Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Tulsa Downtown - Arts District by IHG

The Hotel itself was perfectly located for all my needs for the weekend. The breakfast daily was GREAT as well! I liked my room, even though 2 of the lights did NOT work, but I didn’t really need them too. For this particular reason alone, I rated the staff as horrible. My Apple air pods were stolen off the desk. The young lady I reported it t, told me that she was going to check into it and call my room. No call, but I will be contacting someone, because there is a thief among them and that does NOT sit well with me!! I know you guys know which person works each floor and rooms!

Great hotel! Very clean! Excellent location, downtown and convenient to shopping and food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice and up-to-date. Enjoyed the coffee bar and snacks. We stayed in one of the multi room suites, and the bedroom did not cool very efficiently, and the fan was very noisy, but other than that, no issues, and would not mind staying again.

Breakfast was very underwhelming. Everything tasted microwaved. The room we booked claimed to be a suite but was only one room and very small. Luckily we didn't need to spend much time at the hotel. The pool was pretty pathetic. It felt more like they put in a pool because they had to, but because they wanted to provide one for their guests. Parking was abysmal. $19/night is robbery. The parking garage was shared with the bank nearby and the spots filled up quickly on weekdays. We chose the hotel over others for the breakfast and alleged suite. We felt mislead about both. Would NOT stay at this hotel again.
