The Sisters were very welcoming and kind. My room was larger than expected and had a lovely view of the rooftops. Light and airy. Spotlessly clean. No complaints. Quiet, which I appreciate. Very well situated so that walking in the historic city is very easy. Lovely terrace overlooking the garden . Someone has a knack for tending plants . For those of you who are Catholic , or not, there is a small chapel available next to front door with the tabernacle there . I would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful and lovely place to rest.

Very basic but squeaky clean convent. Limited housekeeping but within acceptable limits. Staff are dedicated, helpful and professional. The premises are a mixture of basic and awesome, the roof terrace is a joy as are the gardens and the two reading rooms, the upper one is more like a state audience hall. Great place to spend a rainy day. The price proposition is unbelievable and the location could not be better despite the small size of the town.

The building is clean and the staff very welcoming. It is an old convent, but they have done a wonderful job with the rooms. The rooms are spacious and we had a lovely view of the buildings. You are given a code as the front door is always locked and you can come and go as you please. It is located near a square with many options for dinner or coffee. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Basilica and you have many shops and restaurants along the way. They offer a buffet breakfast with toast, yogurt, cereal and a variety of cakes as well as tea and coffee. It’s a quiet building which is nice after being out all day. They offer parking on site in a gated area. If you are in the area and need a place to stay, this is a lovely spot and you will not be disappointed.

The convent was lovely with a garden with beautiful view. The sisters were absolutely lovely. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spotless. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet place to stay this is your place. We loved every moment in beautiful Orvieto!

What can i say? This is a superb place to stay! We arrived after navigating Centro and xaught a staff member entering the property...she helped get our car to the on-site parking!!!! Service was wonderful, the place was clean as can be, and location is excellent. Inclyded breskfast was good, too. Can walk to everything Centro! I can't recommend highly enough!!!!

The gardens are beautiful and peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable. They had the best coffee machine we saw on a long trip. The location is great, right next to the Piazza de Popolo. We would gladly stay there again.

Very welcoming staff. Rita was particularly helpful and speaks English. The nuns were very welcoming. My room on 4th floor overlooking the garden was spacious with a double bed. The entire building was clean, safe and quiet. I would highly recommend this convent.

We stayed for 4 days 3 nights. The facility is located just outside of one of the squares and within short walking distance of several places to eat. The rooms were clean although a little out dated. Breakfast was simple and would have been more enjoyable if allowed to share with other guest. Rita is a true asset to the running of the business and treats everyone like family. I’d give it a 9 on a 1-10 scale.

Perfect location in the heart of Orvieto, only a few minutes away from the duomo. We were met enthusiastically by Mina, the yellow lab, who took great delight in seeing us come in! Our stay was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were of decent size. The walls are a little thin, so we were able to hear our (very loud) neighbor on his phone call, but otherwise it was a very quiet stay. Being able to park there was very convenient. Once we parked, we didn't get back in the car until we left. The service was impeccable and we felt like appreciated guests! We were only here for one night unfortunately. Would absolutely recommend this location and property to anyone visiting Orvieto

What a wonderful place to stay in Orvieto, Beautiful views of the valley below Orvieto. Accomodation was basic but very clean and all that we needed. Check in was very easy. Great location to wander through the cobbled streets . Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Our room was spacious and well-equipped. The only word close to describing the view is “WOW”!! Continental breakfast was perfect to start the day. Arianna is an outstanding host.

For those of you who are Catholic , or not, there is a small chapel available next to front door with the tabernacle there . I would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful and lovely place to rest.
The Sisters were very welcoming and kind. My room was larger than expected and had a lovely view of the rooftops. Light and airy. Spotlessly clean. No complaints. Quiet, which I appreciate. Very well situated so that walking in the historic city is very easy. Lovely terrace overlooking the garden . Someone has a knack for tending plants . We stayed for 4 days 3 nights. The facility is located just outside of one of the squares and within short walking distance of several places to eat. The rooms were clean although a little out dated. Breakfast was simple and would have been more enjoyable if allowed to share with other guest. Rita is a true asset to the running of the business and treats everyone like family. I’d give it a 9 on a 1-10 scale.

It was more than amazing! There are three nuns constantly servicing the hotel, but one woman spoke fluent English, as we do, and we called her Saint Rita. She was phenomenal and tended to our every need!! Location was great, immaculate rooms, and magnificent views.

Very welcoming staff. Rita was particularly helpful and speaks English. The nuns were very welcoming. My room on 4th floor overlooking the garden was spacious with a double bed. The entire building was clean, safe and quiet. I would highly recommend this convent.

What can i say? This is a superb place to stay! We arrived after navigating Centro and xaught a staff member entering the property...she helped get our car to the on-site parking!!!! Service was wonderful, the place was clean as can be, and location is excellent. Inclyded breskfast was good, too. Can walk to everything Centro! I can't recommend highly enough!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and safe. Location was right off of a piazza with good restaurants near and a few minutes to the beautiful church which is one of the attractions. We would live to go back. Orvieto was one of our favorite spots in Italy. Just beautiful!

You are given a code as the front door is always locked and you can come and go as you please. It is located near a square with many options for dinner or coffee. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Basilica and you have many shops and restaurants along the way. They offer a buffet breakfast with toast, yogurt, cereal and a variety of cakes as well as tea and coffee. It’s a quiet building which is nice after being out all day. They offer parking on site in a gated area. If you are in the area and need a place to stay, this is a lovely spot and you will not be disappointed.

Perfect location in the heart of Orvieto, only a few minutes away from the duomo. We were met enthusiastically by Mina, the yellow lab, who took great delight in seeing us come in! Our stay was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were of decent size. The walls are a little thin, so we were able to hear our (very loud) neighbor on his phone call, but otherwise it was a very quiet stay. Being able to park there was very convenient. Once we parked, we didn't get back in the car until we left. The service was impeccable and we felt like appreciated guests! We were only here for one night unfortunately. Would absolutely recommend this location and property to anyone visiting Orvieto

The gardens are beautiful and peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable. They had the best coffee machine we saw on a long trip. The location is great, right next to the Piazza de Popolo. We would gladly stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the convent. Comfortable room and very clean. The location is perfect. The breakfast alas is very basic. Just some fruit would make it ideal and cold milk served in the heat would be a plus. The nuns don’t speak English but they were lovely 😊 we managed to communicate.

While the B&B is in a quiet area, the walls are very thin so my stay wasn’t very quiet. Breakfast was minimal, no hot food. The place is very clean. English isn’t spoken so could be challenging unless you’ve the translate app. Convenient to sites, shopping, eateries. Good water pressure but temperature fluctuates while showering. It’s very basic, simple.

Great location and wonderful views. Rita and Christina were amazing, they make you feel at home and wanted to return. You leave already missing them!! Very useful advice. Feels like a garden, plants along the facilities. Beautiful garden. Very comfy bed. Big rooms, our room had a beautiful room of the valley.
