Challenging location as a car cannot stop in front of the hotel and parking is a 5-7 min walk from the hotel. Also there is no porter to help with bags and the reception is on the 1st floor! Room was good

Excellent hotel with kitchenettes right near St George Square. Spacious room with modern amenities. Had washer/dryer in our unit. Would definitely stay again!

No on-site parking and finding parking nearby was tough. Tried to use their page for assistance and it just said “no parking” without recommendations which was frustrating. The property itself was very nice and close to the cathedral/necropolis as well as Buchanan street.

This hotel is at superb location! We appreciated amenities (washing/drying machine, water fountain, etc.). Also the studio-typed room is very specious with kitchen, table and couch. We would use this hotel again for our next visit to Glasgow.

Great city center location, a block from the train station. Room had quick breakfast items, a very comfortable bed and a great view. The hotel’s front door is not clear - located between the two Anchor Line entries. Several steps up to the elevator that will take you to the front desk on floor 1 or up to your room. Lovely front desk staff. We’d stay here again.

The main issue for me was that the lift broke down whilst I was out and as a disabled person staying on 4th floor that caused me a lot of issue. I felt very embarrassed also. I also noted it sounded like my window was open all night as it appears there’s a gap of sorts so I heard everything clear as day from outside so it made it hard to sleep. I have stayed here before 2 years ago and would say it’s more expensive for less comfort. It is a nice place but find it’s gone downhill a little sadly.

Stayed in room 407. Was shocked to discover work tops had not been cleaned and was covered in some sauce on kitchen area surfaces, dirty hand prints on coffee table, crumbs on sofa. Its like only the bed was changed and bathroom cleaned however the kitchen and living room area was not cleaned at all. I had to go get a cleaner to show her the uncleaned areas in the apartment which was cleaned then. Upon looking inside the fridge to after it had not been wiped out inside for some time. I had requested extra bedding for the sofa bed, which I had neither received. Not what one would expect from an establishment for that money!!

From the time I checked in to the time I checked out, this place continued to amaze me. The staff went above and beyond no matter what the requests. The entire hotel is spotless and run flawlessly. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I was honestly surprised with the amazing room. I had a gorgeous view. Will definitely be back again.

Great location for Queen Street Railway station. Central location. Good amenities in apartment. Poor outlook from room - overlooking unattractive back area of building. Unpleasant smell in hotel corridor from downstairs restaurant, like boiled stale fish - this smell was not in the apartment but immediately outside the door and along the third floor to the lift.

We enjoyed our two night stay at Native Glasgow. The suites are beautifully decorated, the staff is so friendly and helpful and the bed was extremely comfortable. The suite was quiet and peaceful. I would have given it a solid 5 stars, but the walls in our suite were quite dirty.

Good stay as per usual. However, a little disappointed, no milk for the tea & coffee and Long black hair in the shower cubicle. I have blonde hair and my husband has none so defo not ours. Missed getting the little breakfast pack in the morning. ☹

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The room was newly renovated. It was clean and spacious. The bathroom was large and spotless. The hotel is located less than a 5 minute walk from the train station. Easily walkable to shopping and tons of restaurants. There’s even a bus stop out front for the AirPort Express. If I return to Glasgow I would stay here again and we recommend it to everyone.

Had a brilliant one-night stay here - the studio room was enormous! Plenty of room, a small dining table and chairs, very comfortable bed, good hairdryer, huge bathroom, lots of storage... Location extremely central and near many good restaurants and coffee shops. I will definitely consider this place again if I need to stay overnight in Glasgow.

The room itself was very nice and comfortable. Loved having the kitchen, that is such a bonus from other hotels! However, our room faced the street and was VERY noisy all night. We did ask about this when checking in, and since we had booked last minute on a Saturday night understood that rooms were limited. Just want to make aware for future bookings that the noise level all night from that room made it very hard to sleep.

The renovated one room suite was very nice. Clean room, helpful receptionists, and close to many shops, restaurants, and the subway. The walls/windows(?) are a little thin like you can hear some noise from the hallways and outside, but it wasn’t bad. It was nice to have a little fridge and microwave.

After a flight reschedule following a storm i needed a last min booking in glasgow central. What a brilliant find. Right beside Queen st station its brilliantly located. The reception staff are fantastic and the studio room i was in was superb. Really slick design, super comfy and massive bed. Full kitchen and everything you'd need. I had to stay another night and didn't really want to switch rooms so the staff worked to help me keep the original room. Over and above good customer service. Id 100% stay here again

Overall a good stay. Location is perfect. Had an issue with checkin, i arrived late and very tired and apparently they put me in the wrong room and after I indtalled myself and made myself confortabke I had to move to another room in the middle of the night. This was indeed larger than what I booked, but sonce it was the hotel’s mistake the free upgrade would have been a standard process.

I made a booking being told that there's free parking and there wasn't. I got given a discount to park at the local NCP. I made a booking with breakfast being included. This so called breakfast was a cereal bar and a juice box and some dry porridge and was meant to be given out by the desk staff. When I went to collect this, there was no one around, so I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up. No body did, so I found the chambermaid and asked her if I could collect the breakfast and she then went to look for the duty manager. When she found him and said that there's someone asking to collect the so called breakfast, the manager's response, thinking that I was not in earshot was, can't they get breakfast across the road. When I said that I had been waiting for 15 minutes for someone to show up, his response was 'I've got better thing to do with my time than wait around!' I was appalled at the lack of professionalism and rudeness from the manager. I won't be returning again.

Excellent stay at the Glasgow Native as ever - infact the best yet as the lovely Ian on Reception upgraded me to a one-bedroomed apartment. Why would anyone stay in a hotel when you can have this? And you have the Anchor Line and Citizen downstairs. Just fabulous, wish I was staying longer. Thank you Ian - you are an excellent ambassador for the Glasgow Native 😊

It’s a great place to stay, but as we told two of the staff members, they have a guy that works the night shift who is not considerate of sleeping guests, and he let a couple of doors close with a bang a half a dozen times in the evening. These are solid wood doors and you can hear them slam and vibrate very loudly. Other than that the staff was great, the facilities are fantastic, including a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, combo, tv room with couch and chairs (with a separate door for noise/privacy)and just as important a comfortable bed. Definitely on our stay list when we return to Glasgow.

Only stayed one night! Centrally located, spacious, quiet, and convenient. Really appreciated Ian at the front desk who was attentive to our requests and very helpful.

The man at the desk when we first arrived to drop off our luggage (since we arrived early) was not the friendliest person. He did not want to be bothered, was our impression. The woman that we checked in with was lovely. The apartment was very nice & comfortable. there was tea, coffee, milk & sugar available. There was not a wine bottle opener though. We were woken each night of our stay by screams and shouts from the people in the street below at very early hours in the morning. Our room was on the 2nd floor so I would highly recommend requesting a room higher up if you do stay here. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the area, and very accessible to subway and bus station for going to airport.

Great stay but sometimes desk not manned. Thankfully we didn’t have to wait too long. Wasn’t thrilled about having a wheelchair accessible room, as showering wasn’t a great experience. It was very expensive for a Wednesday overnighter.

Great location for downtown. Staff very helpful. Trouble with overnight noise from a next door restaurant…. Not from restaurant patrons but from the removal of glass and beer kegs at 5 am. Impossible to sleep through it.

Our first time in Glasgow & we lucked out choosing Native Glasgow for our stay. With 64 apartments in a historic building that's been preserved on the outside & totally modern interior: there are lots of options depending on what you need. Staff from the reception to housekeeping were lovely. We got a Studio for 2 nights: really impressed by how well the space was used. The bed & bedding were very good, the bathroom was big, modern, nicely fitted, the kitchen was well set up, everything we needed was there. Our studio was really quiet, even though the building is in the heart of Glasgow. Location is outstanding. Right by the beautiful George Square & the pedestrian Buchanan Street. Easy walk to so many of the things we wanted to see in Glasgow. Unlimited range of places for a drink or a bite, tons of shops all around. Also several grocery stores an easy walk away. Location for getting around is also perfect. NG is 3-4 min walk to the Underground station on Buchanan: used it to visit the Kelvingrove Museum & beautiful park, it's literally across the street from the £10 Airporter bus to GLA, 5 minute walk to Queen Street train station (40 min to Stirling!) All in all - a winner & would be my first choice going back to Glasgow.

Native Glasgow is in the very heart of the city centre making it the ideal location. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shops all within a few minutes walk (and literally in the doorstep too). The rooms are spacious, very clean, very comfortable, and have all the in-room facilities you could need for a few nights. There are also heavy blackout curtains so you’re not woken by the daylight. There is a pub in the building next door but not once did I hear any noise from people as they left there, and I’m a light sleeper. I will definitely stay here again!

I made a booking being told that there's free parking and there wasn't. I got given a discount to park at the local NCP. I made a booking with breakfast being included. This so called breakfast was a cereal bar and a juice box and some dry porridge and was meant to be given out by the desk staff. When I went to collect this, there was no one around, so I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up. No body did, so I found the chambermaid and asked her if I could collect the breakfast and she then went to look for the duty manager. When she found him and said that there's someone asking to collect the so called breakfast, the manager's response, thinking that I was not in earshot was, can't they get breakfast across the road. When I said that I had been waiting for 15 minutes for someone to show up, his response was 'I've got better thing to do with my time than wait around!' I was appalled at the lack of professionalism and rudeness from the manager. I won't be returning again.

The stay was excellent gentleman at reception on the evening we arrived was very helpful as were all the staff. On the down side on the Sunday evening when we came back to the hotel after having a meal our group also staying at the hotel and our friends we were here to meet from Australia decided to have a drink at the bar only to be told it was closed ( approx 10-30 ) although it say`s till late.

Third stay at Native Glasgow - very comfortable and convenient. Spacious for the price. Previously they had supplied (unadvertised) some free breakfast goodies, but have now ceased doing this. Still a nice sachet of coffee for the cafetiere, and a small bottle of fresh milk.

We enjoyed our stay at Native Glasgow. Excellent location so close to train and transit to airport. Lively area, but good windows made the rooms quiet. Ours had a balcony with a view of the square. Air conditinoing was a nice plus. Comfortable bed. Very small kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, could be used to prepare simple meals. Our room was very small, with a table for 2 and a desk squeezed next to the bed, but no easy spot to open a suitcase or suitcase stand. Georgios and Valeria at the reception were very helpful and kind. There is no real lobby, but there is a bar right downstairs that was open late.

Beautiful property in the hart of Glasgow. 15mins walk from the bus station, 3mins walk from Queen street station. Staff are friendly and helpful. It’s surrounded by restaurants and shopping, I will 100% be coming back time and time again.

This hotel's location is perfect. Very close to one of the two main train stations. The French restaurant at the basement of this hotel is superb. There are so many restaurants around. But the main thing that I don't like is their room cleaning policy - they normally only clean your room and replace your towels once every 7 days, unless you specifically request.

This Apartment Hotel was the first hotel that made us truly feel we were at home. It was spotless, cozy, and they thought of everything we might need. They even have free laundry facilities and laundry detergent! The staff were extremely welcoming and provided tea, coffee and fresh from the farm milk. They also offered a small take away breakfast for free which was muffins, juice and oatmeal. The location is amazing! Right by any train station or bus stop. You could get anywhere in the city in 15 minutes, to Edinburgh in 45 minutes and to surrounding hikes very easily as well. It was also in the heart of shopping and great restaurants. Very walkable, no car needed. Even though this is a historic building, it has been completely renovated. No mold, or musty smells. We will definitely stay here again!

Location would have been ok but the whole area is under construction with no place to drop off bags or park. They directed us to use two different shared lots over 15 min walk away- 25 min if you’re dragging luggage and family with you. And only stairs up in to the hotel, again with kids and luggage it was a mess. Check it was still 3 hours away so we left of bags in the lobby and they said they would put them in our rooms for us. We returned 4 hours later and they were still in the lobby. Our rooms air conditioner was out and didn’t work the whole night. They gave us fans and we left the windows open but the hotel is above a ton of bars and people drinking and parties all night, it was so noisy. And after the parting was over the bars spent two hours after throwing away bottles. I have never had such a miserable hot loud night. We sent an email to the hotel management went we first got into the room about the temperature and never heard back. The guy working at the lobby desk was nice and there was nothing he could do. And the room was laid out nice and was clean.
