The room was not in a working order TV. Didn't work proper no remomote the mgr, didn't care enough to take care of her guest put me off for 4 days, didn't have a chair to sit down on like I should have. I just got the run around.

Room had a chair in it that looked like it had been knifed and ripped up overtime. Not sure why it’s still in the room First room had a toilet that didn’t flush, had to relocate The smell of the room reminded me of old old old clothing that hadn’t been washed in a while. Pillows were worn out and had that “popcorn” feel to them. Opposite of comfortable. Staff, was helpful. But that’s about it.

The entire place smelled like weed and cigarettes, even though they have no smoking signs everywhere. When I got there on Sunday, they put me in a room where all the lights were turned on, the bed was unmade, and had a really strong cigarette odor so they ended up moving me to another room, which was better. However, I also found a roach in the new room on Monday night around 12 AM and it flew at me. Luckily, I was able to get someone to come kill it for me, but it was really gross because it was crawling all over my towels. And then, when I asked to replace the towels the next day, the person I talked to said I didn’t have the “linen replacement package” and when I told her that the roach was crawling over my towels she gave in and gave me some new ones. The kitchenette was perfect for me though, I had enough room for food prep. I brought most of my own food already made so having the counter top and extra sink was great for prepping my meals and doing my dishes.

Hasta las 9 am habia personal. decia que incluia desayuno lo cual no habia. No fueron ni para llevar papel higienico a los cuartos o llevar mas toallas, ya que solo habia toallas para dos personas cuando la reservación decia expresamente que era para tres personas. Mala experiencia.
