Upon arrival, front desk staff was helping another customer. We stood patiently waiting to be helped/acknowledged and nothing. After 15-20 minutes, we took a seat still waiting to be acknowledged/helped. Nothing. I listened as the customer of ahead of us was tellling him about her issues with her room and he kept responding with La La La. I sent my daughter to the bar to get drinks, new bartender and had no idea what she was doing. Ordered a Pinot noir and the attendee thought it was a white wine and said they were out. My daughter had to point out where it was located. My daughter ordered a cocktail and the bartender used her phone to find out how to make it. As she was making it, she realized she don’t have all the ingredients and just handed it to my daughter. Still waiting to check in, I grabbed bottled water from the fridge which was not plugged in so the bottles Of water were at room temp. After 50 minutes, we finally got checked in and received our room key. In the morning, we thought about breakfast but didn’t want to chance another delay so we ate at the airport. Horrible customer service!!
