The hotel room was clean and the staff were very nice. Howere, there was NO bar as advertised, so they should really take that off the website and 3rd party sites. Also, the only had a heated pool and its too hot for a heated pool in Indio for like 8 months out of the year.

Elevator did not work most of the night. Walked up and down to the third floor. Did not take luggage up. Because I couldn't get it up the stairs. All night housekeeping was restarting. Usually did not work.

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff member who prepared and served it was exceptionally kind and efficient. However, we were disappointed with the quality of our room, which did not meet our expectations based on the description and price. Upon entering, we noticed an unusual odor, and the room showed signs of disrepair, including a broken lamp and towel holder. Additionally, the cleanliness was subpar, with visible dust on the bed frame and headboard.

The property has several restaurants across the street as well as shopping. The ONLY negative was that the room smelled like vomit!! There was also hairs in the bathroom. We went out in the evening to purchase air freshener.

For the amount of money they charge, they could at least clean the rooms daily. The hallways were filthy. The condition awful for a newer property with gouges and scrapes against all the hallways, I had to beg to get my room cleaned even every other day, and they vacuum maybe once every 2 weeks in the hallways and never in the rooms unless there’s a change. It’s terrible management pinching Pennies and hiring people who speak absolutely no English and have attitude, probably because they are illegal and ticked off, as they should be. Marriott usually is a good brand. Not at that location.

I took a cold shower this morning because the hot water wasn’t strong as the cold water in the shower, the shower knob seemed broken and water pressure is weak once I turned to hot water. Also. Was offered a room where the AC was not working. On reporting the issue we were asked us to move to a room with 1 king size bed and 1 Sofa bed. With a family of 4, I ended up sleeping on the floor so that my Daughter and Wife can have a good sleep. This is the worst experience I had with Fairfield Marriott hotels. Being a member myself i would not recommend this hotel for stay.

The staff did not answer numerous calls to the front desk when our television didn’t work. When I went down to the front desk, I found her helping a gust with their Mobile app. Had I have had an emergency in my room, I wouldn’t have received help. I asked about the calls to the front desk and she avoided them. she told me that she had told me at check it that the television wasn’t working. I told her she hadn’t and she said that she had. I would have remembered that. I understand the lake of tv service was out of her hands but answering the phone was. The situation didn’t have to happen.

It was the worst experience I have ever had in my 75 years of traveling. I had contacted the hotel. Com to reserved a room at this hotel and paid for the room at the same time. We picked up some take-out dinner. Than went to check in. We got the hotel and removed and placed oura luggage on a rack. At the desk, a very unhappy woman started to check us in and then became very rude and unprofessional. She spoke on the phone in Spanish to 5 different people complaining about no rooms were clean. There were no housekeepers around or m. To make a long story short i called 911 the officers came. She had canceled my reservations telling be hotel. Com was a third party and my reservation all though pd for waI no longer valid. It was to stressful hours after traveling for 8 hours. How could management higher such an unprofessional who obviously had no training in customer service .the officers helped us with or bags and over their apologies. Not only did she waste our time but left us very upset we went to the Hilton boy what a contrast in service. Regardless of the lack of workers, no one as rude or uncaring should be given that position. but my

The front desk staff were rude and didn’t even tell me that they were putting me in a different room than I had paid for. They have me two double beds instead of a king and didn’t say anything. This was our second stay here and it’s in a great location with many restaurants near! My only issue for not giving it 5 stars is we had to wait about 30 minutes after we arrived for the normal check in hour. I’d also like to mention it would be nice to offer 2 bottles of complimentary water per room, since every hotel we stay at offers this today. Thank you

This hotel is quite nice, it’s newer and has great facilities and is an excellent value. The staff are friendly and super helpful and since I work in the area often I will happily make this my home base on a going forward basis.

Love location of the hotel itself. Shopping arena and food spots are super close. Hotels bed, bathroom and over all cleanliness is perfect. BUT, Indio and palm-springs is not it! Coming from the Bay Area , it is not a vacation getaway.

I was in Coachella for a two-day work trip, and Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Indio Coachella Valley was the perfect choice for proximity to the Empire Polo Club. There's easy quick service food (Starbucks, Chipotle, Jersey Mikes, etc). The next time I'm in Coachella for work, I will stay there again! Budget friendly but not cheap and gross! Very clean, brand new with friendly staff. Ideal hotel if you're not needing a large resort type accomodations.

It was a one night stay for a concert. Entrance is really clean and spacious. Ample parking. Near many grocery stores, big box stores, fast food, and restaurants. Room was clean and stay was quiet. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Would stay again

The coffee at Breakfast was first rate as were the scrambled eggs. Room was clean and there were fresh towels. However, they asked for a $50 dollar deposit which was odd. I am assuming that will go back to my credit card.

I usually stay at this Fairfield Inn when in Indio . The rates are fair and the included breakfast has lots of good choices. The room is always very clean and comfortable too!

At about 4am my air conditioning in the room woke me up with a loud noise, sounded like the fan was loose and hitting the sides inside. I turned it off, then decided to report it to the front desk in person. He did offer to switch rooms but my elderly mother was asleep and it would have been too much. I told him my concerns of the room getting hot and no air circulating. He suggested letting it rest, it probably overheated. Went back to bed, in the morning around 6ish the room was warm, turned on the air it worked for about 5 minutes then started blowing out hot air. Asked the new front desk is there was anything to be done as far as a compensation and she said NO, because I booked thru a 3rd party, she couldn’t do anything. ( we were only there for 1 night ). BTW the room 415 is a handicap room and this is what we dealt with til we left at 9am, a warm room, but breakfast was not bad

Staff was great at front desk and breakfast area. Both ladies went out of their way to help me. Room was very nice and clean. Couldn't say anything bad about this hotel.
