Brig o' Doon House Hotel

Gleich bei der historischen Brig o’Doon und bei den Robert-Burns-Sehenswürdigkeiten; sehr schöner Garten am Fluss; nette Leute; gutes Essen

Newly refurbished. Excellent standard of room - mattress, bedding & pillows all good quality. Bathroom was plush and had an actual bath, which can be rare these days in a lot of hotels. Food offering also very good.

Breakfast was very nice

We stayed at the Brig O’Doon for two nights after our wedding as a little mini moon. The hotel is beautiful - very atmospheric and romantic and we stayed in the signature river view room - the view is the stuff of fairytales. The room was luxurious and we had a great sleep! All the staff were friendly and professional and there were some lovely touches and treats as we had mentioned we were staying post wedding. We ate in Tales restaurant both nights and the food/drinks were lovely and the service excellent. The hotel is in a beautiful part of Ayrshire and we enjoyed the Burns experience and a walk to the coast. Can’t fault a thing, we had a romantic and magical two days away and will be back for our anniversary.

Whole hotel was gorgeous. Rome, public areas, dining room & bars all lovely. Staff were so courteous and friendly. Food was fab. Definitely return.
