directions on how to get to our room, where the elevators were, etc. Room was fine. Lobby was the best part of the hotel. Location is great for exploring downtown. I wouldnt stay there again....price not justifed for what we got.

We stayed here on a Saturday night. It was quiet we didn’t see many other people. The room was clean and huge. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was well worth the little extra cost. The location for walking to everywhere we wanted to go was perfect!

The hotel itself was very nice, but don't bother with the breakfast. It said free breakfast, but yet you pay more for it. The breakfast was not worth it at all. Not only was the food not that great, the portions were small, and the service was so slow, we had to ask to get our check out extended.

Amazing stay - every hotel staff member that we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. The Poke the Bear restaurant dinner was wonderful. The Walnut Room breakfast was wonderful. We had no complaints.

I was overcharged and completely misled. I was given breakfast vouchers during my stay - yet I was still charged the full amount, of the breakfast fees for the each day. When I contacted the hotel, they blamed it on the fact that I didn’t book directly with them. That’s unacceptable. If I had known I’d be charged anyway, I never would have eaten at the breakfast spot. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

#1. I loved the king bed rm with that huge tub & walk in shower! #2. The food was exceptionally delicious! Down Side : #1 I thought I asked for a rm with 2 queen beds. There was support to be 3 adults. As it turned out my daughter & granddaughter couldn’t make it. So it turned out fine. It was just me. Had the other two been with me, we would have had a problem. #2. Even though the food was excellent, I felt it was very pricey!

This hotel was nice however we picked this hotel despite it not having a pool because it had games, like shuffle board, a pool table, etc. for guests. No where is it mentioned that these games aren’t in a general area and in fact if the hotel has a wedding reception, the games area known as the “Alley” is off limits to hotel guests because it’s in the reception area. How disappointing. If we had known that we would have stayed elsewhere.

I booked a room. Had to cancel an hour later bc my flight was rerouted and no longer needed to stay in GB. And they refused to honor a return, even though I canceled 1 hr after I booked. Bad business. No wonder they are going through financial difficulties. Terrible customer service.
