We booked the water view room, and it was great. The room was small, but it was not an issue. One thing to note, though, is that the balcony overlooks a street that is busy with restaurants, and it can be loud until midnight-1am. It was not an issue for us, but it might not work for you if you prefer to go to bed earlier. The only bummer was that the wifi did not work out on the balcony. Would recommend though!

I have always loved this hotel for its location, and amazing views from its balconies, and the kindness of the staff even though it is very unkempt as a hotel. However, this year I noticed that the service had gone down tremendously! No “Good morning” or smile at all from the restaurant staff. The towels had holes and were discolored! The bathroom had a leak and we almost slipped and fell from the wet floor. When I showed this to the managers and asked them to at least comp the breakfast for the unacceptable service and condition of the towels, I was told they could not comp it but that they would talk to the staff. I find this to be VERY unprofessional. The hotel rooms are so old that they need a major facelift and a complete set of new towels! They should be ashamed to put those kinds of towels in guest rooms! I have another 3 days booked in August and I’m going to keep that due to the convenient location, but if I don’t see new towels and smiling staff, that will be the last time I’m there!

Loved everything about it.

The hotel is neat and very clean which is rare in Istanbul area! Beautiful interior, nice breakfast , nice staff! The only issue for me was smoking ! People smoke in the hotel which is typical for Turkey but unacceptable for me. But we fixed it with the staff immediately as soon as I asked to. I hope one day Turkey will take strict measures about smoking in public places and people will follow them.

Odadan zaten min beklentim varken bunu bile karşılaşmaması klozet kapağı kırık,sifonu bozuk,duş başlığı ve bataryası kırık sıcak su akmıyor... Üstüne aşırı uğultulu bir ses vardı makina havalandırması gibi uyutmayacak şekilde gürültülüydü.
