Felt completely safe the whole time as a solo traveler. Front desk was super nice with any questions I had, as well as the bar and restaurant staff. The room was amazing for the price and the location is great. Would definitely stay again

The property was very nice, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the food at the restaurant, and the restaurant staff was wonderful as well—everyone we encountered was very kind and accommodating. The only issue we experienced was with the air conditioning in our room. It went out during the night, and because we were extremely tired from our activities that day, we initially decided to deal with it rather than contact the front desk. However, by around 7:00 a.m., the room had become too uncomfortable, so I called the front desk. Maintenance responded and was able to get the AC working, but unfortunately, it went out again shortly afterward. The staff offered us another room so that we could at least get comfortable, get ourselves together, and prepare to leave. When I went downstairs to check out, I explained to the front desk clerk that the AC issue had made for an uncomfortable night and that we had not slept well. He was very understanding and offered to refund us for that day. Although the AC issue was disappointing, I was very pleased with how the staff handled the situation. They addressed my concerns professionally and resolved everything without any issues. Overall, I enjoyed the property, the restaurant, and the excellent customer service, and I would still recommend staying here.

Neat place, but I wouldn’t stay again. We rented 3 rooms. Two of the rooms were great, and had cement floors. The third room had beyond disgusting carpet. Huge stains everywhere, like this should have been ripped out 40 years ago kind of carpet. Took 45 minutes of going back to the office, waiting in line, and finally getting moved to another room. I hate when hotels try and rent out a room like that, especially when they’re charging those prices!! Other than the disgusting carpet, the rooms were nice. The blow dryer in my room didn’t work, which I found out once I was standing there with wet hair and needed to leave in 20 mins. I ran to the front desk and asked for a new one, and the lady said she could put in a request and one would be delivered as soon as possible. I told her I needed to be out the door in 20 mins, is there a way to get one now? She said all she can do is put in a request and she has no time frame when it will be delivered. Not helpful!! Also, the front desk was less than helpful when I got there. My husband had checked in, texted me our room number. I walked from the convention to the hotel in 100 degree heat, got to the check in and said can someone point me towards my room. The front desk refused to tell me where the room was because my husbands name was on the room and not mine. They do realize there are signs outside that say where rooms are?? It’s not a secret!! But I had to wander in the heat to find the room myself. Again, not helpful!!
