Everything was clean and host was quick to respond to our questions/needs. I booked th loft room to save money; next time I would pay for a larger room, as there was no room to sit in our small space. There were chairs and couches and a desk in common areas, however. There was also a common use kitchen and laundry facilities.

The host was exceedingly responsive, which left everything worry-free. I was there a bit earlier and my room had already been ready. The property is in a historic building in the centre of the old city centre, high ceiling and beautiful, and easy access to everything. The best thing is that comes with a lift, so heavy suitcases were not a problem at all. The host was very kind and texted me to ensure everything went fine and if I needed anything - very kind and nice of her. The room type I booked was one double bed studio with a balcony, facing movempick hotel. Very nice view and atmosphere. The restaurant famous for its dry aged steak is just ten steps away from the main entrance of the building, highly recommended. Everything was perfect.

The balcony was spacious, view was not great, the room was massive, everything was spotless, staff was friendly and helpful, staff was very accommodating, instructions were clear just have to pay attention. Walkable to all shops and old town. Highly recommend.

Excellently renovated flat, very comfortable and centrally located. Antonella very helpful, good options of restaurants nearby. Ample bathroom with a tight shower. Enjoyed our stay, having an elevator is a plus.

It’s like having your own apartment. You get the code to the door downstairs and upstairs, and not a card, but keys to your door. I was surprised since I expected a bedroom, but got a suite with my own balcony. Your hear traffic an people from the street outside, but that is ok when you are in a town. Walking distanse to both the sea, old town and new town. Bus to the beach Pan e Pomodore right outside. Plenty og restaurants and bars in the area and you have Le Bul, Michelin restaurant in the building next to you.

Absolutely perfect. Room is beautiful, perfectly clean, bed comfortable. Lots of lovely details such as welcome kit ( slippers, dental and shaving kit...), room decoration / design.Kettel and Nespresso machine. Fridge. Variety of teas and tisanes.Nice and modern bathroom . Good wifi. Antonella is very nice, helpfull and reactive. She is at the reception every morning. Check in/ out very easy. Access to washing / drying machines. Mammadada hotel is very well located ( 3 min from Centro historico )and quiet during night. We had a wonderful stay and felt very lucky to discover that place.

Un lugar soñado, nos sorprendió lo espacioso de la habitación, la limpieza y el buen gusto de la decoración. Contaba con todos los detalles para la estadía. Tiene una enorme cocina comun donde se puede utilizar tambien el refrigerador y un living compartido con muchos libros. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de las principales avenidas y el barrio histórico. Si bien no tiene recepción Antonella vive en el mismo edificio y fue muy atenta el check in resultó muy expeditivo. Sin dudas volveríamos a elegirlo. Gracias

This property was magnificent. From the time we arrived in Bari, the host was in constant communication and made sure we got to the building without any issues. The property itself is great - the rooms are huge, bed is comfy and the washroom is clean and well equipped. The AC works well, and rooms are cleaned daily. The fixtures are clean and modern, and we felt very safe the entire time. Even though there are other units in the property, the rooms are sound proof and you never hear noise from other guests. The location is great as its only a few minutes from the old town and Bari city center. The host also provides great recommendations to explore. Overall, our experience in Bari was so great largely because of this property. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bari.

MammaDada is true luxury experience in the heart of Bari. The location is perfect, you have short distance to old town but also to main shopping streets. This small hotel has invested the room quality, everything is thought. Extra mentioning of the bed, it was very comfortable. Also nice interior decoration. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Can't say anything negative, you just need to experience MammaDada.

Rooms are quaint and comfortable. In our room the bedroom was upstairs and the bathroom was downstairs, which was a little awkward during the night. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The small room we rented was listed as 15 sq M. However this room had a hall and stair that took about 6 sq M so usable space was 9 sq M. Suitable for a single man or woman only.

This was a great location easy walking distance to the old town. There are many cafes and restaurants around. We ended up in Bari at the very end of our round Italy trip because we got a good flight out. We're so glad we ended up there for a few days. Antonella was so helpful. We were able to leave our suitcases there the last day since our flight didn't leave until the evening.

Very close to the old town and port abt 2 blocks away. Very good with communication. Anything you asks or require Antonella replies or deals with right away. I recommend this property for those going to Bari. For the foodies, Restaurant Bul is literally right beside the apartment.

Lots of lovely details such as welcome kit ( slippers, dental and shaving kit...), room decoration / design.Kettel and Nespresso machine. Fridge. The host was exceedingly responsive, which left everything worry-free. I was there a bit earlier and my room had already been ready. The property is in a historic building in the centre of the old city centre, high ceiling and beautiful, and easy access to everything. The best thing is that comes with a lift, so heavy suitcases were not a problem at all. The host was very kind and texted me to ensure everything went fine and if I needed anything - very kind and nice of her. MamaDada rooms are very nice and spacious. It is situated in a perfect location, and all the sites in Bari are very close by. In the area there are many restaurants.

The balcony was spacious, view was not great, the room was massive, everything was spotless, staff was friendly and helpful, staff was very accommodating, instructions were clear just have to pay attention. Walkable to all shops and old town. Highly recommend.

Everything was clean and host was quick to respond to our questions/needs. I booked th loft room to save money; next time I would pay for a larger room, as there was no room to sit in our small space. There were chairs and couches and a desk in common areas, however. There was also a common use kitchen and laundry facilities.

Un lugar soñado, nos sorprendió lo espacioso de la habitación, la limpieza y el buen gusto de la decoración. Contaba con todos los detalles para la estadía. Tiene una enorme cocina comun donde se puede utilizar tambien el refrigerador y un living compartido con muchos libros. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de las principales avenidas y el barrio histórico. Si bien no tiene recepción Antonella vive en el mismo edificio y fue muy atenta el check in resultó muy expeditivo. Sin dudas volveríamos a elegirlo. Gracias

We had a conflicting stay at MammaDada Guest House. On the positive side, the room we stayed in on our 2nd night was clean, quiet, and high quality. On-site laundry and location was very convenient. The host was also helpful in arranging a taxi, assisting with small requests, and leaving a bottle of wine as an apology. However, arrival and customer service were stressful. Host communication prior to arrival was spotty and required follow-ups. Upon arrival at 8 PM, the person greeting us opened our assigned room, saw it was uncleaned, and quickly shut the door. Without explaining the issue, we were quietly redirected to an unfinished 'emergency room' with steep, unrailed stairs and water-stained curtains. We only learned our booked room was uncleaned after calling the host directly. On the call, the host was apologetic and agreed to a full refund for night 1 so we could stay elsewhere. However, when we requested to cancel the remaining three nights, she refused. While we did stay in the correct room for night 2, we cancelled the rest of our stay. When resolving the booking via Hotels.com, the host backtracked on her initial full refund offer for night 1, offering only a partial refund and refusing to refund the remaining nights. Hotels.com ultimately had to step in to resolve the issue for us. If everything goes according to plan, the proper rooms and amenities are great. However, if an issue arises, communication and customer support fall significantly short.
