Checkin was quick. Staff was very helpful. I stayed only one night. They checked on my stay via WhatsApp even with such a short stay. A little hard to find for my taxi driver. Quaint, small, but it seems like most are this way because of the way the buildings are built. Spacious enough for one or two people (stayed in a single room). I'd stay here again. Has a spa but i had no time to check it out. Not sure that they have room service because when I asked, they directed me to the restaurant next door which was only feet away. 5 min walking distance to this great street with so many shops and restaurants. Great little spot.

Property was clean. Staff was very helpful, they guided us for good attractions and good restaurants. Location is very convenient for shopping. And convenient to visit Taksim area. But the property is expensive for its size and facilities. No swimming pool and Spa rates are also higher.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zum Restaurant kann ich nichts sagen, da ich ohne Frühstück/Halbpension gebucht habe. Insgesamt bin ich ganz zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Negativ war für mich der im Hotel angebotene Hamam Sauna. Die Sauna hätte etwas wärmer sein können. Beim Hamam wiederum haben wir an der Decke Schimmel gesehen. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat mir versichert, sie schauen es sich sofort an. Bin mal gespannt :)

Temizlik ve hassasiyet konusunda çok sevdiğim bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Muhit biraz dikkatli olunması gereken bir muhitmiş ancak tekrardan konaklamaya devam edeceğiz. Tavsiye ederim. Masaj sauna hizmetinden de memnun kaldık.

Small hotel located in a narrow and noisy street. Rooms are small and the noise of the street is easily heard in them. No restaurant facilities fir breakfast. The plus is that is nearby Istikal street.

Le WESTIST HOTEL&SPA est un hôtel charmant malgré que ces chambres sont petites , l'hôtel est très propre , très bien placé, proche de toutes les activités et les transports. Le personnel est exellent, dynamique , très professionnel , à l'écoute , disponible et très agréable Le restaurant offre des plats traditionnels et un excellent service. Je tiens à remercier tout le personnel qui a rendu mon séjour très agréable , spécialement Furkan, Sinem et Yashar.

Im Bad Schimmel in den Ecken, z.T. auch abblätternde Farbe an der Decke. Die Bad-Schiebetüren aus Glas waren kaum zu bewegen, da verklemmt, Duschtüren fehlten, ... Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig aber wenig, das man zum Frühstück essen möchte: Schokopudding, mehrere Sorten Oliven, trockenes Brot, zarte Haferflocken, etwas Honigmelone, keine Butter, keine Marmelade, kein Tee, aber Gurke / Tomate (ohne Salz, Pfeffer, Öl)... aber man konnte sich Ei bestellen. Es war aber keine 15 Euro wert. Das Restaurant, das abends ein sehr freundlicher Gastwirt betreibt, ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Die Lage und Ausstattung des Hotels waren super. Leider sind allerdings die Sanitäranlagen alle sehr verkalkt und dreckig. Aus der Kopfbrause kam kaum Wasser raus. Ansonsten war alles super.

Property was well situated, and very close to everything (Istikal street, galata tower). Staff were very friendly, and always ready to help. However, the rooms are very small compared to the pictures on the website. There was also mold in the bathroom ceiling. My wife and I started coughing and felt it was difficult to breath in the room.

Das Hotel ist in einer sehr guten Lage. Aber Sauber ist es aufjedenfall nicht. Es wird zwar jeden Tag saubergemacht aber nur oberflächlich. Auch die Möbel und das Bad sind ziemlich alt und abgenutzt. Aber die Mitarbeiter total feindlich und nett. Aber unter diesen Bedingungen würde ich nicht nochmal in dieses Hotel.

They gave me a room on the street. too much noise. I informed the receptionist about the noise and he gave me some earplugs. dark and dangerous street. cigarette smell everywhere, the smell reached the room. very small room. the water that came out of the pen had a very unpleasant bad smell.

The location was great. Right next to the Taksim Sq. Very close to a metro station. Great design of the hotel. Clean, modern and comfortable. Super friendly receptionist. Helpful as well! Not to mention its affordable too. Super value for money. Will definitely stay here again the next time i visit.

Excellent value. Fabulous staff. Fun decor. Comfortable and clean rooms. A teeny bit shabby in places (bit of mould in shower, some damage to skirting boards but nothing major). Would totally recommend.

Excellent location for nice bars and restaurants. Very easy access to all of Istanbul from here too. Staff were great, and the place was very comfy and clean. I’d definitely stay here again

An excellent three-star hotel, fantastically located. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and really responsive. I had a query at the time of booking which was quickly answered and there was a minor issue with my room which was quickly resolved. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Room was well soundproofed - certainly heard no noise from the rooms either side. WIFI speeds were excellent. I had a very comfortable stay and would happily recommend to others.

Checkin was quick. Staff was very helpful. I stayed only one night. They checked on my stay via WhatsApp even with such a short stay. A little hard to find for my taxi driver. Quaint, small, but it seems like most are this way because of the way the buildings are built. Spacious enough for one or two people (stayed in a single room). I'd stay here again. Has a spa but i had no time to check it out. Not sure that they have room service because when I asked, they directed me to the restaurant next door which was only feet away. 5 min walking distance to this great street with so many shops and restaurants. Great little spot.

They gave me a room on the street. too much noise. I informed the receptionist about the noise and he gave me some earplugs. dark and dangerous street. cigarette smell everywhere, the smell reached the room. very small room. the water that came out of the pen had a very unpleasant bad smell.

The location of this hotel is perfect, located just steps away from a main shopping road. Galata tower is also only a 10 minute walk away with plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafes in between. Sinem was so lovely and helpful, giving many suggestions of where to visit and going above and beyond to give excellent hospitality. They were even able to set up a private transfer to and from the airport for a very fair price. This was a great stay for my first time in Istanbul!

The location was great. Right next to the Taksim Sq. Very close to a metro station. Great design of the hotel. Clean, modern and comfortable. Super friendly receptionist. Helpful as well! Not to mention its affordable too. Super value for money. Will definitely stay here again the next time i visit.

Le WESTIST HOTEL&SPA est un hôtel charmant malgré que ces chambres sont petites , l'hôtel est très propre , très bien placé, proche de toutes les activités et les transports. Le personnel est exellent, dynamique , très professionnel , à l'écoute , disponible et très agréable Le restaurant offre des plats traditionnels et un excellent service. Je tiens à remercier tout le personnel qui a rendu mon séjour très agréable , spécialement Furkan, Sinem et Yashar.

Im Bad Schimmel in den Ecken, z.T. auch abblätternde Farbe an der Decke. Die Bad-Schiebetüren aus Glas waren kaum zu bewegen, da verklemmt, Duschtüren fehlten, ... Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig aber wenig, das man zum Frühstück essen möchte: Schokopudding, mehrere Sorten Oliven, trockenes Brot, zarte Haferflocken, etwas Honigmelone, keine Butter, keine Marmelade, kein Tee, aber Gurke / Tomate (ohne Salz, Pfeffer, Öl)... aber man konnte sich Ei bestellen. Es war aber keine 15 Euro wert. Das Restaurant, das abends ein sehr freundlicher Gastwirt betreibt, ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

A very good experience overall. The rooms were clean, with thorough daily housekeeping. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the property has a great location right in the middle of everything. There’s no breakfast facility, but that’s not an issue since there are plenty of options nearby. The massage and Turkish bath facilities were excellent — a real highlight of the stay. We loved our stay at The Westist, a beautiful, artistic boutique hotel, and will definitely stay here again.
