A Lovely hotel right in the heart of the city. The location is perfect as it’s close to all the main sights and near lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel is stylish and elegant with comfortable rooms, a nice bar area and a good restaurant. The breakfast buffet is nice, and the hotel also offers complimentary snacks around lunchtime (which I didn’t manage to try). The hotel is right behind the National Museum, and provides a complimentary ticket to the museum, which is a nice little extra - and it’s well worth using, as the Museum is excellent. What made my stay special was the hotel’s staff - they were all friendly, helpful and I felt that they genuinely wanted me to enjoy my stay in the hotel and the city. I loved the city and loved the hotel!

Hotel has small rooms, no upgrade provided. The space was well organized in the room. Comfortable bed and shower space. I enjoyed the breakfast and they had a afternoon offering that ran until 2p which was nice after exploring for the day with small snacks and coffee. You have to walk to a cab, they can not pull up to the door so if raining this could be an issue but a good location for exploring. Some construction was taking place and some bad elements where hanging out in the area. We left earlier than breakfast time and were not offered a snack or coffee to take with us. They did not walk our bags to taxi either. These 2 services would really bring up my review.

Power outage on our first night, staff carried our luggages all the way up to the 4th floor since the elevator wasn’t working. Nice location, close to everything. Only downside was its small luggage room, they don’t allow overnight luggage storage even when we offer to pay.

It is a great hotel. Great location - the museum, the theater are next door. They give you free tickets to the National museum. Staff is very nice. Problems: 1. You could not come with a car to the hotel and nothing can be done with it. 2. There are renovation in the neighboring area. 3. They need to have more people working during breakfast. But the breakfast is very good.

Location is ideal, just footsteps away from the Republic Square, shopping, and public transportation. Very clean hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. To our surprise, the hotel also offered afternoon snacks - delicious coffee and tea choices, tiny sandwiches, and tiny desserts.

Close to the main walking street where shops and restaurants and bars/coffee shops are. No need for a car. We walked everywhere! The shuttle the hotel provides to and from the airport is very expensive! You can get a flat rate taxi from the airport for cheaper. We did appreciate having the confidence of the hotel shuttle (even for the cost) as we had to leave at 3:30am to get back to the airport. Overall, would recommend this hotel

Excellent location in the Center of Belgrade, 20 minutes from the airport, only transfer to the airport overpriced compared to regular taxi 45 euro and there was no air conditioning in the car, but driver was very friendly.

Hotel is behind the National Museum, at the Republic Square. Although public transportation is free in the city, we prefer to walk. Fortress, called as KaleMegdan is approximately 700 meters. I strongly recommend you visit there. As we are family, we booked Suite Room, having two toilets, one king size bed, a sofa bed and room is 36 meters. There is a complementary afternoon snack from 12:30 to 14:00. Breakfast is from 7:00 to 10:30 and it is fine.

I had a wonderful experience at Museum Hotel. The location is unbeatable, right in the city center, walking distance to everything. The room was spotless, the breakfast was fresh and varied, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Сам отель хороший,всё новое,чистое. Единственное,насчет уборки надо говорить на ресепшн,но даже после этого не убрались)месторасположение отличное,в самом центре,это как Арбат в Москве примерно. Приезжали на НГ,поэтому настроение было хорошее.

Çok memnun kaldık. Otelin yeri çok merkezi ve her yere otobüs ağı var. Otobüsler ücretsiz. Kahvaltısı çok yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Sadece odada biraz gider kokusu vardı. Uzun süre su akmayan giderlerin koku salması gibi denebilir. Teşekkür ederiz. Yine gelirsek bu oteli tercih etmek isteriz

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The location is excellent, on a pedestrian street parallel to Knize Michail Street, 2 with shops and cafes, which leads to the park and Kalmagedan Castle. The hotel is adjacent to the National Museum of Serbia. The hotel design is modern, clean (except for the towel drying rack, which was dirty), rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast is reasonable, the selection hardly changes from day to day (which is the case in most hotels). The staff is very generous, they took care of all the requests and questions we had. Cons: The mini bar did not cool at all and we did not receive a response to this issue. Other than that, everything is excellent.

Das Hotel liegt am Platz der Republik. Es gibt viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe, so wie das National Museum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind gemütlich. Das Frühstück war okay. Nach der ersten Nacht gab es nach der Zimmerreinigung eine kleine Überraschung - in Form von Keksen - auf dem Bett :-) eine kleine Anmerkung noch: Ich reise sehr viel im Ausland. Immer wieder wird darauf hingewiesen, dass wenn man die Handtücher aufhängt, diese nicht getauscht werden. Offenbar der Umwelt zu liebe. Ich hänge sie immer auf, aber dennoch werden sie jedes mal ausgetauscht. Ich frage mich, warum?! Auch in diesem Hotel ist es so gewesen!

Very friendly staff. Free national museum tickets if you stay here. Power was out for almost 24 hours, which was very inconvenient and it made it hard to sleep with exit light on in room. No way to control room temp the whole time, so it was very hot and hard to sleep. Had to open windows, which was slightly helpful. Has 2 bathrooms in suite, but 1 bathroom had no built in soap receptacle. Very quiet, even with windows open, which was good.

Beautiful hotel with clean and newly renovated rooms. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly and made sure we had a great stay. Breakfast is 15 Euros and the hotel is about 50 meters from the roadway on a pedestrian plaza. Lovely neighborhood and we will be back.

Lovely property with friendly and helpful staff. Clean and high quality. Unfortunately our reservation was mishandled and instead of twin beds as requested we were offered ( no alternative ) a king bed and a sofa. Very disappointing.

I had a wonderful experience at Museum Hotel. The location is unbeatable, right in the city center, walking distance to everything. The room was spotless, the breakfast was fresh and varied, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel is clean, located in a great area, quiet and easily accessible. There was an issue that arose that was not the fault of the property, but the General Manager Ivan--who is a real professional---handled it smoothly and showed genuine concern for the quality of experience that I had. I would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

Hotel has small rooms, no upgrade provided. The space was well organized in the room. Comfortable bed and shower space. I enjoyed the breakfast and they had a afternoon offering that ran until 2p which was nice after exploring for the day with small snacks and coffee. You have to walk to a cab, they can not pull up to the door so if raining this could be an issue but a good location for exploring. Some construction was taking place and some bad elements where hanging out in the area. We left earlier than breakfast time and were not offered a snack or coffee to take with us. They did not walk our bags to taxi either. These 2 services would really bring up my review.

Power outage on our first night, staff carried our luggages all the way up to the 4th floor since the elevator wasn’t working. Nice location, close to everything. Only downside was its small luggage room, they don’t allow overnight luggage storage even when we offer to pay.

It is a great hotel. Great location - the museum, the theater are next door. They give you free tickets to the National museum. Staff is very nice. Problems: 1. You could not come with a car to the hotel and nothing can be done with it. 2. There are renovation in the neighboring area. 3. They need to have more people working during breakfast. But the breakfast is very good.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was perfect for our needs. Breakfast and lite lunch were both exceptional. The service at the desk, particularly Oskar, was excellent. We had never been in Serbia and the assistance with taxis was perfect. We asked for a trip to the countryside and Oskar found a great driver and tour person.

Breakfast and service was excellent and the cost-performance is very good. Staff is really friendly and nice. Just despite my reservation was "pay in the property" they wanted me to pay for at least one night 2 days before check in which is something I did not experience before and literally the reservation is not ""pay at property""

This is a nice and clean hotel with very helpful staff. Breakfast fine but not more than that. The location is good however there is a construction next to the hotel that makes the place a bit uncomfortable. The taxi driver did not know the hotel.

Beautiful hotel with clean and newly renovated rooms. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly and made sure we had a great stay. Breakfast is 15 Euros and the hotel is about 50 meters from the roadway on a pedestrian plaza. Lovely neighborhood and we will be back.

Das Hotel liegt am Platz der Republik. Es gibt viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe, so wie das National Museum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind gemütlich. Das Frühstück war okay. Nach der ersten Nacht gab es nach der Zimmerreinigung eine kleine Überraschung - in Form von Keksen - auf dem Bett :-) eine kleine Anmerkung noch: Ich reise sehr viel im Ausland. Immer wieder wird darauf hingewiesen, dass wenn man die Handtücher aufhängt, diese nicht getauscht werden. Offenbar der Umwelt zu liebe. Ich hänge sie immer auf, aber dennoch werden sie jedes mal ausgetauscht. Ich frage mich, warum?! Auch in diesem Hotel ist es so gewesen!

What a beautiful hotel right on the door step to the whole city. Breakfast was amazing for a european continental. They had hot bacon, sausage and eggs 😀 Service was beyond impeccable, can not rate this hotel enough, it was brilliant

Spent 2 nights in April 2024 and had a lovely stay. The hotel location is excellent to see all the main tourist attractions and is also close to lots of places to eat and a nice large supermarket. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. You only get one small bottle of water on the day you arrive and the quality of the breakfast was a little variable. However there was a great selection at breakfast and also a few nice snacks available for free between 12:00 and 2:30pm. Didn’t use the gym or sauna but both looked nice. Would happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade. Good value and excellent location.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The location is excellent, on a pedestrian street parallel to Knize Michail Street, 2 with shops and cafes, which leads to the park and Kalmagedan Castle. The hotel is adjacent to the National Museum of Serbia. The hotel design is modern, clean (except for the towel drying rack, which was dirty), rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast is reasonable, the selection hardly changes from day to day (which is the case in most hotels). The staff is very generous, they took care of all the requests and questions we had. Cons: The mini bar did not cool at all and we did not receive a response to this issue. Other than that, everything is excellent.

Only thing we found odd is they don’t let you bring any food in from outside, which we’ve not experienced in a hotel before. It’s not clear if it’s just takeaway food, or includes crisps and things.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the hotel. What truly made the experience exceptional was the fantastic staff. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The service was outstanding, and the staff's dedication and positive attitude played a major role in making our stay so enjoyable. The hotel also has an excellent location, with easy access to everything and convenient transportation options nearby. The breakfast was very good, offering a nice selection including eggs, bacon, yoghurt, coffee and tea. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. We would be happy to return and stay here again!
